Jack H. Freimann MD

Dr. Jack was my doctor like 23 years ago when I first had my breast cancer and he was awesome then. And then I found him again and I have him back and I'm so happy. Thank you.

My appointment was at 4:20, was seen finally at 5:40! very disappointing. Hope next time will have to wait less.

Waited 20 minutes in the waiting room, than waited another 35 minutes waiting for the doctor in examination room. I thought that was way to long.

Dr knew not a thing about why I was seeing him. Nor was he versed in amylodosis in the slightest. Very poor knowledge of even the basics.

Again, I would highly recommend Dr. Freimann's office, Freimann's office, but again, if I recommend them to family or friends, we have enough trouble getting an appointment now, not having to wait three to six months. So if we keep recommending them, we're never going to be able to get in to see a PIH doctor. And that's my only complaint. The office, Dr. Freimann, are all wonderful. I would love to recommend them. But again, it's so hard to make an appointment. It would be even longer if the practice keeps going. That's my only concern. If not, I highly recommend it. Again, (PHI removed), and I think I have to say after each.

Just because I'm not an MD doesn't mean my time is less valuable. Having to wait approx. 30 minutes to be seen while waiting in the exam room is not fair.

The nursing staff was 10/10. They were patient and thorough. Dr. (name removeed) was to the point , extremely knowledgeable and very kind.

My appointment actually 8:20, but they call me more than one hour, after more than one hour, 9:30. That's why your staff need to, they talk to me very bad. I talk to them. I have my appointment 8:20, but they said, oh, you see, we call you. But I wait more than one hour. That's why you need to give instruction to staff. They so kind. Okay, thank you.

I was told to get there 10 minutes early for my appointment which was at 10:20am so I got there at 10:10 did not get seen until 11:00 had to tell front desk I was going to leave if I didn't get seen soon so I finally got in for my appointment I don't know if this is standard for this place it was my first time at this office but if this happens again it will be my last time at this office

I happen to be an employee, my appointment was scheduled for 9:40, I waited an hour and a half before being called back, was never informed that the doctor was running behind, doctor did not have all of my lab results, I showed him my results from FMH , I asked him if he does telehealth and he said no, total time spent with me was perhaps 2 min, I was planning on going to work after my appointment, but it wasn't worth it since I was leaving early for my infusion appointment, I could have worked 4 hours but instead I had to use 8 hours of my PTO, and this is the second time this occurs with this doctor, so needless to say I'm not happy

Dr Freimann is kind, efficient, answered all my questions and showed concern for me as a person, not only a patient.

I couldn't make an upcoming appointment for 6 months, the assistant said the computer blocked him from making appointment and labs. He said the office would call me to set up appointment in 2 or 3 months. I don't believe it will happen.

Front office staff is busy one of the younger ladies was very nice and responses the older lady was very short and dismissive with patience checking in. You could tell that she was annoyed.

The doctor takes time to listen to your concerns.

I feel I am well cared for by the Doctor and staff.

Someone should really check into this doctor!

Yes, I would like to know if there is any options out of some natural recommended remedies, not remedies, some natural food that could, or natural means that could help me to improve, and if there is any value of that. And I believe that the only answer that we have out of that question was definitely there's no such a thing that cancer is cancer. There's no billing out of anything medium way. I respect that. I would like to have maybe a second opinion and see if there is any other options available that we could try.

I had a previous appointment which I had to reschedule. I went in person to the front desk of Dr. Freimann to reschedule. I didn't appreciate the lady who was helping me, asked me why I couldn't make it to my original appointment. It made me feel very uncomfortable me having to explain to her my reason why. I've been a patient with PIH for many years and never been asked why I can't make it to an appointment. I was not happy about that. My concern was to reschedule my appointment. Dr. Freimann has been an excellent doctor he is very nice, patient and takes time to explain things to me. I wasn't happy with the lady in the front office asking why I couldn't make it to my appointment that I had to reschedule.

The wait time for doctor to come into room was almost an hour. Nobody came in to update me on wait. And when the doctor came in he was brief and kept closing his eyes a lot when talking directly to me like he was falling asleep not making direct eye contact.

My appointment was at 9:40 did not see him till 11:00 he was in room for 10min and gone.

Great but the wait was more than I expected.

I had to wait for 2 hours to see doctor for 5 minutes. I was supposed to make another appointment and waited 5 minutes in room for someone to come in (it was lunchtime). I was already upset that I had waited 2 hours to see the doctor so I just walked out.

I just wish Dr. Freimann would have told me, explained to me better that he's going to talk to Dr. (name removed). Dr. (name removed) is going to reach out to me regarding what the matter is going to turn out to be because that left me kind of like in limbo. But other than that, everything was great. Thank you.

WAIT TO LONG TO BE ATTENDED

Had to wait over an hour and a half.

It took 4 weeks for the office to even schedule an appointment after my doctor referred me. When I called to ask about the appointment I got a "don't call us, we'll call you " attitude. The office staff in the day of my appointment was great. (name removed), the M.A. was especially helpful

Yes, I'm very happy with the office and staff. And the only reason I rate it the nine for recommending for family and friends, I have said it before for all the PA doctors. It's just so hard to get in for an appointment and have to wait so long. If we recommend more, we're going to have to wait longer. So otherwise, I'm quite happy. Thank you.

The front desk staff are very rude; they don't greet you and won't help you unless you tell them. Very bad service; this is the fourth time. Very bad. They have an F+.

Due to weather I was seen an hour after my appointment time. While it was frustrating it was not a fault with the doctor his staff. They did the best they could under the circumstances.

It seems like sometimes I have to repeat myself about meditations I've been on in the past. I shared with him about an upcoming venous ultrasound that I'm having and I thought maybe he'd talk with me more about it because I've never had it done before. I don't know, I don't always feel like he understands how scared and anxious I often am about procedures I've never had before.

Waiting 30 mins after appointment time defeats the purpose of having an appointment, especially when I end up only spending about 3-5 mins with the provider. I shouldn't have had to ask about the results that were out of range - that should've been proactively explained to me.

I arrived at 11:05 (told to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled appointment, 11:20), but wasn't seen until 11:45am. I felt somewhat rushed during my visit with the doctor. I was scheduled for an MRI visit in December 15, 2025, would've been better if it was scheduled sooner.

No complaints about the staff. Major problem with the wait. My appointment was at 10am and I waited until 11am to be seen. That is unacceptable

Dr. Freimann listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. He explained everything in laymen terms that I could understand. The only thing was the wait to see the doctor. It was about 45 minute wait in the waiting room.

Zero empathy; eager to leave the room to see next patient; I couldn't relate at all to this doctor; major disappointment and impossibility to relate at all; no eye contact; and out of the blue, without any checkup or backup, says that due to the high glucose I tested for, it's probable I could have pancreatic cancer!!! My wife and I were floored.. for a first visit, this was a depressing letdown. I plan to change oncologist asap.
