I was very impressed with the level of service of all these staff members. As soon as I got there, I noticed I was greeted. As soon as I walked in through the door, I was greeted by the front office staff with a big smile to welcome me in. I signed in. She was very kind in her approach, very patient, as it was my first time there when she gave me all the instructions. And I was called back into the room shortly after I arrived, which was very important to me because a lot of other doctor offices make you wait for over 30, 40 minutes before you're seen, and this was very timely. The doctor or the nurse particularly, I'm not sure what her title is, Janice. She was very kind, very thorough, everything she said, made sure that I understood, asked me questions to make sure that she understood my concerns.

My first visit there for Pregnancy, I felt welcomed, Understood and very comfortable!

I still have not received my results and it has been two and a half days.

The doctor did an amazing job at explaining the entire procedure and made me feel comfortable and at a safe place since this was my first time visiting.

The worst experience I've ever had at an office!!! First of all my appointment was moved up earlier bc the Dr "was in surgery", lies. I had to wait over an hour to be seen because the front desk literally forgot about me. Didn't forget to charge me as soon as I walk in though. I was waiting and whey single patient was going in before me that's when I got up to ask, and the girl was like "oh you have an appointment"? I thought she was joking. She took my co-pay as soon as I walked in the door and she really forgot that I had an appointment? Funny. After an hour of waiting, she came out to tell me oh I'm sorry the doctor can't see you today. He's in surgery. I was losing patience with them because they told me to come in earlier in the first place because at the time I was scheduled, he was going to be in surgery, which was of course a lie. Me and that Dr ended up walking out at the same time and took the elevator together. I didn't confront the doctor, but I should've. Unethical and disrespectful lying office.

I love having Janice as my PA! She is easy to talk to and I feel a connection with her! She remembers me and all of my issues! I feel very blessed to have found her! Great addition to my list of providers! She is wonderful, compassionate and very kind! Thank you PIH for hiring her!

I had an excellent experience with Janice. I did my own research and she listened and answered all my questions. She was very informed about my concerns and we were able to come to an agree on treatment. She is very valuable to this department.

I love this provider. She is so gentle and kind. Her demeanor made me be able to be open about my health, and she was able to help me with my health needs. I love her! I pray and hope that all healthcare providers and staff are as professional as she was.
