From the beginning (name removed) was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and very concerned about my reasons for why I definitely needed this appointment. When I arrived at this location I was greeted with respect. Also when (name removed) called me in to proceed with my appointment, she too was fantastic very professional and very knowledgeable as well. The doctor was very handsome. He was very nice and wanted me to feel comfortable being there, he may have noticed I was feeling a little bit nervous. My echo technician she was amazing. All in all. This has been a one of the best consultations. I've been too. Service was 100% on point. From start to fino. Definitely will be back.

The doctor and staff were stellar. They went above and beyond. PIH however gets an F! You have been robo calling me about this survey for days! You have called me at night. I am LIVID that you would pester a cardiac patient by phone! What the hell is wrong with you people???? You have very sick patients for whom stress is a problem and you put them on a robo call list for a survey?? It is utterly disgusting. I blocked the number and you still got through multiple times. Do not hurt amazing doctors by acting like this. STOP ROBO CALLING SICK PEOPLE!

I feel confident that my heart is in good hands.

When I first tried to schedule an appointment, I feel like I was greeted by a woman in a hurry to get off the phone. Then, she told me I should expect a call back from the medical office. I never received such a call. I had to call back on my own. The next woman I spoke to sounded as if she was in the office maybe vs. an answering service? The tone-of-voice, friendliness, etc. was absolutely night and day. Almost as if I called a different office, but I know I didn't. I thought my first call was horrible. Given that I was calling about my heart and the thought that I may have had a mild heart attack, I would've never thought that a phone assistant would be not only insensitive, but grossly inaccurate in terms of me receiving a phone call.
