It must have been a real busy day yesterday. I wasn't seeing right away like I usually do but I know things happen.

I'm very appreciative for all that is done for me. This time even the gate to get to the parking lot wasn't that slow??

Yes, I really like, I like to call her Dr. Karen, but she is so nice, answers all my questions. I trust her, and I'm very, very happy that she's my doctor. Thank you.

Visiting the Oncology department can always be a bit scary, but the staff at PIH always make the experience so much easier. Thank you

Dr. Huynh is a very thorough and good dr.

I didn't appreciate the way I was treated by the nurse who took my vitals. She was very impatient and rude. Same thing with the lady at the front desk. She obviously couldn't handle it and it showed. I was trying to explain my situation and why I was late, but she cut me off twice. Just very rude. I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me either!

She was very kind and made me feel she cared about my health.

Felt the Doctor wasn't very personable. Seems like most PIH doctors just leave the room with out any closing statements when they are finished with you. No good buys. No asking if I had any further questions. They just leave the room so you are not sure if that is the end of your appointment or will they be back. At least they can do is give a closing statement like will see you next time or take care or good bye. Don't just walk out of room without saying anything to me is not good doctor patient etiquette why are doctors like this. Very cut and dry when appoint is over. Almost all doctors I've seen are like this. Please teach them better bedside manners as this is not acceptable.

My nurse and my medical assistant, or my medical assistant, was really courteous and pleasant. And Dr. Huynh is amazing. She's gentle and explained everything, giving me options and other scenarios.

Staff, Nurse, and Doctor were really polite and treated me like family. I am really satisfied to the doctor's patient.thank you

My apprehension and anxiety sometimes prevent me from understanding ,I ponder and question everything said so I appreciate the patience

Dr Huynh is always so nice and talks with you. She takes time to listen to you. She comes in a few minutes after the nurse is done with what she needs to do.

If not for Dr. Karen Huynh, I would not be on the road to recovery. It's a blessing that I was referred to her. I finally found a doctor that is deeply interested and on the road with me to find out what is going on with my health. PIH need more Dr. Karen Huynh

Dr Huynh answered all my questions during my visit. After the visit I realized I had an additional question/concern and sent her a message through the app. I was very impressed and grateful for her prompt response.

The girl I talked to today to reschedule my appt was a little rude on the phone. I was only wanting to reschedule my video call for Dr Huynh because I had to work that day. She was already telling me to get my MRI first and then schedule. She gave me a hard time because I did not tell her first that I was looking into early October. She should have asked me in what date or month I wanted. She already assumed I wanted right away that's why she was saying I should get my MRI done first. She just didn't have some phone manners. I don't think she even say her name when she answered. Pls have your peoyin front office have phone manners. I made the call today 8/22 in the afternoon. What if I was a very sick person calling and she caught me off guard by her rude personality.

Doctor, nurses, and staff were all polite, courteous and thorough. I felt seen and heard and believe that doctor and nurses gave me the best care

Doctor Huynh was Amazing along with her Staff. I'm Blessed to be a Patient under PIH it's a good feeling cuz they have the Best Doctors and love how much time they take to care about your health to make you comfortable ??

Your office was wonderful. Everybody I spoke to was so nice and sweet and kind. The doctor was awesome. She was so thorough. I really, really liked her a lot. She's great. I haven't seen a good doctor like that for a while, so I want to just make sure that I give this feedback. And also, her staff is wonderful. Thank you very much.

I was surprised at how well the doctor had done her homework, for being the first time she met me, she knew me very well. The doctor knew all of my history.

It's was great having everyone,there to help me along the way of my cancer, the beginning was a little rough cause of the cyber threat but once that was over everything else went great I thank everyone for the great job they did in helping me...

Dr. Huynh was very impersonal. I was not pleased with that. I didn't feel that she connected with me at all or tried.

Some info on my "Encounter" report is incorrect, i.e., my age, the breast on which I had the mastectomy, and which knee will receive Synvisc injection. Is this something I should tell the medical assistant to correct.

There seemed to be some kind of mix up with the charts. Waited an hour in the office with no explanation. My blood pressure was quite high by the time I was called.

Front desk was not to friendly. Older lady heavy accent , I don't remember her name.. I don't know what was going on in her life but I pray for her. She threw my card on the counter when I handle it to her nicely and said thank you. I didn't like that at all. But from the nurse that called my name and on everything was wonderful. THANK YOU.
