Yes, I don't have a problem with him. I've been seeing him for a few years for my back and pain management. He's done my operatorals and he's done the cortisone there in the office. Very official, doesn't hurt, very professional and no, I like him very much.

The lady that did the cocktail that put me to sleep, snapped a rubber band from oxygen mask and cut my face. I'm sure she didn't meen to,but it stung and cut me when I woke they put a bandage (small) on my face..unacceptable

I have been experiencing back pain for decades and recently it's gotten worse. The doctor explained to me and went into great detail as to why I've been experiencing this pain that no other doctor has ever done so before. He showed me the x-rays and the previous CT scan and put things into perspective that I've never considered or understood before. I really appreciate his expertise and due diligence.

It took me three months to get in to see this provider, which I love and he's an excellent doctor. But trying to get in, I was having to be rescheduled because he had surgery that day, so it wasn't my fault. I had to be rescheduled and I could not get in for three months after the appointment that they canceled on me because the provider was in surgery. And also the office staff to check in, the receptionists are very rude. They need to have training on customer service. Thank you.

The Check-in girl (name removed) was So Rude. She Didn't say Hi she said Your Name, then said what time is your I told her I don't remember. She then Rolled her eyes at me. (Name removed) said you have a copay on $10, I put on the counter. Then (name removed) said is that it and I said yes. I told her it's Not a Tip. She had a Bad attitude she should not be working at PIH or the front office. I am calling management about her today.

Hi, yes, I tried to reschedule with the doctor yesterday and I could not do it. I couldn't get a verification code whatever. I tried and tried and tried, so that was very frustrating. So on Monday I will again make the attempt. But yeah, I could not reschedule. I made an appointment but I want to see him sooner and I tried to make a change the appointment and I could not. So I hopefully Monday things will go more smoothly. Thank you.

I was really impressed with the doctor. I was nervous going in. He satisfied all my questions in a really kindly manner and I would go back to him and probably will in the next month or two. That's it.

I'm very happy with the attentive of the front staff and the assistance of the doctor and his time that he spent with us. Just wish there was more time in advance that we have to book so late in the month because sometimes you need to be seen before, not three months later. But I do recommend this doctor 100%. Very attentive, very aware, very concerned, and I'm very happy that he's recognizing him since last year. From the time I arrived at PIH to the time l left everything was handled very well. Before my procedure there was a problem with my heart but the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make sure it would not be a problem to go ahead with the procedure.

I would like to say about the doctor that he was very good and very informative and he listened to what I had to say about the pain level that I was in and he paid attention and he took his time no matter what he did and he listened and I appreciated that because I was in a lot of pain and he just helped me so I appreciate what he's going to do in the future because I have to have an MRI done and I appreciate that he's going to try and help me and look into maybe that there is something else wrong but he's a very good doctor and thank you.

And I wouldn't change doctors for anything in the world. He is absolutely the best. He's kind, he's very attentive, and I wish he was my primary doctor, quite frankly, but he is just only my pain management. But I truly, truly would recommend him to anybody that needed a doctor for pain management, 100%.

I didn't like the idea when you get there, you got to stand in line at the desk to let them know you're there. And then to make an appointment, you have to go back out there and stand in line with the people that are there to let them know they have an appointment. And then for the people, we got to stand in line to let them know for the new appointment. I think when you come out of the doctor's office, his help up there ought to do that for you. But you don't have to stand in line twice. That's my only problem, and always has been. That's it.

I waited in the lobby over 1 hr after checking in. I had to ask at the front desk if there was a delay. No one knew they just said my paperwork was gone and I would be called soon. It took another 15 min. That was close to my procedure time so I felt rushed. Thats unusual this time. Every other time I was taken in a timely manner.

I wish that doctors would know what they're talking about when it comes to CRPS, chronic regional pain syndrome. I have that. This doctor does, though. But when I go to the emergency room, they don't know what they're talking about. They never heard about the symptoms. And they don't know what to do with me sometimes. I just want to get relief. I want something because of pain. The pain is so excruciating. So that's about it. Everything else looks great. You guys got to keep on doing the right thing to do. And that is listening to the customer at all times. Thank you.

Hard to get timely appointments, booked months in advance. Even though he puts down to follow-up in 4 weeks, had to follow-up with assistant and that was 8 weeks after injection. The nurse that started my IV, didn't get the vein, so the anesthia didn't take so I was awake during the entire procedure.

But you could improve your parking facility that you allowed us 30 minutes for free, but they don't get to see us until about 45 minutes later. So the parking is a questionable and not everybody has credit cards and so it's hard to pay cash and you have to look around for another box that accepts cash. That's the problem that I have every time I go. Thank you.

Dr. Rastegar is really a great Pain mgmt doctor. I've had a doctor at PIH pain mgmt. that doesn't seem to care or have any compassion for patients that are really struggling with severe pain daily.
