I was unaware that there was a third option during the beginning of the couple of questions regarding the customer service and I think the front office, how they treated me. I would give them all threes. My experience was all threes, even though I put two on most of them. The ones that I put two should be three. Thank you.

My first appointment at this location and with M.D Lara. I was prescribed pain medication I also asked for cream for the pain she didn't want to prescribed she stated either the pills or the cream. In the past with my previous doctor, I was prescribed both. I didn't understand why she wasn't able to prescribe it.

I'm so glad I found a doctor who speaks Spanish. I highly recommend Gisselle Lara; she's very professional.

I was disappointed as an asthmatic all my life. I absolutely know that my oxygen level reading should be checked the moment I get in to see how bad I am. The nurse came in, the doctor came in, the nurse came in again, and I had to say, don't you guys need to take my oxygen? And then when I kind of talked to the doctor, there wasn't an immediate like, oh, I'm so sorry. It was, I don't know if she was trying to come up with a reason. I'm not quite sure. Maybe things happened, maybe, but very disappointed when I came in and my oxygen level was not checked immediately. And when it was checked, it was pretty low. It was like 86. So yeah, that was concerning. Also, I know that she's newer. I had a very long relationship with Dr. (name remove). Overall, I was overall satisfied.

Professional, patient and knowledgeable. I would have preferred to be seen by a female doctor but, the NP did provide an assessment and an approval to have a Mammogram Diagnostic Unilateral exam.

She was not respectful of my, of listening to what I had to say.

Maybe physicals have changed over the years, it just seemed much quicker. Questions were asked that thought the dr would follow up on but no, I guess those answers are just filed away. I was never asked if anything else was going on or if I had any concerns, I guess I thought we would talk about things after my pap but no, the appointment was over. I told the nurse yes my hearing is going bad thinking that maybe we would follow up on that. And then I was asked if I had all my immunizations, and I replied that I didn't know thinking the doctor would talk to me about if I needed any immunizations, but no. So I guess I was a little disappointed in the physical thinking they would really ask me more questions or get more involved, but maybe it's not like that anymore. Other than that, everybody was very nice.

I was very pleased with Gisselle's care. This was my first visit with her. The only thing is when the nurse took my blood pressure, it was rather high and I thought it was unusual that Gisselle didn't mention it and take another reading. Dr. (name removed) would have mentioned it and taken another reading. But other than that, I was really pleased with my appointment with Gisselle Lara and plan to continue seeing her.

Great customer service. I was seen timely and the nurse practitioner was very, she took her time, answered all my questions and I was very confident in that she was doing the best for my health. Thank you.

The only negative experience was the wait time for labs. It must have been over 20 minutes. However, she was very curious and friendly.

I was grateful that she demanded for me to have an x-ray and she heard my cry for help because I was in pain and she was very knowledgeable to her profession.

Dr. Lara and the staff were amazing, like absolutely amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and they were very welcoming, smiles, everything, especially the lady who takes the, who draws the blood. I forgot her name, but she's amazing. She's really, really amazing. And yeah, I'm grateful for the team there.

Well, I feel like the doctor that I've seen, she needs to be more patient and more understanding of listening to what a patient is telling her. I felt like she wasn't.

Staff took to long to attend. I was just going to get a TB test and took 45 minutes to get the TB test. There was no patients and staff were talking I stead of attending me. My appointment was at 1:40pm and was out by 2:40pm for a TBtest.

I liked how the doctor treated me; she was very kind and gentle, and she answered the questions I was asking. She was very helpful and gave me excellent answers.

Everyone was super nice and friendly there. They usually are. I was able to get same day appointment, which is super important. My only concern or gripe or thing is they took my blood, but I got no call, which I'm assuming is good news, but still follow-up would have been good. The nurse practitioner was very nice, too. Thank you.

My doctor is Dr. (name removed). He was not available. I was very happy to have met Giselle. She's a PA and although my initial request wasn't for a PA, I was very happy and very satisfied with her ability to see me and to help me out. Thank you.

When I talked to my friends about my Pap smear appointment she told me what my provider did was unprofessional and that asking continuously about me being sexually active is inappropriate after I said "no"already. My provider had a nurse previous who already asked that information and she still didn't receive that information? Strange. She needs practice in reassurance with her patients especially when it come to stuff like this.

(Name removed) was a new general practitioner that helped me out. I didn't know her, so I didn't feel comfortable with her checking me, especially because I have a lot of technical things happening to me. And so I just feel more comfortable with my regular provider.

He is very kind and a very good person.
