I'm happy to always be able to get an appointment on time, but I just would prefer to not feel too rushed when the provider actually comes in. I felt like what I was saying, everything was being rushed or like trying to just get it going, which I appreciate also the speediness, but I also would like some more time to spend with the doctor.

I visited to get a referral for a vaccine that PIH doesn't offer. My provider referred me to St. Jude, but it's not in my network, and they don't even have that vaccine.

She explained aftercare quickly, had to have her repeat and slow down. She kept referencing that everything was in the discharge paperwork though I wanted to make sure that I understood my children's medication regimen.

The experience was very comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. They listened and communicated well. This was my daughter's first appointment with this provider and it was very pleasant, even though my daughter was a bit nervous at first. She was instantly put at ease, so thank you!

The doctor performed the assessment super fast, didn't stay with us for even 5 minutes and just left.

We felt rushed. We felt this provider didn't understand what we were saying and felt like she just wanted us to shut up and leave.

For this particular provider, I would say it is very important to address the parent first rather than the child first. My daughter is under 12 and she was addressed before me. Also, the tone in which the provider spoke sounded condescending to me and the provider made a couple of insinuations. regarding my communication with my daughter's previous provider. It seemed as though she wasn't grasping what I was saying in terms of the timeline, being that I had been with another provider and switched to this office. And the provider seemed tentative to prescribe a medication for my daughter's eyes, which was different than Dr. (name removed). She asked me to follow up with Dr. (name removed) and

we were seen promptly.

I did not feel the NP took the time to listen to all my concerns. She asked what was my primary concern and only focused on that. There were other symptoms that I would have liked to discuss or for her to address. She did not explain entirely. I felt that I had to inquire further to ensure that I was providing the right care for the symptoms that brought us in that day. The NP also appeared to be rushed.

Waited 30mins or so even with appointment. Doctor seems rush

Hi, I would not, absolutely not recommend Hannah, the NICH practitioner. She went in there rushing and wouldn't look at the child's history that she was asking me and when in doubt, you know, I asked her if she could just look through his history so she could know what I'm talking about. I just felt like she was rushing and I didn't feel like I was being heard fully. Thank you.

Clean office and room, great staff, appreciate their time and help!

The nurse who treated us today, not the nurse practitioner, but the nurse who did the intake was so awesome. She's so awesome with kids. She and my daughter is a little afraid of the scale, etc. She guided her so gently. We had the most awesomest experience because of her. And that really is appreciated at a time when your child is very sick. Thank you so much.

We came in for my daughter's 6 month visit. The staff was nice and always is.

I was told by the xray tech I'd receive results within a day or two but I haven't. Otherwise, my experience was positive.

It can improve by having more pediatricians availability when needed for emergency. Thank you.

Although I was able to be seen by this nurse practitioner today, I was disappointed that I could never find a same day or even next day appointment with my child's PCP. The first available is usually 1-2 weeks out. By then, my child's symptoms become worse, or I just end up taking them to the urgent care.
