Very kind sweet knowledgeable & excellent NP

I just want to say my experience with Dr. (name removed) extraordinary. I recommend her to friends and family. She listens to you. You're seen in a timely manner. She does go above and beyond. Any concerns you have, she does answer and she really does care about her patients. I'd recommend her. She is absolutely amazing.

I really liked that they speak Spanish, and that's what I think is great, that they speak to us in Spanish so we can communicate what's happening. That's what I liked.

Haidee was WONDERFUL!!!!! She explained things very well so that I could easily understand them. I never felt rushed. I felt that my concerns were very important and I was treated with respect. And the office staff was great!

The only reason I could not recommend this provider is because all my family has Kaiser and not the insurance I have. So as much as I do share my praises of and appreciation for Dr. Tabanao to my family, they have been with Kaiser for decades and will not change insurance or providers.

It was a great experience with Haidee Tabanao. She was very thorough and patient in asking questions and answering all my questions and the concerns I had. I really felt comfortable with my consultation.

I actually felt as a patient and not a number. She took her time to listen and provide what was needed.

The providers in this office are always so professional and friendly and just great.

When I went to CITI for the first time in July, June it seems, I didn't like the treatment I received from the nurse I was assigned because I had some vague questions that didn't make me feel comfortable. But this time, with this doctor I saw in October, she was truly professional. She knew how to answer all my questions, spoke to me appropriately, and handled all my results with great tact.

Tabanao is the best nurse practitioner I have ever been to. She listened to me. She had so many helpful suggestions. She really took the time to help me and I cannot recommend her enough.

You guys have good medical staff members.

I was trying to contact her to get a prescription for the flu. She authorized a prescription that was $3,000. I'm trying to contact her to get a less expensive prescription. So would you please ask her to call me at this number you have.

The staff scheduling procedures should confer with patient on possible locations to have done. I know insurance makes a difference in locations but if applicable options should be made available

Although I was not able to see my Primary provider, I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was very committed to my care and understanding.

Yes, doctor was really good. She explained a lot of things that were confusing because there were too many different calls coming in and he didn't understand them. So she explained everything in detail. So that was really great. It was pleasing because I was confused for a while. So yes. Thank you so much. Bye-bye.

I just wanted to share how incredibly impressed I was with the nurse practitioner I saw yesterday. From the moment I sat down, she gave me her full attention and truly took the time to listen. I was blown away by how thorough she was-she paid close attention to every detail of my condition, asked all the right questions, and made sure I felt heard and understood. What stood out the most was her genuine care. You could tell by the way she listened so attentively and explained everything so clearly that she truly wanted the best for me. She not only helped me understand what was going on but also gave me real peace of mind. The level of service and compassion she showed was simply excellent. Yeah, I don't find that the doctors see the seriousness of what my problem is. And hopefully it does not happen where I'm at a loss of having things to do about it, being it's been prolonged for a long time. definitely jumped the boat with them wanting to take care of the matter like immediately. Other than that, I thought the place was quite cordial and polite and did their part on the medical field and that's it.

I was very pleased with the fact that although my primary doctor wasn't there, that this nurse practitioner did take the time to see me, although their staff forgot to cancel that appointment, and she went ahead and used it to address my issues. I was very pleased with that. And her comforting manner, lighthearted, interested, empathetic. I really, although she wasn't really a specialist that I was addressed to see, she really stepped in when I needed someone the most, especially in the condition that I was in on the day of my visit. I'm very grateful that she took the time and made the necessary attempts on behalf of my health to see that I got the kind of service that I needed. I appreciated that very much. So I would recommend this.

Dr. Tabanao exceeded my expectations for this appointment. It was refreshing to finally have a PIH physician address all of my concerns and provide solutions for them.

I had to call this office five times to get my omniprizol refilled. This provider said that she refilled it when I was in the visit with her. Never went through, called the office staff, had to fight with them every day. One of them told me he was going to report me. You people don't know what you're doing.

She is very knowledgable and kind. I felt safe and seen in her care and she reminded me of caregivers of the past who don't rush through appointments and actually see the patient as a special human being. Wonderful!

Evidently she is new to the practice but did not introduce herself. Fortunately there was a poster with her picture in the waiting room. She seemed unsure of herself, but since she's new, we'll have to see how it goes. I would only recommend family or friends who have a medical background at this point and know what to ask .

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the DR answered questions where I could understand them also did not make me feel rushed like they did not have time for me.

The people were very kind to me, both the doctor and the interpreter. I wish everyone could be as kind and attentive as the doctor, the interpreter, and the person who assisted me before the doctor. The only bad thing is that they never answer the phone at the clinic, and when they do schedule an appointment, it's always far in advance; they never have available appointments. That's the downside with these doctors. But for me, the doctors are very efficient, though some of the other staff, especially the receptionists, have a bad attitude. My name is (PHI removed) and I received excellent care from not only the people in the front that took very good care of me, but also the doctor and the nurses and the assistant nurses. Everything was fantastic. So I would definitely recommend.

Great experience! I loved my new doctor! I would prefer to see her for all my future appointments! Felt very comfortable and she spent plenty of time with me! She was very interested in how my stomach issues were affecting my life and is working with me to help alleviate the symptoms! Overall, I loved my new doctor or nurse practitioner and again..
