The front desk staff had already left by the time I finished my appointment (5:10 pm) - this is the second occurrence. Since the office opens at 8 am (I work at 8 am) and I wouldn't be able to call in to make my appointment, the nurse had to stay longer to accommodate me. I would highly recommend that the front desk staff make the appointments for patients while waiting for the doctor, or have front desk staff be present until all patients have left.

I appreciated that the physician was very knowledgeable, very humble, and very joyful.

Dr. Evans was super respectful and immediately made me feel comfortable and like we'd known each other for years. She addressed all of my concerns and provided multiple options when needed. I look forward to seeing Dr. Evans again

Dr. Evans was very prompt in giving me results on my test within an hour or so after I had it with results that she clearly explained to me and will follow up with me to set up a surgery. I was very impressed and grateful to her.

Feelings and concerns felt brushed off and not taken seriously

Nurses and office staff were very kind and helpful! I felt very comfortable talking to Dr Evans. She really listened.

Have better instructions on parking payment when leaving. I paid for my parking at the Kiosk outside the building but when I tried leaving, it would not take my receipt so I had to pay twice so I wouldn't hold up the line behind me

The Nurse and Doctor were very easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable. I felt the doctor really cared about my issues and wanted to do what she could to get my problems taken care of. I felt good when I left her office.

Dr Evan's was kind, respectful, caring and professional.

Everything went well except for having to wait over 30 minutes for the provider to show and only for her to spend 5-10 minutes with me at most.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Evans was wonderful and when going through the prompt, I thought three was most definitely or like the highest rating I can give her. If that wasn't the case, I'd like to give her the highest rating, whether it's four or five. I just pressed three on accident. So that was it.

Dr. Kamilah Evans was very knowledgeable. I appreciate her explaining things in detail where I could understand. I appreciate her giving me handouts regarding the conditions that I needed further education on. And I appreciate her making referrals for physical therapy for my issue and also for bone density tests. She was very compassionate and very patient. Thank you.

Dr Evans is amazing, excellent care. She calmed my nerves and explained all my questions and concerns. Her staff was very supportive and friendly. I retired this year and have to reestablish new drs closer to home. I will definitely keep and refer family and friends to Dr K. Evans!
