Patients wait time in lobby could be reduced

Yes, the phone system is what it is. It takes a while to get to talk to somebody instead of a machine. I'd rather talk to a person instead of a machine. So, you know, this is what it is there. Anyway, that's all.

He's the best doctor that I ever had. He listens to me, he talks to me, he talks like he's a family member, not like a regular doctor. I love the way that he treats me as a patient. I just want to say some additional things about Dr. (initial removed) office. I love their office, but they are very, very slow in responding to the voicemail messages. When you can leave a voicemail message and they say they will return your call within 24 hours, that never happens. And I end up having to call back and try to get through to a person in order to ask a specific question that can't be answered from a prompt.

Dr. Te was very professional and attentive to my medical concerns. I left his office with a much better understanding of my symptoms. Thank you Dr. Te !

Great listener and explains things thoroughly

Dr. Francis Te was very accommodating. He listened very well to my concerns and he was, you know, very prompt in recommending a course of action for my complaint. However, I had a problem with your radiology department because I wasn't able to get the CT scan that I'm supposed to get at the time that I went there. And I still haven't heard from them, even if they promised to call me back so I can set an appointment.
