Jacob is a very nice, I want to say doctor. He's very good. He's very nice. He listens to everything I talk to him. He even had some questions, so he did another x-ray on my knee, and he brought some stuff up. So he is great. I would have my family come and see him. Thank you.

Jacob and the staff were all very professional, very kind. Jacob listened to my symptoms and when there was something further I needed to share and shared it with the medical assistant, she did guide me back to Jacob to speak of a fall I had recently had. The x-ray technicians were all very polite. Everybody was very professional. They put me at ease. This was my first time meeting with Jacob. Thank you all staff. They were all wonderful.

Would like to see appointments made in a more appropriate time

Yes, your answering machine is terrible. It keeps giving me the wrong numbers. Need to take that AI or AI or whatever you call this off and have somebody answer your phone. They give you the correct numbers and tell you the right numbers when you're pushing the right number in there and they tell you the wrong number. Change that answering service. Bye, thank you.

I wanted to see Dr (name removed), but got in earlier by agreeing to see a PA. I was told I had seen him before, but neither. hi nor I. remembered that. Last time I saw him, Dr (name removed) was not encouraging reconstructive surgery, but did mention it. Jacob seemed to be pushing the surgery. I think his young perspective differs from the thoughts of someone my age, or even the experience of Dr (name removed)

Mr. Ries took the time with me and he even got a second opinion, which I really appreciated from Dr. (name removed). And he really took the time to find out what was wrong with me. And thank you.

He was a great young man that explained to me my options and also gave me some very good advice on how to have good quality of life, did a nice printout sharing with me how I can strengthen my shoulder and exercise I can do because I'm not up for at this age to go through a shoulder replacement. I waited too late to make an appointment to get a cortisone shot with my regular Dr. and I'm going away for the weekend. But the office staff was able to make me an appointment with Dr Ries. He was very friendly and explained what he was going to do and if I had any questions. I'm confident I will enjoy going wine tasting in Paso Robles this weekend without my knee hurting

Hello, my name is (PHI removed), and I've seen Dr. Ries, and I thought he was fantastic. I think the whole staff there are very pleasant. The doctor seemed very empathetic and seemed well educated and knew what he was talking about. And it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. That whole facility would be highly recommended by me. Thank you.

I was not able to schedule a timely appointment with an orthopedic doctor (two months out). I was able to schedule an appointment with the PA within three weeks, and the scheduler was helpful with options. If the treatment does not work, will attempt to reschedule with the doctor.

The doctor and staff were very patient and answered all my questions and concerns.

First of all, I don't go to doctors very often. Appointments were available when I needed, staff efficient and kind, Doctor was on-time which is amazing for an afternoon appointment, he reviewed results with me on the spot, provided treatment immediately at the same visit (also amazing). So darn happy I finally decided to seek out medical treatment.

All the staff members in that department were very friendly and I love their costumes for Halloween...

Jacob R. Is always on time and my wait time is very short. I really like this. Jacob is professional, courteous, compassionate, and is very personable. During the shot procedure of my knees He is always explaining step by step what to expect next and asks if I am feeling pain. I feel he puts his patient first. He is a great asset to PIH!
