I was unhappy that I was not able to book my appointment earlier because I was told that my original doctor was no longer my doctor because I hadn't seen him in awhile.

This was my first time meeting Dr Herald. I immediately liked him as my new cardiologist. He was very thorough and efficient. He recommended that I have an echocardiogram done since he heard my murmur and it had been a few years since my original one . He wasn't overly concerned; but taking precaution.I appreciated his concern and his staff took care of scheduling it for me. The staff in that office is great; friendly and willing to assist. This and all appointments at PIH is definitely hard to make, get into. If I really needed to see a doctor due to illness, I'd have to go to urgent care. However if I was planning my yearly checkups or follow ups scheduling 3 months ahead of appointment is OK

It's the first time I had an appointment with Dr Herald. I was pleased with his demeanor and the appointment was brief. I enjoyed his confidence in my judgment. A first time, I think should be like a consult with in depth medical review. I look forward to our subsequent meetings.

I liked very much that my Dr was very thorough and professional and did not rush me during my appointment. And he did not take forever to make his point.

I appreciated that the doctor was very kind and understanding for my needs to move things forward sooner to help me with the procedure that I need to get done.

Lupita was great, she was very friendly and tentative, Dr Herald was great and listened to my concerns and he gave me what I was looking for as far as imaging and I do think he has my best interest when it comes to my health. Only complaint if any was how long it took to get my appointment, but I understand now because the service is great.

Dr Herald and the nurses in the office were all professional and very kind. I feel like I was heard, and I'm comfortable with the assessments he wants, as well as with the follow ups suggested. I feel like he treats the person without bias, and that's still pretty rare in medicine.

Yes, I was very satisfied with Dr. Harald's visit I had with him. I went into the office on July 29th and I had palpitations and he was able to diagnose and even had to send me to the ER to get some medication and he acted quickly and promptly. He was very understanding, listened to your needs, The office staff was great, came to see me when I was in the hospital for the two days or three days, and I would definitely keep going back and recommend him.

They went over my medical records that I had at PIH but my past medical records from other hospital that have deferent IPA's other then PIH are incomplete. Do you need me to help you out with getting medical records from other hospitals or doctors offices or do you need just the names of hospitals or doctors and dates that have treated me in the past ?

I think it would just have been nice to have the ultrasound on the same time instead of having to come back at the same day when it looks like they ordered it, even though my first CAT scans were normal. Although I had an early appointment, the office was on time and very courteous and efficient. Dr. Herald was easy to speak with and very focused on what was needed for my upcoming surgery. I highly recommend.

Good but very fast

He's a specialty doctor and it's the first time I met him. So I was good with him, but I would like to take another evaluation maybe the next time I see him, see how things work out. And I was very happy with him, that's all I can say. Thank you.

I liked having the doctor explain things to me and that went well. I don't like having to wait a month or more than a month to be fitted with a monitor to check why my heart is beating erratically. I think you should do something about the wait time for the heart monitors that you wear. Thank you.

easy safe parking

I was able to get an appointment easily. Dr Herald listens really well. My case is unique, and at first, I was worried that I would not be received as well, but he made me feel comfortable and heard. He seems to really care about his patients. I would highly recommend him.

My appointment was 8:15 AM, I arrived at about 7:50. I had a very short wait in the waiting room. The reception staff when I arrived were very friendly. The doctor was wonderful. He took his time to answer my questions. When I was leaving the office, the staff were friendly again. What a wonderful, positive experience.
