I please to say, I get treated as a human and not a number, " NEXT PATIENT" as expirence at another HMO.

(Name removed) customers service was impolite. I wanted to pay cash she stated she had no change without even looking for change. She could have said card only from the beginning Or have a sign. Her delivery to myself and patients that just wanted to deliver their medical records was harsh. It came across as she had no compassion as the patient clearly looked like a cancer patient. She had no bedside manner.

From the check in, to my nurse, to Dr. Chuang everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctor is exactly what I want and need in a health professional. He explains everything in understandable and straight ahead language. It makes me really respect and feel comfortable in his office.

A little disappointed in the time frame of me having this problem which started approximately 12:16/25 and getting to this point of yesterday's doctor's appointment just seems to be a little bit long yes I understand appointments are hard to come by but people with cancer like me would probably like to have a little speedier time frame to get started in doing say radiation in chemo all the doctors that I have seen are very professional in what they do and it's very well appreciated but paying for parking sucks thank you much (PHI removed)

Dr. Chuang is very personable, friendly, and very patient. He addresses all my concerns, my questions, and he's a very personable physician. I'd recommend him to everyone.

It was a great experience.

There was only one receptionist working that morning. She looked overwhelmed, answering phones working with people at the counter that when I got to the counter, she just seemed to have an attitude, but I now think it was just that she was overwhelmed by doing all those jobs at first I thought she was rude, but then she kept apologizing to everybody that she was the only one there taking care of the office.

My opinion it's the most efficient and exceptional office. I appreciate the service, the listening, the quality just overall A plus.

I wish I can schedule my appointment at the PIH Health Downey Office (It will take 4 MONTHS for an Appointment and only ONE Doctor) Whittier is too far to drive and Pay for Parking with a lot of walking to any office - Not at Downey. Less than 15 Minutes compared to MORE than Half-Hour Plus.

I was referred on 12/16/2025. Although I didn't get an appointment until 2/19/2026, I was very pleased with the Dr. He was very clear with his plan to make a diagnosis and looked at me during our visit. ( Unlike my primary care physician who never made eye contact)

Dr. Chuang always spends time talking to my wife and I about non-medical topics. Yesterday's appointments was no different. He looks at my lab results and always comments on the positives. He is a wonderful Dr. I know he will do his best in treating me.

Yes, good evening. We just had a minor issue when my daughter went to the window. There were three people there, right? But she was on the line, and when she got to the window, there were two clerks. And the one on the left seems to be Hispanic. She didn't seem to pay much attention to her because she was on the phone, and then she finished the call. And my daughter was there waiting; the other clerk was busy with another patient. So my daughter said to me, "Look at this woman, I'm already here, and she started doing other things and isn't helping me." And then she came out with a document for another patient who was outside, gave it to him, and went back inside. And then my daughter said to her, "Can you help me, please?" And I said, "Oh, sorry, I was distracted." Well, this has happened to us twice before...

I felt very comfortable seeing the doctor he seemed patient with me and sincerely concerned and made me feel confident that whatever my needs were would be resolved.

I never feel like I am being rushed thru my appointment. He always takes time to address my issues and also emphasizes importance of nutrition while giving me realistic goals to strive for. He is easy to talk to and addresses all my concerns ( if any) with immediate action. I am consistently seen at my scheduled time of visit telling me he is very good with time management and that his staff does not double book his appointments.

I feel Dr Jeremy really takes my health seriously and really cares for me and my wellbeing. He is very informative explains things in a manner my husband and I can understand. He answers all our questions to the best of his ability and knowledge. I see many doctors and I like them all but Dr. Jeremy is ONE of my favorite.

The reason for me seeing someone in this division was that they found something on my mammogram, and all of this was very frightening to me. I was very scared, and once I met the doctor and the staff, everything seemed so much better. I trust him completely. I even trust the nurses in the office. They make the experience a lot better when you walk in. You're not as frightened. They just put your mind at ease. And thank God it was nothing serious for me. We were able to take care of it, but I would definitely send anyone to this area and with that doctor. Thank you.
