Very professional & my issue is resolved

I just want to say the provider asked questions about my health, any concerns I had and went over my medications. Checked my heart and lungs. Looked over past visits and procedures and recommended tests to be set up for future. Staff there were all courteous and professional.

What I didn't like was that the young woman who was supposed to give me the appointment told me to wait, that she was going to give me some tests, a form for the tests the doctor ordered, and that she was going to schedule an appointment for me to have something done for my heart. She just stood there and didn't do it. Then she told me she was going to send everything by mail. That's what I didn't like because I would have preferred to get the blood tests the doctor ordered right away. I'm still here, and they haven't sent them to me. So that's what I didn't like. Thank you. No, because Dr. Juan is a very good person, and the young woman who translated for me was too.

Office staff had me waiting for an hour after my appointment time . I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time I had already registered on line like requested

Overall, experience was great. All the staff were nice and respectful and did their jobs well.

I was disappointed in the wait time. My appointment was at 2:30. I did not get seen until about 3:40.

Dr. Kwong is a caring and thorough doctor. He never rushes you and listens carefully to what you have to say. I wish all doctors would do that.

Most Professional and Timely Very thorough Very considerate

Waited for doctor in patient room for 25 minutes, did not appear it had much activity in the office which could cause the wait. Last visit 6 months ago had also experienced long wait in the room.

Hi, my name is (PHI removed), and I was seen by Dr. Jerry Kwong last Friday. I think it was the 8th of August. And I had a great experience with him. It was my second time seeing him. And he was great and wonderful, explained everything great, very professional and knowledgeable. And his office staff was also great. The first time I went, I had a nurse. I think her name was (name removed). Very, very nice. And all of the staff, both times at the desk to the medical assistants, everybody in the office, just wonderful. Not anything negative to say, just wonderful comments. Really, really great. And I would recommend them to any of my family or friends. And I'm a nurse that worked at Presbyterian for over 35 years. Left in 2015, so I know the hospital

wait time for the provider to come in to see me was a little long, but I do realize he must see other patients which were there before my appointment. It was no problem for me.

The doctor is very clear and is willing to continue supporting me with information about my health when other doctors request it.

Dr. Kwong was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. His office staff took my dad even though he was 40 minutes late due to an emergency. Well, it was not an emergency. He couldn't get transportation. So it was an exceptional thing. And he was very helpful and called back. Leave messages. Great office.

I appreciate that Dr Kwong reviewed my records before seeing me, and how thoroughly he explained my condition and treatment options to me. I am glad he is my new cardiologist! (Name removed) his nurse was very friendly and helpful too.

Very satisfied with the service

When I went to my appointment, I was expected to do a tilted table test that my primary doctor had ordered. Nobody at the cardiology department told me that there would be no test of that nature being done. I found out it was a consultation appointment the day of the appointment with the cardiologist. We were waiting. for at least 30 minutes after my appointment, and I showed up 10 minutes prior. And the cardiologist was okay with clear communication. I had my mother with me, who's a nurse practitioner in cardiology as well at a different hospital. However, the cardiologist stepped away and had a couple of health texts to, measure my pressure, my blood pressure, and one of them I didn't catch her name.

Overall is good except the time waited in the assign room is too long 1-1/2 hr

Dr KWONG is a very good physician!

Everything went smoothly. All staff from the front desk, nurse, nurse practitioner and doctor were friendly, professional and courteous.

It was very stressful to have the appt 6-7 weeks out when they tell me they want to check and make sure there is not a clogged value or artery in my heart.

Took one hr just to be seen. And Health provider did not help me with my health issues .

Overall my experience was excellent. Dr. Kwong is a very knowledgeable and helpful physician.

The appointment process was very easy. I was able to get an appointment in a few days which is great. However, after I arrived at my appointment which was scheduled for 345, I had to wait approximately 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That was the only negative thing experience. Thanks.

He's a good doctor, and very attentive to his patients.

This was my first appointment with this cardiologist. I was aware that he was going to be moving to the Downing PIH instead of the (INAUDIBLE), but I went in with, you know, open, openness to see how I liked him, and I did. I come from a family of medical professionals. I'm not, but they are, and I was amazed that he was willing to take the time to talk to my sister on the phone so he could get a better idea of my family history with my heart. And when I told my sisters and my family, they were just in awe because doctors won't do that. They always say they're too busy.
