Since Dr Brown is so good and appreciated by all of her patients it's not easy to get her as your Dr. so when I've recommended her to others they can't get in to see her but her PA (name removed) is great too.

I notice that 3 workers arrived late and parked in the front parking near the entrance door. These spaces should be reserved for patients and urgent care. Employees should park in the back or the side lot not right in front. This was at the Bloomfield location.

It takes forever to see Dr Brown. She is booked too solid. I am disappointed with PIH management not the doctors or staff. And again the parking at PIH hospital should not charge patients and relatives parking. It is SO SO wrong

Yes, I really am thankful and enjoy having Dr. Brown as my primary physician. She spends time. She even took extra time when I forgot something and she came and talked to me about it after her other patient. Anyway, I really appreciate Dr. Brown.

I've never been treated with such amazing kindness and care by a doctor or by a doctors office as I did by this one. I've always had terrible luck with healthcare that's it made me dread going. But Dr. Brown actually listened to my needs and concerns with such attentiveness and action. I also haven't dealt with an office that is so insanely quick! I was baffled with how fast my overall appointment was. I waited not long after signing in, was seen by the doctor, took imaging, and got bloodwork all done in under two hours of starting my appointment. I've never had such a speedy process in a doctors office in my life. The biggest thing for me was how Dr. Brown never doubted my concerns. And I appreciate her so much.

PIH is the Best.

Seeing my primary care doctor who I've seen for over 30 years was reassuring, productive, and a joy! Unfortunately it is so difficult to see her that I'm usually told the next available appointment is 6months out. It is extremely frustrating when I chose her to be my PRIMARY CARE doctor but can rarely schedule an appointment with her. The definition of Primary means: 1st in importance or rank.; first in order in time, order or sequence; Immediate or direct. The definition and the title are at odds! I am disappointed that PIH continueS to open her practice to new patients when she already (long ago) has more than she could ever possibly accommodate. It feels like bait and switch. Dr. Brown is an extraordinary physician. She is knowledgeable, personable, caring, and professional. I have referred many people to her over the years but do not anymore since appointments are rarely available. I realize that the medical system is overloaded and facing many challenges, but I am saddened and grieve the loss of seeing the doctor I chose and knows me personally- my medical history, my family and our relationship. I'm thankful to have insurance and very happy overall with PIH, but I am disheartened and disappointed with the policies in place that continue to add to Dr. Brown's patient load. It seems dishonest and deceptive.

After I saw the doctor, I had to wait for the nurse to come in and give me my release papers. It took a long time. I really needed to leave and I could just hear them talking in their office space. I think they have to get us out of there as soon as we can. I don't like waiting in a room that I've been waiting for a long time already.

My appt was at 1420 hrs. I had checked in on line and at 1411 hrs . I was not called in until 1523 hrs. A long wait ! But over all I was happy with the results! Made a few appts, ordered some prescriptions and got a few more appts for next follow up!

I just want to give a continued shout out to Dr. Brown. She's just a fantastic individual. I just find it a blessing to have her be my doctor. It's so comforting to know she listens and she cares. Dr. Brown was a great doctor, however, the availability is very scarce. From December, that was when I saw her, December 26th. The next available appointment with her is not until September of 2026, which I think is a bit extreme. But she was a really good provider. It's just the scheduling that is discouraging. Thank you.

The appointment took very long. I had an appointment at 9:20. They took another patient at 9:20. To see her again would be until May and I think I am double booked on that one. So there was no parking. Dr. Brown is great. There's nothing that I complain. The staff is not. It was just the wait. We were there from 9 o'clock because they tell you to come early till almost 11:10. Never has that happened to me before. Just not happy at all. And I don't know if I'll look for another doctor, even though I really have had Dr. Brown, I would say, for over 25 years, but just was very disappointed. And just with the long wait, with being double booked in six months, with no parking, the space was very long.

The wait time for scheduling an appointment with my primary provider is way too long, months long, and it is not something I'm happy with. There are other providers, but the primary care providers and medical doctors, the wait time for the appointments is way too far out.

I continue to go to PIH, although I moved out of the city, but I continue to go because I'm very happy with my treatment and my care from Dr. Brown, and her whole staff is wonderful as well. Dr. Brown is an excellent physician and always makes me feel comfortable talking to her about any medical issues. She explains things very well and is very compassionate.

I have always been treated with respect and curiosity at Dr brown office her staff is amazing and very professional, I like the way they inform me about how many patients are ahead of me so I know about my wait time and the fact that they check in on me. As for Dr Brown she never rushes her patients she ask questions and she makes you feel comfortable she listen to your concerns and reminds you about how important it is to communicate with your doctors.

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. I have been her patient for over 30 years. She is absolutely amazing!! -a good listener, pro-active, compassionate, and capable! She is everything one would want in a doctor. I would not recommend her because it's impossible to get an appointment with her. Her current first appointment is April. Why do we call these doctors "Primary Care Physicians. In truth, PA's and urgent care are the first providers. I realize this is a big picture issue nation wide, but it's not the care with history, relationship, or doctor's expertise I once experienced and miss!

Dr brown is best damn doctor and really takes time to listen to our medical conditions or concerns it's just too bad her schedule to see her is several months out and have to settle for whoever when I can't see her but again that isn't a complaint it's just Dr Brown is just so busy and so many people request to c her it's impossible to accommodate everyone
