The attendant, (name removed) who did the work of casting my leg was super informative, attentive to my care, and did an excellent job. She deserves top rates on all categories.

I always find this office to be very efficient and the staff, all of them, are staff members are all very, very friendly. Okay, that's it.

I checked in via app. When I arrived at appointment they were all set with my information requested. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. Got called back to exam room, was quickly taken care of. I was very pleased with the stress-free visit. Thank You....

Everything was wonderful. Except the paying for parking. Got there early to fill out paperwork. So we had to pay 5.00 for an hour. Maybe put 2 hours limit for appointment. Just saying

Receptionist was a bit rude at the beginning

Hi, I thought James, I'm not going to say his last name because I cannot pronounce it, was very nice, very friendly, very sincere, really listened to me and he explained things very well. He seemed very overly concerned about what had happened to me and my fall and everything else. It was really a very, very good experience.

James, (two names removed) and the clerks in the office were outstanding! Upon greeting me, (name removed) was very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. James introduced himself by his first name and I was very impressed by his outstanding work ethic. He was able to get around while healing from his own personal injury. We related very well, with our injuries. (Name removed) did my x-rays and was very professional and friendly. I could tell she very experienced and helped me get my knee into the best position for a clear X-ray. I especially want to thank James and the office staff for their help and advice in assisting me in navigating the referral process for an MRI that I need. Great bed side manners easy to get along with and listened well.

Provider didn't know what we needed so had to make another appointment for the next day with the doctor who did my surgery.

Very personable, very acknowledgment of my concerns. Overall, just a really, really good experience and very good bedside manner as well.

The P.A. was fifteen minutes late. Only spent a couple of minutes with me and abruptly left. I had to request someone to ask him questions. Also, I was given an X-ray for a ruptured bicep. X-rays only show breaks in the bones. Only ultrasounds and MRIs can identify these problems. It hurt my arm having to do the unnecessary X-rays ,and I told the technician that I didn't need them or the extra exposure to radiation.

I was greeted very warmly by the office staff. The initial person who obtained the information listened very carefully and was kind. I have seen many providers over many decades and James is the kindest one I have ever encountered. He listened to me intently and answered all my questions. I cannot express how valued I felt and how much the visit relieved my concerns. I would give the highest recommendation for this office and provider.

I'm glad the medical team made up for the gross incompetence of the back office staff. I almost didn't get my appointment because they put the wrong person's name on my file. They took a week to correct it. That's not the only error they made. Luckily the folks at the La Habra office were wonderful!

I've been waiting four days for my prescription to be filled.

I didn't get a copy of my prescription referral for physical therapy. And I called the office a few days later and left a message, but I haven't received a call back. So I'm not sure how else to get that piece of paper that I need to take to the physical therapist's office. Because when I went, they said that they couldn't schedule an appointment until I have that piece of paper signed by the doctor allowing me or referring me to the physical therapist. So thank you.

First time I had seen this particular orthopedic doctor in this office. I loved him. He was a great listener! And he explained to me in very simple terms options now, and options that may be in the future for me. I great experience

The PAG that I saw was very, very, very good. He didn't even hurt. He sat there, talked to me, was patient, and listened, and all the staff was very courteous. I really appreciated that office facility. I've never been there. That was the first time. Thank you very much for your service. I used to go to PAH. Now I'm wondering why I should go to La Harbor. PAH is really far from me. But it was well worth it.

I don't think I want to be seen by a PA again. Completely ignored my concerns about this sprain being significantly different than the other 4 I've had in my life and skipped an MRI completely. Not sure if they teach you how to see ligaments in an x-ray in PA school (you can't), but he ignored me when I said I came in because I was hoping to get an MRI for conclusive results. He said it was only a basic sprain before he even closed the door - his mind was already made up before he entered the room. I'm concerned about reimbursing myself because if a misdiagnosis. I might try this clinic again if I get to see an MD, but this "provider" should really take a second and see the person behind the ailment. He was nice enough, but kindness is not why I sought medical treatment.

While I was standing, leaning on 2 walking sticks, waiting to be checked in, the receptionist turned away from me to listen to a vendor offering her an assortment of chips from a box to choose from. Neither the vendor or the receptionist excused themself from assisting me. They both left me standing there. While it was just a minute or two, I felt I should not have been left standing, waiting, as a patient/customer having difficulty in standing

I always have great experience with James as he has given me my knee injections for many years. I am gratefull to PIH in many ways, as I have transferred my entire medical needs to you between May 2024 and current. If you persused my file I have all medical specialists and a new General Practice Doctor with you.
