Yes, good evening. We just had a minor issue when my daughter went to the window. There were three people there, right? But she was on the line, and when she got to the window, there were two clerks. And the one on the left seems to be Hispanic. She didn't seem to pay much attention to her because she was on the phone, and then she finished the call. And my daughter was there waiting; the other clerk was busy with another patient. So my daughter said to me, "Look at this woman, I'm already here, and she started doing other things and isn't helping me." And then she came out with a document for another patient who was outside, gave it to him, and went back inside. And then my daughter said to her, "Can you help me, please?" And I said, "Oh, sorry, I was distracted." Well, this has happened to us twice before...

Dr. Chuang explains everything to me very clearly, and thoroughly answers all my questions. His staff is very friendly and helpful.

I felt very comfortable seeing the doctor he seemed patient with me and sincerely concerned and made me feel confident that whatever my needs were would be resolved.

I never feel like I am being rushed thru my appointment. He always takes time to address my issues and also emphasizes importance of nutrition while giving me realistic goals to strive for. He is easy to talk to and addresses all my concerns ( if any) with immediate action. I am consistently seen at my scheduled time of visit telling me he is very good with time management and that his staff does not double book his appointments.

I feel Dr Jeremy really takes my health seriously and really cares for me and my wellbeing. He is very informative explains things in a manner my husband and I can understand. He answers all our questions to the best of his ability and knowledge. I see many doctors and I like them all but Dr. Jeremy is ONE of my favorite.

The reason for me seeing someone in this division was that they found something on my mammogram, and all of this was very frightening to me. I was very scared, and once I met the doctor and the staff, everything seemed so much better. I trust him completely. I even trust the nurses in the office. They make the experience a lot better when you walk in. You're not as frightened. They just put your mind at ease. And thank God it was nothing serious for me. We were able to take care of it, but I would definitely send anyone to this area and with that doctor. Thank you.

I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Jeremy. We were seen right away, or I was seen right away. The medical assistant was excellent. It was the most thorough intake for a visit that I've ever had at PIH. Dr. Jeremy was great. He provided a lot of information to me about my condition, and I felt very, very, very cared for.

Dr. Chuang explains everything, and answers all my concerns. Always a great experience with him and his excellent professional staff.

I was very pleased and impressed with the Doctor. He was straight forward with his assessment of my condition and has scheduled me for some more tests which he'll review before we discuss what treatment is necessary. I was very impressed with his diagnosis, his being forthright with about the condition and his follow up plan.

Yeah, the doctor did a good job. I mean, he talked to me. The staff, from me calling in and trying to get an appointment or them responding to the referral from my primary care physician and coming into the office, the staff was just horrible. You know, when you say hematology or oncology, you know, it can get worrisome. You know, you don't know what you're going there for. But they were just, everybody was rude, not the doctor. The doctor, he seemed like he was a good guy. But everybody else, especially the receptionist or his nurse was just rude. And we were sitting there talking to people in the waiting room and they said the same thing. So anyway, thank you. I'm glad that he got me scheduled for what I need schedules for. Thank you, bye.

Dr. Jeremy is very patient, knowledgeable, and he's a good hematologist. He's very thorough, and again, very patient, and I appreciate his services.

Dr Chuang listens to what my concerns are and offers steps to resolve my problem by ordering apply tests. He sees me on time 100% of the time. He does NOT enter notes on computer while talking to me or listening to to me so I feel I have his undivided attention. I see him go to his office after the visit and do his note which is how it should be.Unlike my cardiologist who is on computer for 60% of the 7 min visit. He never rushes thru our visit and I love that.
