I was really satisfied with the personability and kindness of people at the office. They were nice and especially Mr. Cooley was very good about taking care of everything that I needed in a timely manner. He remembers things about me in my previous conversations with him and has the proper bedside manner that I think that most providers should have. And I will keep going to him until, quite simply, he's done. And then I'll try to look at the Baker Sealed branch, but this one is really good.

My experience was great. However I feel the front desk staff are not necessarily nice to older patients. There was an older man in the waiting room that obviously not comfortable with computers. He was attempting to check in on an iPad, having difficulty. The front staff were not very nice or helpful with one elder man that needed help checking in. In fact the front desk lady was yelling out the private questions that needed to be answered. She seemed frustrated with the patient. I felt bad for the elder patient and I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room. More compassion needs to be shown

Doctor was great. Staff was fine, but could always be friendlier. Hospital itself is nice and clean, but the immediate area outside is filled with vagrants and filth. Hardly welcoming for patients.

The entire service I received at that hospital was excellent. I really liked the attention I received from the nurses, the people who gave me the medication, and everyone who came in. They all treated me with great kindness and respect. I thank them all very much.

Dr Cooley and Dr (name removed) were the best. Dr Cooley was so efficient and made taking the hearing test a breeze. Thank you! Dr (name removed) is always A+. On top of my regular appointment, he had someone do the Epley Maneuver on me which took care of the vertigo issue. THANK YOU!

Yes, I had a problem with the authorization I had for the appointment. It had the wrong address on it. And they told me that the address that the office had moved more than a year or two ago. So an old form is being used that has the old address on it. That was very confusing, and I had to go to two wrong places before I got to the right place. So it created a delay for me. Thank you.

All staff worked above and beyond to accommodate my needs. With direction to the new office, scheduling an appointment with Dr (name removed) before my audiologist appointment, taking me in early for my appointment. All staff treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation.
