I think it was pretty good because she actually listened to me and showed concern. I feel like most of the time physicians usually send me home saying that I'm too young to experience any of these things or say that it's like my period or hormones, but she actually listened and she actually got some tests done for me. And I really appreciate that and I feel a lot more confident in returning back to that same place.

Janice is a very intelligent and insightful person. She really has helped me out a lot in understanding issues related to the matter that I was there for. And I am looking forward to seeing her again in the near future.

I really appreciated the care I received from Dr. González, and not just her, but the entire staff. They were very trustworthy. In fact, other doctors have also seen me, and they've all been good. I was very impressed with the level of service of all these staff members. As soon as I got there, I noticed I was greeted. As soon as I walked in through the door, I was greeted by the front office staff with a big smile to welcome me in. I signed in. She was very kind in her approach, very patient, as it was my first time there when she gave me all the instructions. And I was called back into the room shortly after I arrived, which was very important to me because a lot of other doctor offices make you wait for over 30, 40 minutes before you're seen, and this was very timely. The doctor or the nurse particularly, I'm not sure what her title is, Janice. She was very kind, very thorough, everything she said, made sure that I understood, asked me questions to make sure that she understood my concerns.

My first visit there for Pregnancy, I felt welcomed, Understood and very comfortable!
