The doctor who saw us was never in a hurry, always listened to us, and heard everything we had to say. Dr. Kwong: • listens • respectful mannerisms • does not talk down • efficient with time without rushing through • practical advices I wish doctors in general would provide patients with written copies of test results and treatment advices in order for a patient to become an informed co-healer. I need more experience with Dr. Kwong's care to provide more precise input. I have visited him three times thus far.

I'm very comfortable with my provider because I have been seen by him for a few years and he knows my history. Always provides with tests to get current on my condition. Listens to me and asks if I have any concerning questions.

Dr. Kwong was very kind and patient in explaining my various test results. He asked me questions to gather more information about my symptoms and took time to listen to me so that he got a better picture of my heart issues. He then explained various options of treatment and together we decided to start with further testing (which was the least invasive approach) to diagnose my particular heart problem. I felt reassured that he would follow up in a timely manner and that he would proceed with my care in a thorough and conscientious manner. I felt comfortable, understood, and respected throughout this consultation.

Hi, he is a very good doctor. The only thing is he was late for two hours.

He's an excellent cardiologist. He treated me very well, answering all my questions and his. In my opinion, he's a great mentor in cardiology. I don't need to say anything negative about him because he's a respectful and polite person.

I would just say, that although I get very nervous to visit my doctor Jerry Kwong, he is always the nicest and very empathetic person. He knows that Im very scared about my condition, yet he always puts me at ease and reassures me. He is very patient and always answers the questions I probably ask him a million times. I thank him alot for being understanding.

Dr Kwong in Cardiology is the best. His nurse advised me that he takes time with his patients and he does. Dr Kwong took the time to review all my tests and explained one by one all the results. I feel a high level of trust to be under his care.

Very professional & my issue is resolved

I just want to say the provider asked questions about my health, any concerns I had and went over my medications. Checked my heart and lungs. Looked over past visits and procedures and recommended tests to be set up for future. Staff there were all courteous and professional.

Yes, my husband and I were very happy with the doctor. Everyone treated us very well and was very attentive, and all our questions were answered correctly and with great kindness. What I didn't like was that the young woman who was supposed to give me the appointment told me to wait, that she was going to give me some tests, a form for the tests the doctor ordered, and that she was going to schedule an appointment for me to have something done for my heart. She just stood there and didn't do it. Then she told me she was going to send everything by mail. That's what I didn't like because I would have preferred to get the blood tests the doctor ordered right away. I'm still here, and they haven't sent them to me. So that's what I didn't like. Thank you. No, because Dr. Juan is a very good person, and the young woman who translated for me was too.

Office staff had me waiting for an hour after my appointment time . I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time I had already registered on line like requested

Overall, experience was great. All the staff were nice and respectful and did their jobs well.

I was disappointed in the wait time. My appointment was at 2:30. I did not get seen until about 3:40.

Dr. Kwong is a caring and thorough doctor. He never rushes you and listens carefully to what you have to say. I wish all doctors would do that.

Of all the doctors I see Dr. Kwong is number one. Absolutely the best.

Most Professional and Timely Very thorough Very considerate

Waited for doctor in patient room for 25 minutes, did not appear it had much activity in the office which could cause the wait. Last visit 6 months ago had also experienced long wait in the room.
