good customer services, very polite nice and clean

I think that we should have more options that are more affordable for our glasses that are not necessarily name brand. At least for my pocket and my need, I don't need a name brand and I got them because I need the glasses but not because I really wanted them.

This was a good appointment. I've been there before and had to wait a very long time. This was a good one!!!!

I was unable to make a return appointment in three weeks with the same provider since she is per Diem and she was not going to be available.

Hello, yes, I love that office, especially because everybody in that office is really nice, respectful, and very, very polite. And especially Dr. Chen, she was so nice with me, and the people that is in the front of the office, everybody. So thank you very much.

Dr. Chen was excellent. The problem is I couldn't get a follow-up appointment with the ophthalmologist that was required for many, many months. I don't have a way to call into your office very easily. So if you're going to recommend follow-up care with other specialists, there needs to be a way to get in before many, many months later. Thank you.

Scheduling is difficult. Initially ,I called but on hold for more than 15 min so I hang up n went to schedule via internet, was informed that I would hear within the week. 12 days past, had not heard anything so I called office on Oct 1 to follow up and was told I had a schedule already for October 8 at 3:20pm! Imagine my anxiety as I already had something planned that day! Very bad experience with scheduling on line! No communication at all. I guess if I did not called on Oct 1 , I would not have shown up on the scheduled time n be charged for no show! (word removed)!
