All the staff amazed us. The receptionist greeted us with a smile. The doctor's assistant was AMAZING. She was so kind, patient, and friendly. The doctor explained everything to us on both children's development with detail and welcomed any questions. So happy we switched to this office.

Provider was to engaged with computer, lots of typing and hardly made eye contact with me. She was rude and quick, I felt like she did understand my perspective of the issue. I also felt like she didn't take the time to connect with my children. I left feeling very frustrated.

Provider was nice and helpful but Took my daughter in for throat pain and she didn't get swabbed for strep. Was told it seemed viral with no tests, just visually looking into her throat. Had to take her in again today to another location and had her swabbed and she tested positive for strep. Would have been nice to start antibiotics the day prior had she been swabbed since we took her in for throat pain. Just thought it would be standard to test for strep. Otherwise, care was great.

I'm not one to often complain about a provider unless my experience with them really rubbed me the wrong way. However, my son received shots yesterday (04/27/26) during his 4:00 appointment, and the young woman who came in to give my son shots, I believe her name was (name removed), was extremely unprofessional. Not only was she entirely too slow, and this is based on my experience of other workers coming in and moving at lightning speed despite the child screaming, but at one moment after it took her what felt like ages to put the bandaid on after the first shot, she stopped the whole shot process (and he was only getting two) to focus on my four year old who was there and asked me to ask her to sit down... WHILE my son was still crying from the first shot. Now, when you go from getting two shots at lightning speed to getting two within a minute and some change, that's frustrating. I understand my daughter was crying because of her own fear of needles, but for the young woman to focus on her and ask me to ask her to sit down while my son is still crying AND knowing there's one more shot to give was not acceptable. We are coming straight from picking them up from school, so unfortunately she had to be at the appointment, but I would expected better treatment from someone working in an establishment that, I would presume, deals with crying children when giving shots.

Provider has very good bedside manner. Attentive and friendly.

All levels of service from the check-in to exiting the appointment was a wonderful experience. Thanks to the hard working staff and professionals.

All staff was amazing , from front office to back office .

The room we were put in was really hot. The air conditioning was not working. And even the nurse said that it was hot, but it was not fixed at the time.

Hanna was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my daughters and I feel comfortable.

The provider was very thorough and thoughtful and patient and kept asking if we had questions and was very sweet with my daughters.

Please fix the elevators!!!! It's extremely frustrating having to walk up four flights of stairs, with a baby in a car seat, just to find out that the back door is locked! If it's locked for safety reasons, then keep it open and have a security or someone there at all times because it is extremely and not OK for the parents to have to walk up and down because the building can't figure out how to keep the elevators working. And it's an ADA issue especially if I have my stroller or if I'm in a wheelchair. Then have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator.

I'm happy to always be able to get an appointment on time, but I just would prefer to not feel too rushed when the provider actually comes in. I felt like what I was saying, everything was being rushed or like trying to just get it going, which I appreciate also the speediness, but I also would like some more time to spend with the doctor.

I visited to get a referral for a vaccine that PIH doesn't offer. My provider referred me to St. Jude, but it's not in my network, and they don't even have that vaccine.

She explained aftercare quickly, had to have her repeat and slow down. She kept referencing that everything was in the discharge paperwork though I wanted to make sure that I understood my children's medication regimen.

The experience was very comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful. They listened and communicated well. This was my daughter's first appointment with this provider and it was very pleasant, even though my daughter was a bit nervous at first. She was instantly put at ease, so thank you!

The doctor performed the assessment super fast, didn't stay with us for even 5 minutes and just left.

We felt rushed. We felt this provider didn't understand what we were saying and felt like she just wanted us to shut up and leave.
