Staff took to long to attend. I was just going to get a TB test and took 45 minutes to get the TB test. There was no patients and staff were talking I stead of attending me. My appointment was at 1:40pm and was out by 2:40pm for a TBtest.

I liked how the doctor treated me; she was very kind and gentle, and she answered the questions I was asking. She was very helpful and gave me excellent answers.

Everyone was super nice and friendly there. They usually are. I was able to get same day appointment, which is super important. My only concern or gripe or thing is they took my blood, but I got no call, which I'm assuming is good news, but still follow-up would have been good. The nurse practitioner was very nice, too. Thank you.

My doctor is Dr. (name removed). He was not available. I was very happy to have met Giselle. She's a PA and although my initial request wasn't for a PA, I was very happy and very satisfied with her ability to see me and to help me out. Thank you.

When I talked to my friends about my Pap smear appointment she told me what my provider did was unprofessional and that asking continuously about me being sexually active is inappropriate after I said "no"already. My provider had a nurse previous who already asked that information and she still didn't receive that information? Strange. She needs practice in reassurance with her patients especially when it come to stuff like this.

(Name removed) was a new general practitioner that helped me out. I didn't know her, so I didn't feel comfortable with her checking me, especially because I have a lot of technical things happening to me. And so I just feel more comfortable with my regular provider.

He is very kind and a very good person.

My experience with a vendor's practitioner, Ms. Lara, was okay. Actually, it was very good. She had to get back to me regarding a question I had to follow up regarding the way I felt. She actually asked me to call her and, you know, ask for follow-up if I was not feeling better. When I called back, I was supposed to get a call regarding, you know, either me going to do a visit, extend the time off from work because I was not feeling better. And I actually had to call back myself later on in the day, and the nurses had-were the ones that were in charge of getting back to me, not her directly. And they did not get back to me. So, therefore, I had to actually call.

Yes, Dr. Gisselle was very kind, very kind and she listened. And I really was impressed with her. Thank you.

I was very happy with my experience there, but I went there for a referral to Dr. (name removed) because I need a shot of Cortisone in my right knee because I had a lovely replacement in my right one is bothering me about now I can't get in right away to get an appointment there and that makes me very upset because my knees hurting

She took time .. more sincere than other doc that run in and out

After injuring my knee, I was able to.get an appointment the next morning. I was x-rayed and referred for an MRI which was performed less than a week later. I also have a follow-up appointment scheduled already. Very satisfied with my Dr.s office

This was my second time being seen by Gisselle Lara and both times I felt she really cared about my situation and tried to help me out.

First time seeing Dr Lara. Very nice person and was very helpful with my concern. Prescription was sent in to my pharmacy and help me. Drs has a great team.
