I had them take my blood pressure twice I do not think they recorder the second valves...the Physician's assistant...was not very good the doctor lost interest in my history when I told her I needed help with my insurance to stay on the same insulin just referred me to Endocrinologist...which just adds more time to getting g my problem resolved with my insurance

I saw Dr. (name removed) for a few issues that needed attention. She listened attentively and was kind and informative. I was nervous, but she put me at ease. She was very kind and that's very important to me.

Not my usual general family practice doctor, which is retiring this summer couldn't get an appointment with him so had to get first available with someone else... Wasn't thrilled! It's always hard to replace someone who is a 10 in a scale from zero to terrific! Dr. (name removed) is the best

I called in to be seen by my PCP. I was then send to Dr (name removed). She was great. However she send me to PIH ER. It took 11 hours in ER and was not a good experience.

Excellent communication. The doctor listened to our experiences, and the nurses and the doctor provided excellent service. We felt very well cared for.

My husband and I had appointments to meet Dr. Harmon for our family care provider. She was attentive. I had forgotten to ask her specifically for another prescription of antibiotics that Dr. (name removed) prescribed for my bronchitis (not quite cleared up). When calling back to ask for the prescription, I was given a generic phone message advising me to use a nose spray for my congestion!! I'll now reexamine Dr. (name removed) as becoming our primary family care physician. My original appt. was 3/6/26. That day they call me and said the dr called out sick. The soonest appt I could get with any Dr. was 4/10/26. That is ridiculous! I waited 4 weeks for my first appt. (3/6/26) just to have to wait a total of 9 weeks to be seen. If my psychiatrist was accepted by Kaiser I'd going there.

It is taking too long to get in for an appointment with the doctors. I had to get this third doctor because my primary was not available, the secondary was not available, and this doctor, it took me three months to get in. Trying to make an appointment for my husband, this is end of March, early April, cannot get in until July.

Went over all my Questions and what medication needed refills and she said ok when i went to get my meds only half were there sent message on the portal still waiting for response if i have to call i will again be on hold for almost an hour when i just paid to see a dr and sat on hold for that long to make the appointment in the first place.

The staff was wonderful. The doctor was very nice. The place is clean. The very best thing is the parking. Nobody is ripping me off. Nobody is making me pay to park. I hate going to the PIH main hospital. I avoid it at all costs. I will get an appointment anywhere but there because I am tired of being ripped off. I feel like PIH is stealing from me every time I go there. $5 is ridiculous. You can't find a place to park. The valet is horrible. I think you guys should be ashamed of yourself stealing from seniors and disabled people and people that are sick, charging $5 to park. So I like going to this building. They don't charge you to park. The people are nice. The doctor was nice. PIH really needs to rethink their policies on the parking fees. Take them away and then we'll be happy again. Nobody wants to go there because the way ?

I think everything was perfect. I received excellent service and have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great sense of humor. Provider actually touched to examine me!!!!! She answered all my questions and didn't look rushed or rushed me through visit. I actually changed my old provider to the provider i saw on 3/2/26

I'm honestly unsure how to feel about my experience. The doctor asked me if I've ever had a stroke in my life or if my facial asymmetry was something I've had all my life. I've never had a stroke and I didn't think my face was that asymmetrical. I don't know if I should be worried about a stroke now or what.

I had trouble scheduling an appointment and the front desk was very helpful with ensuring that I received an appointment on a timely matter given my medical history. The provider herself was very kind, present. It was an early appointment and she seems quite busy already with multiple patients, but when she was in the room with me, she was present and kind and made sure that my care was at the forefront of her busy day. So I really appreciated my schedule. I mean, my appointment. Thank you.

She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain my issues, and gave me what I needed to get better. I became emotional when telling her what I was going through; serious medical issues with my son, and she sympathized with me, but we quickly moved on to why I was there. But I would recommend her for my family.

We like Dr. (name removed). First time we met her, she seemed to be very caring and amiable. Look forward to seeing her for a wellness check next month.

My provider was respectful, diligent and caring. She was patient and showed a genuine interest in my situation. Her follow-up was prompt. Though she is not my primary care physician, she exhibited the same care and concern. Even with seeing me on short notice. Excellent "bedside" manners. Meaning, she found a way to make me comfortable and maintain my privacy and dignity. Well done.
