I felt very comfortable with the doctor. I was hesitant to go, but I felt that they are very personable and their bedside manner is impeccable. I definitely would recommend anybody, friends or family to attend there with these wonderful doctors and the nurses.

Dr.Evans was extremely professional and Stephanie was great when taking the initial medical history. On a side note I was not thrilled to pay $5 for parking with only 30 min grace period. The visit took an hour. Most medical facilities usually allow for 2 hours. Thank you for soliciting feedback.

Yes, hi, my experience there was great. The only issue I kind of had was my company offers a difference card. It works like a debit card and it just offsets part of the co-pay. My co-pay was $70 and the girl at the front desk didn't know how to do two payments. So that's kind of really the only inconvenience and kind of was like a frown upon, you know, because it's like I'm sure they've taken partial payment before or two payments like someone giving them cash and then the rest debit. But for some reason, they didn't know how to do two debit cards. So I don't know, I was kind of stunned about that. I think that's kind of a simple fix. And other than that, everything was great. Dr. Evans was great. Staff was great. That was kind of only the, you know, frown that I have of maybe providing better training, I guess, on taking multiple

Dr Evans was friendly, listened intently, and overall make me feel very comfortable. Im new to the city and was feeling anxious about having to see a new doctor. She was knowledgable and thoughrough. Thank you.

I'm an educated woman who is pregnant for the 4th time (2 live births, 1 miscarriage). I'm anxious about another miscarriage while trying to be mindful of my health and my baby's health. I felt like this provider didn't want to know anything about me--only judging me based on my chart. Did not seem patient-centered. The office staff and nurse asked me more questions about how I'm doing, how I'm balancing life with kids and pregnancy, balancing 2 jobs, and graduate school. I sensed a condescending tone during Dr. Evan's chat with me. Could use some additional training on bedside manners from Dr. (two names removed). I've met each of them once and was astonished by how different they were from Dr. Evans.

Front desk receptionist was very helpful in trying to figure out which of my insurance cards was the current one and asking for the appropriate co-pay, which was not reflected in the online registration for Frasia. Medical assistant was very kind and listened to the concerns that I had and the requests that I wanted to make to the provider. She was also very thorough, efficient, and gentle when drawing my blood after the physical exam. And the doctor was very kind and caring and listened to all of my questions and concerns thoroughly before the actual examination. I have no further concerns, no issues with the visit. It was a great visit. Thank you.

Dr. Evans was very kind and compassionate in delivering news about my pregnancy. She explained things in a way that I could understand and made me feel very comfortable. I'm grateful for her service and it was nice that she called in another doctor for a second opinion. It made me feel like I was really being taken care of. I also shared with her and the nurse that I have trouble with examination sometimes and she was incredibly careful, thoughtful. Overall, I'd recommend her to any friend or family member and I hope to see her again as I visit with doctors ahead of my baby's birth. Thank you.

I really enjoy meeting Dr. Evans. I think she's a wonderful addition to the PIH women's health team. I'm very, very excited for her to be on staff. She was really amazing, super attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have another woman's doctor on your team providing the amazing health care she did to me.

Dr. Evan's was kind and listened attentively to what I had to say. For PIH- I just wished I could've seen my actual Dr. because I get tired of having to explain my extensive medical history with a new Dr every time. What's the point of picking a provider if you can't see them when you need an appointment.

The front desk staff had already left by the time I finished my appointment (5:10 pm) - this is the second occurrence. Since the office opens at 8 am (I work at 8 am) and I wouldn't be able to call in to make my appointment, the nurse had to stay longer to accommodate me. I would highly recommend that the front desk staff make the appointments for patients while waiting for the doctor, or have front desk staff be present until all patients have left.

I appreciated that the physician was very knowledgeable, very humble, and very joyful.

Dr. Evans was super respectful and immediately made me feel comfortable and like we'd known each other for years. She addressed all of my concerns and provided multiple options when needed. I look forward to seeing Dr. Evans again

Dr. Evans was very prompt in giving me results on my test within an hour or so after I had it with results that she clearly explained to me and will follow up with me to set up a surgery. I was very impressed and grateful to her.

Nurses and office staff were very kind and helpful! I felt very comfortable talking to Dr Evans. She really listened.

Have better instructions on parking payment when leaving. I paid for my parking at the Kiosk outside the building but when I tried leaving, it would not take my receipt so I had to pay twice so I wouldn't hold up the line behind me

The Nurse and Doctor were very easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable. I felt the doctor really cared about my issues and wanted to do what she could to get my problems taken care of. I felt good when I left her office.

Everything went well except for having to wait over 30 minutes for the provider to show and only for her to spend 5-10 minutes with me at most.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Evans was wonderful and when going through the prompt, I thought three was most definitely or like the highest rating I can give her. If that wasn't the case, I'd like to give her the highest rating, whether it's four or five. I just pressed three on accident. So that was it.

Dr. Kamilah Evans was very knowledgeable. I appreciate her explaining things in detail where I could understand. I appreciate her giving me handouts regarding the conditions that I needed further education on. And I appreciate her making referrals for physical therapy for my issue and also for bone density tests. She was very compassionate and very patient. Thank you.

Dr Evans is amazing, excellent care. She calmed my nerves and explained all my questions and concerns. Her staff was very supportive and friendly. I retired this year and have to reestablish new drs closer to home. I will definitely keep and refer family and friends to Dr K. Evans!
