Jiaming (Jackson) Zhu MD

I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Zhu. He listens, appears very interested in what my medical issues are and discusses a plan for fixing my medical problems. Very happy that he has me come back for follow-up appointments to discuss any further issues and how I am progressing.

Yeah, the provider didn't do much for my mom. I mean, she's 94. She's very old. She's an elder and we didn't get much feedback from him. But anyway, it is what it is. Thank you so much. Have a beautiful day.

One thing I noticed was that in my charting or in the history and physical that they sent, it said that they had touched my abdomen, that it was soft and non tender. I was never assessed, physically in the abdomen area, but that bothered me.

I'm not happy with current PCP who is under CareMore I would like retain (name removed) a PIH physician?

I appreciated my visit Dr. Zhu and the staff helped me to see Dr. Zhu in a timely manner as I was late. I had a hard time trying to find the right building. This was a first time visit to Dr. Zhu's office. I asked three people if they could direct me to the address I had...but never found it until I went inside PIH and they really knew where it was.....this is why I was late. PIH did not have numbers on the buildings and I was so confused. (PHI removed)

Need help to follow the LOW - FODMAP DIET . What is it ? and where to purchase it ?

My only complaint was the specific prep drink I had to use prior to the colonoscopy. It seemed to burn me chemically, even on the exterior of my buttocks and skin of my testis. It wasn't entirely effective as other preps I've used before. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever and the doctor was excellent at the hospital and in his office. Great Phyician!

The doctor, actually, he's 9 he's trying to help my problem but I'm home now. I still don't know my, my, my problem, but I know he's trying and the staff are very helpful and when I got my interested in, Kronos could be done, actually discover very, they're very trying to help me to come down. overall they are the doctor and the staff great. Yes, the doctor was very accommodating, very gentle, very precise, and the staff was very... very accommodating. I had a very good visit over all.

While the doctor was clear and explaining what I needed to know I felt sometimes he would repeat himself and it would confuse me a bit. Overall he did explain things thoroughly when I had a question to clear up any confusion. I would recommend him to my family.

Dr.Zhu is friendly and helpful. He spends time listening to my concerns and explaining test reports. He also respects my decision and I never feel rushed. I had a great experience with Dr. Zhu.

The provider (doctor) answered my questions and didn't trush me, which I appreciate. However, when I called back to ask how much I would pay out of pocket for the procedure, the provider's staff transferred me to the business office, which then transferred me to claims, which then transferred me to member services, which then transferred me back to the business office. I wasted approximately an hour's time waiting and I still didn't get an answer.

I appreciated the time and patience Dr. Zhu showed me.

Can we park free charge?

Not totally clear what the results were. Will I be getting a report or will a report be provided to my primary doctor?

Dr. Zhu was to submit a prescription for Sulcrafate electronically to my pharmacy yesterday. Usually, the providers send the prescription electronically during my visit. By the afternoon, the pharmacy hadn't received iI. I called the office to ask if the doctor had submitted the prescription and the staff was going to check and call me back. This morning I hadn't received a call from the office and i called. The staff said the doctor hadn't sent it and they were going to leave a print out message for him to submit the prescription. They are to call me back once it has been submitted.

The nursing staff just seems to be going through the motions. They sit you down in the room and immediately take your blood pressure which is contrary to what I've always experienced. I always thought you should sit still for a few minutes. The doctor came in and asked what he could do for me today. I thought that was an odd question given I told him it had been several years since my last colonoscopy. They didn't seem interested in my past records.

I don't like paying for parking to see my doctor.

Dr. Zhu was so professional and polite, he took enough time to hear me and explained well his diagnosis.

I have received excellent care at PIH. I have worked in hospital health systems for over 29 years and I am positively satisfied with my care with all the PIH providers

Hi, Dr. Zhu was very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and he diagnosed the problem for my father, (INAUDIBLE) [PHI removed], who does not speak English, and I'm speaking on his behalf. He diagnosed the problem, and he also assisted us for the next appointment, he made recommendations to get blood work done, and also the CAT scan done. So I think he is a very professional, very caring doctor, and most of all he found the problem, the ENT doctor who is not (INAUDIBLE)'s doctor, another doctor who was, who misdiagnosed my father, but Dr. Zhu diagnosed the mass in his throat, so

Yes, I thought Dr.Zhu was a very kind gentle,calming doctor,I was a bit nervous and just his bed side manner, and personality was very calming and therapeutic and had a lot of information to offer to me so I could understand what was going on and I just think he's a great doctor and I'm so glad that he'll be a part of my team of doctors that I have already and I thank you for the time. I didn't get to book an appointment because he said that I didn't need to at this point unless something comes up with me, and then I were, for me to go ahead and call in and make an appointment, but at this point I don't need need to. And, and he was more than kind and very explicit on his, how he was telling me about what had happened to me and what have you. And he was really nice, and i thank you. Bye. Bye.

Need better communications before the day of the procedure.

not the doctors fault, i was misled in the appointment. i was supposed to get an ultra sound. the person that called me to setup the appointment repeated the appointment was for an ultra sound. at the doctors office, the assistant started asking about my digestive topic, i told her i was there for an ultra sound and asked if i was at the wrong place for that and she said no. during my conversation with the doctor i told him i was told i would get an ultra sound from him and obvious he said they don't do that, i have to go to radiology. PIH has an extremely poor call center. this is just another example

Everyone was friendly, courteous and easy to speak with. I felt safe which helped me relax for my procedure.
