Yeah, my provider conducted a hearing test on me and they didn't explain my hearing test results. They just gave me the paperwork for the test results and I have a copy of it, but I'm confused as far as like what it means and I don't know what my results mean.

One, I'd like to say the mapping with the marble still needs to be done. I think it's too automated, so there were some still issues with that. Two, the pairing with the (two names removed) worked very well. And I'll have to talk to him more about the marble. I think maybe its new software is too automated. At any rate, I'll have to make another appointment, I guess, next year. Talk to you later.

It was a long trip from my home to your office. I was informed that the doctor I was scheduled to see was unavailable & I wasn't notified of that. Fortunately, another doctor saw me instead. I was appreciative of this gesture.

L.A. is confusing. Parking was stressful. Loved the bathrooms after the 3 hr dirve to get there. They were clean and available. Was not sure if I needed to wear a mask. I am hoping that the billing dept codes the visit correctly. I am confident that my next visit will also be successful. thank you

I pressed the wrong number on the first question, which was about whether or not I could get a timely appointment. And my answer should have been four, definitely. You guys were really great with that, but I put my number plus, and as I was pushing it, my finger got mushed over, and I pushed one, which was no, which was absolutely not the right answer. I just wanted to make sure it gets registered. as before it was outstanding. Thank you.

The receptionist at the hearing test was very rude person. She even spoke rudely to her own staff. Very disappointed with her behavior.

Everything went well, but the prescription was a bit confusing. It seemed like there were too few pills for so many days. At the pharmacy, they couldn't tell me if it was right or wrong.
