Everything was great except for my condition with my throat. Scheduling with an E to get a CT scan is very, very complicated and the wait time exceeds far too much time. I don't understand that. It seemed like when it was for $500, it was immediate. And then so when I get my insurance coverage to pay for it, it just all of a sudden it just, I got to wait two months to get a CT scan. I mean, I don't understand. I do not understand what takes so long. And anyway, I just felt like I was getting hustled pretty bad. Anyway, other than that, everything's great. Thank you.

Dr. Park was very amiable and thorough. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information, and some suggestions about my health care.

Dr. Park was very attentive, respectful and efficient and punctual.

I think it's the normal setup that you have for with PIH and just having providers for your patients, but I'm sure you're aware that it's just not helpful to keep being new providers every time there is an appointment made. So I feel like I'm always having to explain myself again. And it can be frustrating, but I know that the providers do try their best to understand the situation and look at the background in the system. But it's just the way that it is that I'm not happy about the way it is set up. I wish I had a doctor I can go see. And I used to see (name removed) all the time.

my doctor explained everything I was concerned about very thoroughly, he was awesome ?

He was very polite, kind, nice. He listened. He's trying to figure out why I'm so fatigued, messed up, can't walk. He seemed like he was genuinely concerned, not fake or phony. My complaint is the referrals, I'm not used to that. It takes forever and my knees are really in bad shape and he understood my concerns. So he was very patient with me and very kind, nice, both of them. And I'm loving that he's my doctor now.

That isn't really why I pressed to leave a message. I'm leaving a message because I've been seeing Dr. (name removed) for many, many years, well over 40. And I drive about 55 miles. So my family and friends are 55 miles away, so it's not likely that I would really recommend anybody there because it's too far. That's all. Thank you. Bye.

Doctor was great. The office staff was awesome. Had a great experience. Sitting in the lobby, you have to listen to these doctors talk over and over again, and it drives everybody crazy. I would suggest different entertainment in the waiting room instead of listening to these doctors. But otherwise, the service was great and long time doctor, and I would definitely recommend it. Please, and also help your staff. You have to listen to the same two doctors talking all day. Anyways, thank you so much. I hope you guys can help your staff and your patients by having better entertainment. I know you want to promote your doctors, and that's awesome, but not the whole time. Thank you.
