DR. TE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY

Dr. Te treated me with respect. He listened to me. He answered my questions in a way I understood. The only thing which I think could have been improved was my appointment was about 15, 20 minutes before I saw Dr. Te. That's a minor complaint and very minor. So I don't want that overstated at all. Dr. Te has been my doctor for a long time. I have confidence in him. Frankly, I enjoyed seeing him. Thank you.

The last meeting with Dr. Te is very good. He spent enough time and he answered my questions. Yeah, so I'm pleased with the last checkup with him.

First off, for the first question, I didn't realize it was going to be one to four, so I hit two, but it should be a four. Yes, I think the usual wait at the doctor's office, the staff, everyone was great. I feel very comfortable going there, and the doctor himself has an excellent bedside manner. So, yes, proper respect, respect is due, and it's definitely due here. Take care.

Dr. Francis Te is one of the best doctors that I've ever had. I was with Dr. (name removed) and then Dr. (name removed) retired and Dr. Francis Te took over his practice and we're like friends. He knows everything about my illnesses. He explains everything. He knows all about the body and he is just an overall amazing physician and I would recommend him to all of my family and the staff in the office are very courteous and kind and professional.

I want to talk about the phone system for scheduling appointments. I understand it's been changed, and I'm disappointed. I called several times about an appointment and was told to hold for more than 20 minutes, only to be transferred from one representative to another. At some point, I was cut off, then I tried again and again. I surely believe the reps at the doctor's office are not responsible for poor telephone scheduling etiquette. Something needs to be done to improve the situation; it is very concerning.

Dr. Francis Te and his staff were very understanding. They were concerned about my needs. They were very professional. And Dr. Te has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. And he's the best. He's not in a hurry to see you and to let you come in the office for a minute and end up rushing you out. He was very thorough in his exam. He answered all my questions. I have amylosis and multiple myeloma.

Dr. Te, listened to my concerns. His compassion and respect for my health made me feel more comfortable, expressing my health issues. Dr. Te is a great asset to his clinic, Dr. Te is experienced, knowledgeable and very professional, he is a great asset to this clinic. Very hard to find a good doctor, I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Te is the best doctor. Many, many years experience. He's very patient. He listens carefully. He doesn't rush. He takes his time. The best of the best. However, the office staff does not pick up their phones. Many comments online. They don't pick up their phones in a timely manner. Sometimes they'll let 20 minutes go by, 30 minutes. Most of the time you just hang up. It says one to make an appointment. You'll be lucky if they ever pick up. But they're very nice and they're very friendly in person. They just don't pick up their phones. Maybe they're overworked. But other than that, Dr. Te , Francis Te , is the best of the best.

The office visit is great. But calling the office sucks. It takes time for the operator ton pick up for phone and once connected, you are kept waiting for 30 minutes(!) or more which is very unacceptable.

Dr. is fantastic, absolutely fantastic. I think I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. His office staff, on the other hand, is not really great. They don't return phone calls to the pharmacy, but Francis is so great as a doctor that you put up with it. That's all. Thank you. Bye-bye.

I have been going to Dr. Francis Te for quite some time now and I am very comfortable with him and he is always very responsive to my needs and my medical requests. So I wouldn't change him for anything and I want to continue going to him. I even told him that I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon. Thank you so much.

I missed that thing. Dr. Te was very good. I've known him for years and I hadn't seen him in a little while, like maybe about six months. So when I went back to see him again, it was wonderful. Wonderful greeting and definitely good care, time consuming with me, and just a great guy. And I would refer him absolutely to definitely my family members and other people that might need a doctor. Dr Te always does a great job of listening, clarifying and help me and my family understand what may be going on and how best to address it. His staff's response is often hit-or-miss. They promise to look into a request and "get back to you" and literally, weeks pass with multiple phone calls and emails and only when you are very, truly assertive do (some) they respond.

The provider and staff attended to my needs and explained well about my health conditions and how to manage it.

The recording is flipping so that in the beginning those two twos should probably be threes. I felt very comfortable with the staff and the physician and yes, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Patients wait time in lobby could be reduced

Yes, the phone system is what it is. It takes a while to get to talk to somebody instead of a machine. I'd rather talk to a person instead of a machine. So, you know, this is what it is there. Anyway, that's all.

I just want to say some additional things about Dr. (initial removed) office. I love their office, but they are very, very slow in responding to the voicemail messages. When you can leave a voicemail message and they say they will return your call within 24 hours, that never happens. And I end up having to call back and try to get through to a person in order to ask a specific question that can't be answered from a prompt.

Dr. Te was very professional and attentive to my medical concerns. I left his office with a much better understanding of my symptoms. Thank you Dr. Te !

Great listener and explains things thoroughly

Dr. Francis Te was very accommodating. He listened very well to my concerns and he was, you know, very prompt in recommending a course of action for my complaint. However, I had a problem with your radiology department because I wasn't able to get the CT scan that I'm supposed to get at the time that I went there. And I still haven't heard from them, even if they promised to call me back so I can set an appointment.
