I took my son to the doctor to get medication for a cough that has not gotten better. Unfortunately, the pharmacy had to send a message to the doctor. It's been three days and the doctor still has not responded with an alternative medication. So I don't understand why would I take my son to the doctor to get medication for something that he's not even able to get because the doctor's failure to respond to the pharmacy.

Always so nice and courteous, from the minute you check in to every moment you're being serviced. Everyone is kind and professional. We absolutely love our doctor!

First time meeting with this Dr. He was great with our son and was super nice and respectful. Very easy to talk to and understand. Great visit and will continue to schedule appointments with this Dr moving forward.

This was the first time seeing this particular doctor as the appointment was called in the same morning. So we got in very quickly and the doctor was very attentive to myself and my son. He listened to my son very thoroughly as my son was explaining some things and had some questions about food and just some dietary questions. So he offered his feedback and it was very nice. Very pleasant doctor. Thank you.

The overall experience during our Doctor appointment was great. Office staff and nurse very professional and Doctor explained in good details on how to take care of the injury my son sustained playing football. He listened to our concerns and provided us ways to treat his injury for a speedy and healthy recovery.

Dr. Shamiyeh was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting him and my son liked him a lot.

We have seen Dr Shamiyeh for 6 months now and every time I feel as though he hasn't listened to my concerns regarding my infant at all. He is very dismissive when I bring up concerns, listening only for a response and not to help and also rushes through his exams. Our visit on 8/25 was my final straw when I again brought up an issue regarding my sons signs of reflux and was told I was just over feeding him formula (he was born at 9lbs and is 19lbs at 6 months old) and needed to make solids be his main source of food and use formula as a supplement. I have raised 2 other children and know that isn't factually correct and cannot believe I was given such wrong information from a pediatrician. I have requested to have my son's doctor be changed and hope to never see Dr Shamiyeh again for any of my children.

IM SO HAPPY WITH HOW WELL HE ADDRESSED OUR CONCERNS. HE IS VERY NICE AND A GREAT LISTENER.

The staff was very kind and patient when taking vitals and performing procedures for my toddler.

I really appreciate the extra care Dr. Shamiyeh gave us in making sure the correct tests get ordered and assuring me he will call us with results.

This provider was very condescending. When I answered his questions, some things I wasn't sure of because my child had a different provider, insurance provider. We had St. Jude last year, so a few things I wasn't sure. He would give me some very weird looks and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He wasn't patient when I tried to remember certain things. He made me feel less than when I told him that my child did get prescribed a certain medicine but only because it wasn't in your system. He disregarded it and said, maybe it's your other child, you can't remember, and again gave me those weird looks as if he was disgusted or they were just weird. He gave me very bad vibes.

I'd just like to say that the nurses are very, very nice there. (two names removed) especially have always been kind to my kids and myself and very helpful.

Will recommend family members to this clinic and with Doctor. My daughter was treated with respect and the staff/doctor was attentive with any questions or concerns I had regarding my daughter's health. Never felt this way at other clinics.

I appreciated that it was a short wait to speak to a representative to schedule an appointment and also I was happy that I was able to get a same day appointment with my children's provider.

The doctor that we saw that day was excellent. What my problem was is the offices for blood work that you guys referred us to, LabCorp, the numbers and locations you had on the list are inaccurate. You may want to check to update those. Two of the locations were closed. One of them had moved. So if you can please update those addresses and information on the sheet that was provided to go take blood work, that would be great. Thank you.

Listening is a big part of patient experience. We felt rushed and not listened to.

This provider needs to be able to handle children and young babies with more delicacy because my son was not handled that way and I would not ever recommend this provider to anybody else. The way he treated him, it was not well.

We went there for our baby's first appointment and we were half an hour late. They still accomodated us. We're really thankful for their understanding. And doc is super cool and we definitely love for him to take care of our baby girl
