Most of the visit is fine, however, lately the provider seems to be in a hurry to leave the room.

Evelyn spent a great deal of time with me and listened to my questions and concerns. She gave me information that I was seeking and answered all of my questions. I am fortunate to be able to continue working with her with my health and weight loss goals.

I had a good time at the office, and I made a mistake at the beginning of the survey. I hit two when I was supposed to hit four. I'm sorry about that, but that office was very professional. Thank you. All right, bye.

Ms. Nguyen is a complete and utter compliment to your organization. She is very thorough. She makes everything at ease and explains everything completely to you. And I felt that, you know, a lot of times, even with surgeons, you don't get things quite answered the first time. She thoroughly is-you should be happy to have her. Let's put it this way. And you should probably give her a raise from what I've seen. Thank you.

Great service

PA Evelyn Nguyen was very kind and she asked me about how a typical day of eating and exercising (or lack of exercise) went for me. She then related to me the reasons why I my blood sugar is on the high side. She gave me printed and colored documents on how and why I should follow the examples she gave me. She was awesome and I am very happy I had that appointment. Next morning my sugars was 113.

I really like the provider, Evelyn and all the office staff and nurses were extremely nice and very friendly. They took time with me and explained everything thorough to me. I was very happy and satisfied.
