I really like the way Dr. spoke to my daughter and spoke to her directly. I feel like he made her feel heard and understood. And I want to congratulate him for that and for also giving us a referral for neurology. Thank you.

Nashed is a great doctor.

The nurse was amazing with both of our daughters. Not only friendly and seemed genuine, but did her job so well and efficiently!

First time appointment with Dr Nashed, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Staff is always fantastic. They remembered my daughter a year later. We've been going there since she was a baby. It was great thank you and thank thank you for taking us so quickly.

Dr. Nashed was very pleasant and took time with my son to asked questions about why he came today for his visit. He sat down and listened and did his physical exam with care. My son has been dealing with stomach pain for sometime and I feel like Dr Nashed made necessary orders to see what exactly is causing his stomach pain. I appreciate the time he took to explain things to us.

This is not our regular doctor. We saw this doctor out of a need for a referral To sports medicine. My older daughter (23) took in my younger daughter (17) as I was traveling and had to explain the situation over the phone. When I asked him to include specific verbiage on the referral so that I am able to use my FSA dollars, he told me he would in the presence of my children. When I hung up, my children told me he chuckled and gave them a different note and said "good luck with that!" Dr. (name removed) has been AH-MAZING with my kids and she's the reason I continue to return to PIH! I was surprised to hear that this doctor would lie to me about the note and then mock me in front of My children. I now see why he had such quick availability while Dr. (name removed) didn't have any until late August.

The staff and the doctor were amazing made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions

We were left waiting for over an hour before walking out. This excessive delay was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. It gave the impression that our time-and more importantly, our health and well-being-were not valued. As a parent, I expect a certain level of respect and consideration when it comes to my child's care. Sitting in a waiting room for such an extended period was unacceptable. It disrupted our day, caused unnecessary stress, and left me questioning the level of professionalism and organization at your practice. I hope you implement measures to improve scheduling and communication with your patients. Everyone's time is valuable, and no one should have to sacrifice an entire day only to be kept waiting. I would appreciate a response acknowledging this issue

Dr.Nashed always goes above and beyond. We know the kids are in good hands, the kids are always so happy to see him and we always leave feeling that he does his job great and the kids are growing healthy

Dr Nashed is one of the best doctors he truly cares about your child, he makes sure to answer all your questions and makes you leave Without questioning anything.

That was a very good first time visit as first time patients. All the staff was good. They treated us in a timely manner. Everyone's very friendly and understanding of kids' behavior and we're very happy overall with all the experience.

Dr. Nashed and (name removed) are always kind to our girls. They are welcoming and professional each time we visit.

Time spent in the office waiting for the doctor is excessive. I go during my lunch/break at work. With Dr. (name removed) I would make it back to work within half an hour, including the driving time which is less than 10 minutes one way. Last two times with Dr. Nashed we were away from the house for over an hour.

The doctor and nurse were very conscientious and very respectful to both my son and myself. They took their time and they listened to everything that I had to say. And I love that they made my son feel very comfortable. I completely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a new physician.
