I really felt like Jesus did a really good job. He listened. He validated my feelings. He spent enough time with me. He explained to me things I needed to understand. And I felt an overall it was a really, really good visit. And I would definitely go back and see him and recommend him to other people.

My doctor always answer my questions and gives me advice when I need it. He let's me know what the plan is for me. Let's me know my lab results. I'm very happy he is my doctor. I would recommend him to everyone.

The front office where check in the lobby was somewhat picky on whom they checked in. When walking into the lobby the clerk on the far right was picking on whom she wanted to assist in the process. I also noticed patient that came in after me were assistant prior to me, and we were all seeing the same doctor on the third floor. Which I thought was kind of rude. Not sure if the patients were late had a prior appointment time, They were assistance prior.

It's always, Mr. Zepeda has always been very professional, attentive, and caring. And he's always on the lookout to make sure that all my lab work is done in a timely manner. And he has taken care of my diabetes and my thyroid, make sure that the nodules are not malignant. His staff is excellent, especially (two names removed). They take care of all my prescriptions. His new nurse, the medical assistant that I saw this last time was also very excellent. I'm very pleased with the service, especially Mr. Zepeda's service

The check-in process at this location on Bloomfield is confusing and takes too long. There are other floors that should have a check-in process depending on the nature of the visit.

Always a pleasure seeing Jesus. I consider him not just as a provider, but also as a friend. Over the years that I've been his patient, he has helped me to get my diabetes under control, as well as maintain it at a safe level. Jesus has always been kind and considerate, and I feel blessed to have been sent in his direction by my previous primary provider. I was hesitant at first to start over again, but she assured me the Endocrinology Dept would be better suited to help me get my blood sugar under control. Jesus prescribed many combinations of different meds until we finally found the right ones for me. He has always been patient and encouraging, and I have learned so much from him.

Dr. Jesus Zepeda and his staff are absolutely fantastic, and they are very kind to ALL patients, as I've seen many people in the waiting room, and they are very happy to have the same Dr and staff as I do! I wanted to say that the office staff, the girl that took my blood pressure and assisted to the doctor, to (name removed), was extremely well. And I don't think I qualified that on the right number. I think I pressed a three instead of a four. She was wonderful. And Jesus is the best. He knows, he's very knowledgeable. He knows and listens and answers your questions. He's a great PA. I would most definitely recommend him and Dr. (name removed) to anyone that needed endocrinology.

It's nice when you go for Doctor's appt and you're greeted with a smile. Great staffs very helpful.

Dr. Zepeda was very helpful with my diagnosis, our first meeting was excellent! Very easy to speak with and he had knowledge about certain medications that will help me in the future.

It is very hard to get a hold of the nurse or anybody to help fill a prescription for a patient. We get to run around, we wait for hours. It's hard to get help at your facility.

My husband went to this appt with me and had many questions. Dr Zepeda was very patient and provided all the information that was needed.

The office is far from my house. I used to see this provider in Whittier office & I had no clue that he was transferred to Santa Fe Springs.

Yes, this is in regards to the office in Santa Fe Springs. My doctor's office is on the third floor, but you walk in on the main floor, which is urgent care, and you have to sit there among all these ill people waiting to be seen in urgent care, and I don't think that is, should be, that's not acceptable as far as I'm concerned, because you're coming in healthy, and you have to sit in this big, long area with people who are coming in for urgent care. That's my only concern. And Santa Fe Springs office on Bloomfield.

It's very difficult to set up or delay or get a follow-up time and date with the staff, people who answer the phone there.
