Poor service and they don't respect the appointment time; it takes a very long time, this is the second time I've seen the same doctor.

The doctor was very kind and efficient. Everything went perfectly. I'm very happy with that doctor.

I had to wait for 2 hours to see doctor for 5 minutes. I was supposed to make another appointment and waited 5 minutes in room for someone to come in (it was lunchtime). I was already upset that I had waited 2 hours to see the doctor so I just walked out.

I just wish Dr. Freimann would have told me, explained to me better that he's going to talk to Dr. (name removed). Dr. (name removed) is going to reach out to me regarding what the matter is going to turn out to be because that left me kind of like in limbo. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

WAIT TO LONG TO BE ATTENDED

Had to wait over an hour and a half.

It took 4 weeks for the office to even schedule an appointment after my doctor referred me. When I called to ask about the appointment I got a "don't call us, we'll call you " attitude. The office staff in the day of my appointment was great. (name removed), the M.A. was especially helpful

Yes, I'm very happy with the office and staff. And the only reason I rate it the nine for recommending for family and friends, I have said it before for all the PA doctors. It's just so hard to get in for an appointment and have to wait so long. If we recommend more, we're going to have to wait longer. So otherwise, I'm quite happy. Thank you.

The front desk staff are very rude; they don't greet you and won't help you unless you tell them. Very bad service; this is the fourth time. Very bad. They have an F+.

Due to weather I was seen an hour after my appointment time. While it was frustrating it was not a fault with the doctor his staff. They did the best they could under the circumstances.

It seems like sometimes I have to repeat myself about meditations I've been on in the past. I shared with him about an upcoming venous ultrasound that I'm having and I thought maybe he'd talk with me more about it because I've never had it done before. I don't know, I don't always feel like he understands how scared and anxious I often am about procedures I've never had before.

Waiting 30 mins after appointment time defeats the purpose of having an appointment, especially when I end up only spending about 3-5 mins with the provider. I shouldn't have had to ask about the results that were out of range - that should've been proactively explained to me.

I arrived at 11:05 (told to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment, 11:20), but wasn't seen until 11:45am. I felt somewhat rushed during my visit with the doctor. I was scheduled for an MRI visit in December 15, 2025, would've been better if it was scheduled sooner.

there appeared to be a staffing problem. the dr was running late and there was a long wait time in the exam room

No complaints about the staff. Major problem with the wait. My appointment was at 10am and I waited until 11am to be seen. That is unacceptable

Dr. Freimann listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. He explained everything in laymen terms that I could understand. The only thing was the wait to see the doctor. It was about 45 minute wait in the waiting room.

Zero empathy; eager to leave the room to see next patient; I couldn't relate at all to this doctor; major disappointment and impossibility to relate at all; no eye contact; and out of the blue, without any checkup or backup, says that due to the high glucose I tested for, it's probable I could have pancreatic cancer!!! My wife and I were floored.. for a first visit, this was a depressing letdown. I plan to change oncologist asap.

I've had 4 different Oncology since my cancer diagnosis in 2010 with this same Insurance, this new location was by far the worst and Dr F did a quick checkup, told me that my mammogram was good, never went over my blood work and told me to come back in a year to have another mammogram and bone density at that time. I guess things are changing and I have look up my medical information myself on Follow my Health ?

Very friendly first time meeting him but comfortable to continue treatment with.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Freimann. Scheduled bloodwork to determine if there is an underlying problem, scheduled a return visit.

Dr. Jack Freimann, who diagnosed my cancer, took very well care of me. And because of him, I believe, with the treatment he recommended and I got, I was able to beat the cancer. Thank you.

Wait times very frustrating. Appt scheduled at 8 am and was there before staff opened the door after 8. Went into exam room at 7:11, saw the Dr around 8;30, he left at 8:34 and said to wait for nurse and orders. At 8:54, nurse said he wanted to see me in a year and have labs done before next appointment. Couldn't make appt for next year and she said they would call and set up later. This is the same procedure I have followed with this Dr for the past 18 years. Complete waste of time as far as I am concerned.

Dr. Freiman and his staff, his nurses, assistants, were all professional. The doctor is treating me very well, is doing additional testing to get to the bottom of an issue that we both know that might be of concern. So I appreciate his concern and treatment.

I liked how the nurses treated me, they were very efficient and the quality was very good, thank you.

The wait time was not as long as my previous visit. But the staff and Dr. are always friendly and polite.

Good afternoon, my name is (PHI removed). I had an appointment with Dr. Freimann. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the results of my mammogram. I'm waiting for the results. They were supposed to call me, but he hasn't called back. I gave that rating because he's a very good doctor. But actually, this appointment I went to didn't give me the results I thought I would. After an MRI of my breast, this doctor wanted to examine my breast for lumps. My MRI was only meant as a routine exam that I started with Dr. (name removed) before he left. I and along with my primary female doctor exam my breast. I will be seeking a female doctor instead of Dr. Freimann.

I like the doctor, he explained everything and the three, a lot of attention with my problem so I recommend it. Everybody. Thank you.

I was very nervous and upset but when I came in there the staff calmed me down. They were excellent. They were very understanding, listened to what I said and I calmed right down. So thank you PIH. Thank you very much.

Dr. Freiman was excellent. His staff was excellent. Dr. Freiman was a good listener. He didn't just take small answers as the answer. He dug down to try to search out real answers and see how to help me best. I appreciate it more than I can say. I am thrilled that he is my oncologist. Thank you.

Hi, I pressed 10 for recommending any PIH doctor, but I'd like to really press no, because if I recommend them to anybody else, I probably would never be able to get in and see them, because it is difficult to get in to see a doctor at PIH on a timely manner, and that's upsetting. So, if somebody could address that, I don't know if it's adding more doctors, adding more staff, but it is hard sometimes that you have to wait months to get in. Thank you, (PHI removed). Bye.

I am new to PIH and find it very frustrating that I have to pay my co-pay along with paying $5 for parking. ALL patients should have their parking validated. I find this very frustrating. I also have handicap parking and believe handicap cars should not have to pay either.
