Since I walked in, the entire staff has been very kind and friendly. And the doctor is very courteous and kind.

I would like, at the end of my appointment with the doctor, to be left with or be able to see a piece of paper that tells me about my visit, what I should do or shouldn't do to improve my health, and also so I can tell my family about the visit. Thank you.

Spend more time with patients as we have questions and I felt like I was being rushed in my appointment.

The staff were great and helpful. The lady in the front desk who helped me was amazing and have a very pleasing and warm personality so as the nurse who took my vitals. Ms. Janine Renteria was amazing and very knowledgable, too. Thank you all for the great service.

When I first called in and explained to them that no one wore a mask, they kept insisting that it's protocol and that they're very sterile there, but they did not wear a mask. And I kept saying to them, but no one wear or mask for my procedure in the room, and they still kept saying they're very sterile. There they have a procedure. They follow. They wear maps and they weren't listening to me at all. I have been rushed in because I have lots of issues since my endoscopy and now a new thing, a hiatal hernia, which I never had before. And I never had these pains and burping and all these problems two weeks, three weeks after my procedure still having and blood and all this other stuff that was happening when I explained and asked, I was given incorrect information from the nurse practitioner. I found out from another doctor that that's not accurate. She was trying to explain away that the

Everything was really, really helpful when I came in from reception at the very beginning. Janine was absolutely lovely and explained everything to me and listened to everything I'd written down. It was great. And then when I exited, the nurse on the outside to reception explained everything to me that was going to happen. I was so impressed and the facility is really new and beautiful and I was really, really happy that I went and saw Janine. Because the doctor wasn't available, that was the only thing that was a glitch, I guess, in the beginning. But I was thrilled to see the nurse practitioner who was Janine. She was lovely. And I told her, now I only want to see you moving forward. So everyone was really lovely there. Thank you.

Hi, yes, I really enjoyed my visit to the doctor. It's been years since I've really enjoyed going to any doctor, but (two names removed) was awesome. (Name removed) took her time out to hear what I had to say, and what I was feeling, you know, and I was told some of the symptoms I may have, and she understood, and I understood, and I'm looking forward to having an endoscopy done. Also, (name removed), she was very patient with me. She went over the schedule to see when she could see me for aftercare, and that was very important. Very good customer service and very good work ethics

Hi, it was a really, really good experience. I was treated with respect. They cared about me. I love that. And the way that they treat me, they treat me like a queen and I do appreciate that. And they explained everything the way that I can understand it. Thank you.

Janine was terrific and explained things to me so that I could understand them. She also was willing to take a call with my sister who is a PA in New York so she could tell her what was going on with me. My sister is, she monitors my health. She was just great with both of us and I loved her a lot. Thanks.
