We loved the doctor; he's very professional and attentive. He's a wonderful person.

Very good experience, Dr. asked questions and took the time to explain them in a manner that I was able to understand them.

The wait for an appointment is excessive. The service is terrible. The receptionists at the entrance treat you very badly and discriminate against you. Those are my two points of view. I wouldn't recommend going there. The doctor, a kind and excellent person, gave me the time I needed to talk, and everything was fine with the doctor and his staff. The care was excellent, but the rest of the service is terrible, the appointment booking process and the people at the front desk are also awful. They are very rude. That's the service. Thank you. It was clear he wasn't interested in hearing what were new symptoms. Clearly read my chart and dismissed me before I could say anything. Told me to see a pain specialist which is insulting enough. Spent less than five minutes with me. I waited 5 months to be seen. Made to feel like women can be easily dismissed and not cared for. I have enough to worry about without a Dr telling me or applying it's in my head! My leg and arm numbness tingling are not in my head my daily migraines fatigue and overall unwell ness is not in my head! I did not appreciate Dr Mora dismissal at all. He talked about mri and reports done two years ago, not current.

This was the first time seeing Dr. Mora and we thought he was very nice!

From the moment I arrived, the first receptionist's attention was excellent. Later, I was shown to the examination room. There were three receptionists there as well. They all welcomed me warmly. The one who showed me to the examination room was very helpful, and the doctor was excellent as well. So, I definitely think this is one of the first times everything has gone so well for me. Thank you very much.

It's really meaningful when office staff and healthcare providers take the time with their patients and make them feel heard, especially since specialists have to book so far out these days. Appreciated the office staff and my provider for taking time, listening, and validating my concerns. Thanks!

Dr. Mora was one of the most personable doctor's I have seen. He was attentive to my comments and was very succinct in describing my situation and care plan.

EVERYONE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND PATIENT

Doctor and staff were professionals and we were treated very well.

Even though the wait for an appointment was too long, it was well worth the wait. Dr. Mora listened to my concerns and helped to give me the knowledge I didn't have about Dementia. And that it is not necessarily hereditary unless there was a history of Dementia in several ancestors. My Dear Sweet Mom had Dementia, fortunately for her it happened later on in her life, if it had to happen to her at all. Mom was 91 when she passed. Dr Mora assured me that as of right now and in the near future I show no signs of Dementia. Dr. Mora is a very kind and caring person, and I would make another appointment with him, if necessary, in the future.

I had difficulty seeing Dr. Mora for a schedule appointment because the staff called me and pushed out my appointments, 2x for six months each. Which totals one year, to see the doctor.

He cut me off when trying to speek.he only cares about drugs not natural ways of treating this problem i have!

Waited six months for an appointment with Dr mora. Referral was for dementia diagnosis express concerns to Dr mora which he continued to say that it was memory issues. Never confirming if it was dementia or any other diagnosis no test or ordered only questions. The only outcome was refilling a prescription for memory loss Did not receive any doctor visit summary print out or explanation of treatment plan.

There needs to be more focus on people's needs and recommendations. I don't know if this doctor has the knowledge. He told me I didn't need to be there, that the doctors I had were enough.

When I 1st called for an appt., there was a 5 mo waiting period! That's way too long to see a Nero Dr. I only got this appt was because my dad had an appt in 2 was so I took his appt. Once my appt came, I couldn't be happier with staff, Dr, and office!

Well, this is the first time I've seen Dr. Mora and I'm just seeing what's going on and what I need to do and follow his directions and we'll check it out later. It takes a while to trust any doctor. Thank you. Goodbye.

Yes, it has nothing to do with the doctor. He was wonderful, but I had to wait, I think, four or five months before I got to see him. And my next appointment isn't for another five months in December, so maybe I should have gone to somebody else that doesn't work for PIH. I don't know. And his staff, you know, they're always in a hurry, always in a hurry. When I was waiting for my referral, she brought in for my MRI, and I had told her that I needed an open one. So they don't have one, so now I'm waiting to get an appointment for an open MRI. That's about it. It was my first visit with this doctor, but what I saw and the way he acted and treated me was very wonderful. It's just I'm in a lot, a lot, a lot of pain, and I had to wait so long to get in.

I pressed one on the last question by accident. Yes, I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Dr Mora made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. I am comfortable that he understood my problems and he scheduled test and prescribed medication for random pain and anxiety. I'm looking forward to working with Dr Mora to help in my recovery.

This provider and his staff is very professional and family oriented. They treat you like family. It is always a great experience to be seen by Dr Mora and his staff

Such a sarcastic provider. He had no right to be so passive aggressive. I felt like I was his time. He needs to be more empathetic instead of trying to make the patient feel uncomfortable.

Dr Mora shows so much compassion, empathy and kindness. Listens to my concerns and explains absolutely everything. He is incredibly detailed in my care and treatment plan. I also love how easy it is to have a conversation with him. He set me up with the right doctors and created a game plan for me to in order to finally fix what's going on. I can't recommend him enough and I will definitely be returning to him in the future if needed. His staff is also friendly and the vibe and energy of the office is great too.

My original appointment was with another doctor and needed to be cancelled. Couldn't rebook another appointment for seven months. Glad I don't have cancer. I would be stage 4 by now.?

Dr. Mora thoroughly explained everything would recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Mora gave me more time than most. He addeessed.me as Dr so I knew he at least read my background info on me but also knew about the NIH reviewing my case (I was not accepted for a study), he knew of my other doctor's opinion and my specific drugs I've tried. He was attentive and very courteous. His direction of my treatment was well explained and the reason he wants to go in this direction. I'd say it was the best review and inquiry of my symptoms/history I've had to date. (PHI removed)

I would love to say that Dr. Mora is such a great doctor. He really listens to me. He's helped me manage my migraines. You know, we've formulated game plans on what can be done, what alternate things we can do to help with the situation. I always feel like he's extremely respectful and knowledgeable. He always makes me feel very comfortable and he's got a great sense of humor. He's an all-around great doctor and I wish every doctor was as good as him, honestly.

Dr. Mora was absolutely outstanding. He explained everything in detail, exactly how a patient wants to hear a doctor explain things. You're asking questions and he responded very carefully, methodically, and we're very pleased with this decision. I truly love this type of physician. He's welcome in my health matters. Thank you.

Yes, the doctor seemed to be very hurried and he didn't seem to want to engage in any questions I had. I tried to maybe, or I suggested maybe I rescheduled if he was much in a hurry, but he just, I think he just works that way. So anyway, that's how I feel. Not the quality of doctors that I'm accustomed to. I'm treating the whole patient that I'm accustomed to at PIH. That's all. Thank you.

Dr Mora was incredibly patient and understanding as this was my first time getting Botox injections as a migraine treatment. 31 shots is overwhelming and he helped me get through my anxiety so I was able to complete my treatment. His staff, especially Nurse (name removed), was so helpful getting the authorizations needed from the insurance and communicating with us to keep us in the loop. We will be returning in June for another treatment.

I was a new patient to him and he said that he spent an hour reading my charts and MRI results so that he already had a point of where to start with me. I appreciated that and it meant a lot to me .

It took almost a year for me to have an appointment with this man. And then when I'm trying to explain everything to him, he tells me if I could hurry because he has other patients to see. After almost a year to see this guy. And his staff is horrible. They're rude.

My experience with this office has been somewhat below par....Doctors quitting, appointments cancelled/delayed and earliest appointment months away from initial contact. During the latest visit the doctor cut me off as I tried to explain what I felt were interconnected health issues related to my visit. Staff was ok put not all that friendly and patient orientated.

Yes, I don't mind these over the phone answering questions, but I went to see a neurologist because in 1987 I had an aneurysm. And when you start to talk, I can go through half of it and I forget what you're saying. It's not very helpful. I hope I handled everything good because he was good. He treated me really good and I appreciate what he did. I just hope I handled everything okay because I recommend him to anybody. But like I say, my aneurysm I had in 1987, I was in surgery for nine hours and they had it cut open my brain. So therefore, all the stuff you do talking-wise, it's not good for me. Sorry, but I hope I did everything good, give him good credit. Okay? Thank you.

I had to wait six months for an appointment. I could have had a stroke within that time. I'm just not happy about that.

Dr.Mora is a great doctor and he explains everything when I ask him questions and I understand what is explaining to me because he makes sure that I am upstanding what he his saying

I went to this office a few times, the office is very clean, the people are very very nice and my new doctor was very very nice Doctor Jeffrey Mora and his staff.
