The doctor was fantastic. I haven't seen a doctor for like over a year, so I had a couple of concerns. She took her time. Not only did we go over the normal physical stuff, she also took her time and gave me referrals, listened to everything I had to say, made me feel really comfortable. I honestly feel guilty because I feel like I took up so much of her time, but she never made me feel like that. She's fantastic. 100% would recommend PIH and recommend her.

While the wait was excruciatingly long, Ms. Patel's service and expertise was well worth it. She was incredibly caring and delicately listened to my concerns, acting in responsiveness.

The wait time at this office is becoming issue. I had to wait for 45 minutes before doctor could see me. My wife had similar experience and so did some of my other friends have experienced which had apply on different day.

Hi, my name is (PHI removed) and I like Dr. Karen Patel because Dr. (name removed) took two to three months to get an appointment and he never helped me. And when Dr. Patel first started, I got her right the first day and she knows my knee was swollen that I've been trying to get Dr. (name removed) to do and then everything else. And she really cares about, you know, the person. And I recommend it. I even recommend one of my friends from Glendora and Hollywood to come here because she couldn't find anybody. But I had Dr. (name removed) and he wasn't that great and Dr. (name removed) become, I think he's overworked and underpaid. He got too many hours. He doesn't spend enough hour with, he doesn't spend enough time with the patient. And the only reason he's?

My daughter did not feel comfortable being questioned by the doctor when I was not present in the room. I came with a list of questions so I don't forget and they make me feel like I ask too much for the visit.

Dr. Patel is very professional, and you can see her knowledge in her field. She was very attentive and caring.

My appointment was for 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:50 and wasn't brought in until 11:50. In the exam room I waited another 10 minutes in the freezing cold room. I was literally shivering by the time the nurse came in to take my blood pressure. All I needed was a TB risk assessment filled out and it took an hour and a half!

Dr Patel was amazing. I have never cried at a doctors appointment up until yesterday 10/21. I felt seen and listened to. I feel she made it a point to make eye contact , ask me plenty of questions, and to give me lots of advice. Highly recommend & I felt safe.

Hi, this is (PHI removed). My appointment with Dr. Patel was at 9.20. I was requested to come 15 minutes before my appointment, so I came at 9.10, but I was seen at 9.50. And that was not acceptable. For a 9.20 appointment, you asked me to come early and see me at 9.50. That was not acceptable and I don't feel you all respect our time. So that should be something that should be worked on. Respecting the client, the patient. The doctor was excellent. The intake specialist was a little rude because I had not done my check-in online. But when I explained to her that this is my first time with the doctor, so I'm not sure, so she was better. But.

Dr. Patel is absolutely terrific! She understood my concerns and pains and we both agreed to start with certain tests, therapy and adjustment of medications. I am fully aware that there is no magic pill that will cure all, but I do believe that Dr. Patel has my best interest and health wellbeing in order. Everything went absolutely wonderful. Karen Patel was very knowledgeable. She listened. We could not have asked for a better doctor. We're very happy with her. And the office staff, everything was 10 plus. And we would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family. So kudos to Karen Patel.

First time seeing Dr Patel. She was very down to earth and made small talk as well as asking questions regarding my visit. She explained everything including diagnosis, possible causes, what was needed to fix the issue and self care. Definitely an excellent "bedside" manner than most doctors I have seen.

Yeah, Karen Patel, my doctor, she explained things and really cared about your health. She told me things that other doctors have not told me. So she is, to my knowledge, she is a good doctor and I hope you get more doctors like that. They should learn from her.

Everyone here is amazing. I was here a year ago during a difficult time and they were great then and great now. I feel everyone here listens and is very comforting. My provider was new to me but she was VERY good at listening even though I know I am an anxious person and can talk and ask a lot about my concerns. I do appreciate not being made to feel crazy or rushed. Probably the only teeny tiny thing I'd like is more opportunity to talk about alternatives to starting any sort of medication immediately without discussion, it just got posted to my online account. However, I know on my part I can schedule a follow up to discuss. Other than that everyone here has been great!!! I hope it doesn't change:)

Dr. Karen listened to my medical issues and was very much proactive. Her suggestions will be explored and followed through . A very good listener and a good medical problem solver. A very much nice person as well.!

Dr. Karen Patel was brand new and I got a schedule right there and then, not like Dr. (name removed), because it takes two to three months to schedule appointments with Dr. (name removed). And then I call on the 8th and I got another appointment on May 9th with Dr. Karen Patel. That was fast because I like her. I might switch from Dr. Doshi to her because I got afternoon appointments, not like Dr. (name removed). And Dr. (name removed) takes forever, like two to three months to schedule appointments. But she's very good and she listened and I was surprised. And she was brand new doctor for May 7th and I like her. So thank you.
