Very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Doctor was amazing.

My appointment was at 4:30pm and I wasn't called in until 4:45, while I understand the clinic closes at 5 pm the dr wasn't in the room with me until 4:55 pm in the room. She measured both babies heart beats in less than 10 seconds and quickly turned off the ultrasound machine and ended it. As a first time mom I felt so hurt and left my appointment crying as I felt like she didn't care for me to see how my babies were actually doing. I asked if she could measure my babies as they hadn't been measured in awhile and she said no they would do that in my anatomy scan. All other providers have allowed me to spend some time seeing my babies even if it's 2 minutes they would show me what they were doing. I walked out of the office to schedule my next appointment and all front desk employees had left so I have to call to make my next appointment, I felt so rushed and like I was a bother in a way for going at this time but I don't know why they have appointments at 4:30 if they clearly don't want people to be seen at that time.

It's great that you have bilingual people, because that's really important-that you have, I mean, bilingual people who speak English and Spanish. Okay, that's all. Thank you.

Dr. Barrios was extremely helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions. She showed compassion and kindness and didn't disregard any of my concerns. She did more in One visit than any of my priors OB/GYN's.

I have always had a great experience with my care at this office but my last visit was not as pleasant. Erica Barrios did an exam to confirm I was 1cm dilated. Not sure what that meant to me since nothing further was explained. When she left the room she left me still half naked with my feet up in stirrups and the curtain open. Being 40 weeks pregnant it's hard enough to sit up on that table without any assistance. But I tried to get up fast in case someone opened the door and that curtain was still wide open. Luckily I didn't roll off the table since it's so high up. I don't think I've ever been left in such a vulnerable position after any exam I've had at PIH. I hate to say anything negative about this office but the whole experience didn't sit right with me.

Dr. Barrios is attentive, thorough, gives time for questions and doesn't feel rushed. I dont feel dismissed due to her way of attending to concerns, as minor as they may appear. It truly feels like collaborative work. I enjoy seeing Dr. Barrios.

Dr. Barrios and her medical assistant showed the utmost professionalism in customer service, answering my questions for the MA. Also for my provider, Dr. Barrios is great, was very thorough, went over everything with me and explained everything even with graphics. I'm grateful to her. Thank you.

I had a great experience. However the wait time was too long. I was there in the room close to 45 min before being seen. I don't think it was her fault, but it most definitely was an inconvenience. Especially since my previous experiences with PIH appointments I have had to wait close to an hour over my appointment time.

As a first time parent, and first time ever having an ultra sound, there really wasn't much explaining as to what she was doing/what was going on. At the end of the appointment before she was about to walk out, my husband pointed at our ultrasound picture and asked for an explanation of what we were looking at. Although we didn't have any questions, it would've been nice if she was a little more personable/informative. Though I do understand she must've been very busy as appointments were backed up about 45 mins. I'll most likely use a different provider next time. Drawing blood didn't go too well either. The phlebotomist missed my vein, then said she was going to fish for it. After doing so for a couple seconds, she went to get a new needle for the other arm. She walked out and said "I missed." I've never had this happen before. Then, there was no table set up next to her for her to put the tubes and supplies on so there was quite a bit of movement everytime she changed the tubes which caused a bit of pain. Hoping it goes smoother next time.

Dr Barrios was amazing. She's the best doctor I have seen in a long time. Understanding, patient, attentive, caring. PIH is lucky to have her.

The only part where I feel that that medical office can improve is the front staff attitude. I feel like they didn't show a happy face to help. They had a face of a like, I don't want to be here. And that's all I had to say.

The doctor is an excellent professional; she listened attentively, explained everything in detail, and her time with me was truly quality time. I'm definitely happy I chose her as my gynecologist. The staff was also very helpful.

The wait time was very long and I was not seen by the provider I scheduled my appointment with. The receptionist are not very helpful . They are difficult to communicate with . Seems they do not want to be bothered .

De. Barrios made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She answered all our questions and was very friendly.

The staff in this office were especially respectful and pleasant to speak to.

I appreciated the doctor explaining what she was doing as she was doing and clear information provided.

Dr. Barrios took her time to answer my questions, I had a minor in office procedure and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Those things are never comfortable and even a little awkward but I felt totally at ease with her. I will definitely be changing over my care to her.

The wait time at PIH Mammoga is becoming so long. I have an appointment and I had to wait over an hour to be seen by the provider. Normally I wait only five minutes and 10 minutes after I arrival, so please improve on that.

I was very happy with my treatment by the nurses and by the doctor.

Hi, Dr. Barrios, she was very pleasant, took the time to listen to my needs and was very cordial with me and provided me with answers that I needed. I am very happy with her services and I would definitely recommend her.

I felt rushed, and almost felt like I didn't need to be there. The first thing the provider said was, "you're up to date with everything." I brought my previous records, which she indicated she reviewed. She didn't mention any follow up needed during my visit until I specifically mentioned I was insecure about performing my (word removed) exam, and I wanted to ensure to check on my (word removed) density. As she was rushing out of the exam room, I asked about a friable (word removed) indication that was noted from my previous record. She didn't mention when I need another pap, when I should consider replacing my IUD, or what changes to look for with my breast. Her inattentiveness was definitely not a good match for me.

The receptionist was very welcoming and made sure to help get my future appointments booked while I was waiting. I was 15 minutes behind of my appointment and they still were able to squeeze me in and not didn't have me waiting too long. I really appreciated their flexibility. Everyone was very, very accommodating.

She did an ultrasound for like 10 seconds. Didn't really show the baby. I think she could have done a little bit longer, but that's it.

I really like the service they provide there, that's why I go there. And I definitely tell my whole family to go there, and my sister goes there too. Well, thank you very much.

I really really like Dr Barrios. She's very polite, is always concerned about why I'm there and takes her time asking me questions and giving me explanations as to procedures in taking care of my medical condition. Always makes sure I totally understand our conversation and has never made me feel uncomfortable. I need to find more Doctors like her because I've had Doctors with attitude and have made me feel like I'm being a bother. Please acknowledge her great work and make sure to let her know about the good review.

I was here for like 3 hours, being alone in the exam room after seeing my nurse for about 30 minutes, and at the end when requesting a dr note was forgotten about for 25 minutes and had to ask again, but the office staff was very kind and apologetic. This was my first visit and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I really feel comfortable with Dr Barrios and she was very respectful of my feelings and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, I am very comfortable and happy with this location and staff :)

The provider was very, very good, respectful. She listened to my concerns, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, a great experience, and I will be coming back.

Our appointment was at 11am I arrived 10 minutes before and were not called in until 12:02 pm. We still waited for the provider insider the room for more than 25 minutes and the consultation only lasted less than 10 minutes. I have never waited that long to be seen with an appointment. The provider was exceptional however it felt as if we were in an urgent care due to the long wait. I had to ask for time off at work and went over the time requested due to how long it took to be seen. Definitely not I'll request to go to a different office next time hopefully closer and faster service.

I waited over an hour to see her. Unacceptable! Once she finally came into the room, she was in a hurry, rude and acted like she had a very bad day. Not something any patient wants to see. Spending 5-7 mins with a patient that's been waiting over an hour without even an apology or explanation is not professional nor acceptable. I originally requested to see Dr Leong who I have been seeing for years, however, she was booked too far out. I don't complete surveys when they are sent to me, but felt I needed to complete this one. She needs to be schooled.

Erica Barrios took the time to listen to my concerns, assisted me to get paperwork I would need to get medical records from other organization. She ensured she set up a Telehealth appointment to go over blood results in advance, as well as my next appointment. She provided me an order to get my Colo screening and breast screening. I appreciated her time and concern. The only recommendation I have is the staff to document my history on a computer. I completed it on a tablet, gave it to MA and then again to doctor. It would be helpful to have my information accessible so I don't need to continuously repeat.

Love this provider. Her and her nurses made me feel very comfortable.

First time with Dr. Barrios but had a pleasure meeting her, and comfortable with her being my OBGYN. Nice to talk to, made me comfortable I wasn't nervous
