Dr. Barrios took her time to answer my questions, I had a minor in office procedure and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Those things are never comfortable and even a little awkward but I felt totally at ease with her. I will definitely be changing over my care to her.

The wait time at PIH Mammoga is becoming so long. I have an appointment and I had to wait over an hour to be seen by the provider. Normally I wait only five minutes and 10 minutes after I arrival, so please improve on that.

I was very happy with my treatment by the nurses and by the doctor.

Hi, Dr. Barrios, she was very pleasant, took the time to listen to my needs and was very cordial with me and provided me with answers that I needed. I am very happy with her services and I would definitely recommend her.

I felt rushed, and almost felt like I didn't need to be there. The first thing the provider said was, "you're up to date with everything." I brought my previous records, which she indicated she reviewed. She didn't mention any follow up needed during my visit until I specifically mentioned I was insecure about performing my (word removed) exam, and I wanted to ensure to check on my (word removed) density. As she was rushing out of the exam room, I asked about a friable (word removed) indication that was noted from my previous record. She didn't mention when I need another pap, when I should consider replacing my IUD, or what changes to look for with my breast. Her inattentiveness was definitely not a good match for me.

The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure to help get my future appointments booked while I was waiting. I was 15 minutes behind of my appointment and they still were able to squeeze me in and not didn't have me waiting too long. I really appreciated their flexibility. Everyone was very, very accommodating.

She did an ultrasound for like 10 seconds. Didn't really show the baby. I think she could have done a little bit longer, but that's it.

I really like the service they provide there, that's why I go there. And I definitely tell my whole family to go there, and my sister goes there too. Well, thank you very much.

I really really like Dr Barrios. She's very polite, is always concerned about why I'm there and takes her time asking me questions and giving me explanations as to procedures in taking care of my medical condition. Always makes sure I totally understand our conversation and has never made me feel uncomfortable. I need to find more Doctors like her because I've had Doctors with attitude and have made me feel like I'm being a bother. Please acknowledge her great work and make sure to let her know about the good review.

She was very respectful of my wishes and gave me plenty of options and explained when I felt uneasy about certain things

I was here for like 3 hours, being alone in the exam room after seeing my nurse for about 30 minutes, and at the end when requesting a dr note was forgotten about for 25 minutes and had to ask again, but the office staff was very kind and apologetic. This was my first visit and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I really feel comfortable with Dr Barrios and she was very respectful of my feelings and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, I am very comfortable and happy with this location and staff :)

The provider was very, very good, respectful. She listened to my concerns, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, a great experience, and I will be coming back.

Our appointment was at 11am I arrived 10 minutes before and were not called in until 12:02 pm. We still waited for the provider insider the room for more than 25 minutes and the consultation only lasted less than 10 minutes. I have never waited that long to be seen with an appointment. The provider was exceptional however it felt as if we were in an urgent care due to the long wait. I had to ask for time off at work and went over the time requested due to how long it took to be seen. Definitely not I'll request to go to a different office next time hopefully closer and faster service.

I waited over an hour to see her. Unacceptable! Once she finally came into the room, she was in a hurry, rude and acted like she had a very bad day. Not something any patient wants to see. Spending 5-7 mins with a patient that's been waiting over an hour without even an apology or explanation is not professional nor acceptable. I originally requested to see Dr Leong who I have been seeing for years, however, she was booked too far out. I don't complete surveys when they are sent to me, but felt I needed to complete this one. She needs to be schooled.

Erica Barrios took the time to listen to my concerns, assisted me to get paperwork I would need to get medical records from other organization. She ensured she set up a Telehealth appointment to go over blood results in advance, as well as my next appointment. She provided me an order to get my Colo screening and breast screening. I appreciated her time and concern. The only recommendation I have is the staff to document my history on a computer. I completed it on a tablet, gave it to MA and then again to doctor. It would be helpful to have my information accessible so I don't need to continuously repeat.

Love this provider. Her and her nurses made me feel very comfortable.

It can be difficult to find appointments but if you are flexible, you usually can.

Wait time in exam room was a little bit long.

I'm just glad that I got the answers that I needed.

I've had GYN appts in three different depts. there at PIH. One was from my GP, 3 or 4 in an OB/GYN office and one in the imaging ctr. Not once have I ever been given a single thing to clean up with. I have blood and GYN goop running down between my legs and I just have to use the paper sheet that was over me to wipe up some of it so it doesn't soak through my clothes on the way home. Not to mention that it's just gross. And inconsiderate. Last time I wore a small pad but it wasn't enough even after perfunctory cleanup. Back in the day, women were given some towelettes and a maxi pad after such an exam. Seems like a small and inexpensive, but appreciated, gesture for PIH to make towards its OB/GYN patients

I waited an hour for them to call me in and then another 30 minutes before the Dr came in the room. And no one apologized or explained what the wait was. I have never waited that long before, and I see Dr (name remove) for myself. They always inform me if it's the slightest bit of wait. So I definitely have something to compare to. Our appt was 3:30 and we walked out around 5:15 and no one was there to tell us they were closed to schedule a follow up. Not even the staff that walked us out. Very unprofessional. And I was very disappointed. I have never had a bad experience with PIH till now.

Everything went very well. Dr. Barrios was knowlegabke and very nice. Explained everything very well.

Dr. Barrios was over 30 minutes late to my appointment with no communication from staff to update on timing. She was mostly cold as she had no real bedside manner. She also was not very friendly to the rest of the staff. When I asked a question of her at the end of the appointment, she talked through her nurse instead of directly to me and I was standing right next to her.

I am disappointed that the front office did not give paperwork to another department in a timely manner. I missed an opportunity to get a 13 week ultrasound due to this error. I've had other children, however, I can't imagine how I'd feel if I was a new mom or if this child would be my only. That type of error should not happen.

I understand that there are times when the front office could get busy but to be called in to see the doctor 30 minutes after your appointment is a little too much especially since we were 15 minutes early. My appointment was at 4:00 and we didn't get called in to see the doctor until 4:30 and that was after I asked the front desk if we were going to get called. Once inside the room we still had to wait another 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I again had to ask the nurses if they had forgotten about us in the waiting room. We didn't leave the office until 5:30 the doctor only spoke to my doctor for 5-8 minutes.

I had such a great experience at this facility. The entire staff, from my check in, to the nurse, to Erica were AMAZING!!!!

I would have appreciated if the medical assistant was a little bit more considerate and respectful of my time by saying, I'm sorry, we are running behind. We will get back with you as soon as possible. I also would have appreciated if after waiting for about an hour, the assistant would have come and say, we will be with you shortly. I'm sorry about the delay. Some kind of attention, not just ignoring and having a cold face like if I don't even exist. I would have appreciated if the doctor was already prepared to see me by reviewing my records prior to my appointment instead of trying to see what's going on right in front of me.

I felt finally heard and understood. My symptoms have been dealing with over a year and just now did i find out my reason why but was brushed off by other doctors I've seen . Barrios took the time to look over my previous appts and explained to me what was wrong. I appreciate that. Because I was clueless for a year, because I was never before told even with the tests I had !!!! I was told everything was normal but its definitely not!!

My experience was great with my provider and medical assistant as well as front office rep but the (name removed) the phlebotomist was not professional at all and i was very triggered by demeanor. I was asked to state my last and name and dob and i did which he stated "now lets slow down" after he asked if i was afraid of needles he asked how my day was going i answered with "good " he replied with "are you going through something" and i felt like none of those comments were necessary I'm a PIH employee and 30 weeks and being treated this way I could only imagine how he treats other patients

I waited over 35 minutes just to be seen which is ridiculous for something that could have been told to me over the phone by office staff who set up the appointment. Also no one should have to pay for parking when seeing a medical provider.

An hour wait the lobby and another 35 mins wait in the assigned room. Too much time spent waiting. If they cant see the patients in a timely manner, they should space out the bookings.

Dr. Erica Barrios was so thorough when she saw me. She checked the amniotic fluid amount, went over my PT recommendations and birth plan. Im so pleased with her. I really enjoyed her presence.

Whittier Women's Center was tremendously professional in the utmost professionalism and customer service care. (Four names removed) and Dr. Barrios were marvelous. I highly recommend them.

I am new to PIH so there was limited information about my medical history. Erica Barrios was patient, courteous, and listened to me. I felt heard and she took the time to gather history about my past positive tests to determine the best course of action.
