Dr. Guzman was very thorough with my care. She right off the bat knew what could have been the issue based on my symptoms and we did the tests and got the results super fast and she was able to put in the prescriptions fast too so I was able to bring in treatment really quickly.

NP Guzman was so considerate and spent sufficient time with me. She was empathetic and explained the answers to all of my questions. All of the office/secretary staff were beyond kind and helpful. I am happy to have found this office!

The nursing staff was very nice and the physician assistant I saw was amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing the actual doctor and I just wish that she didn't have such a heavy load and could see me sooner than late October.

I feel that this appointment could have been done as a telehealth or over Zoom. And that's my only remark. It was good service. It was all over very quickly, and there was no examination needed. So that's the reason why I felt like it was not the best use of my time to spend all the time traveling to and from there and parking and all that. the experience of the office itself was great. So just more that I'd be open to telehealth in the future for something like that. Thank you.

I don't understand why the hospital charges it's clients to park in their garage , made me very upset when I had to pay $15 more dollars just to park for my appointment.

Hi, Kate, my new provider was very thorough and I felt like she had, she really listened to me and she was very thorough and I thought the staff was really great. I appreciated that the wait was not very long and the waiting room was clean. Thank you.

I called as a new patient and the staff on the phone was very kind and explained how things would work since I wasn't too knowledgeable. They were able to schedule me very quickly and with the day I had available. When I arrived to the center, I was greeted with kindness and care. The provider that saw me was also very informative and welcoming, so I felt at ease. They all explained what was going to be done, why and when I would be getting results.

Kate was absolutely phenomenal, probably the best experience I've had with a doctor, period. She's absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel so comfortable. She is so easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, seems to really care, listens when you talk to her, answered all of my questions, is just not only an amazing physician, but just like a wonderful person as well. I would recommend her to anybody that I know. Thank you so much.

I have been seeing Dr. (name removed) for 23 years. He delivered all 3 of my children. I had difficult pregnancies and a few miscarriages and Dr. (name removed) helped me through all of it with compassion and care. He is now helping me through menopause. His staff is professional and kind. My only criticism would be the time I have to wait on to get through the phone system. I would strongly recommend Dr. (name removed)!

I was incredibly impressed with the care I received. The office is lovely. The staff were very kind, caring, and courteous. My provider was EXCELLENT! She had such a grace about her and made me feel extremely seen and heard. She took her time with me and answered all my question and provided helpful information. I was surprisingly pleased at what a pleasant experience it was. Even the patient gowns are pretty and comfortable! Thank you so much! It's very hard to find a good doctor and I am grateful for this office and provider.

Katelyn was fantastic! She was empathetic and attentive to my needs. She took time to listen to me, answered all of my questions, and then explain things to me in a way that alleviated my concerns. Katelyn also took the extra step to review a test result that had been previously ordered by another doctor that I had questions about.

I've been seen at the PIH Women's Clinic on Wilshire for multiple years and have always loved the timeliness of being seen, the friendliness, the clean office environment, and the time the physician and nurses take to talk to me when I'm there. I've continued to come back even though I've moved out of the dtla area.

This was my first time visiting a gynecologist, and to be honest, I was really nervous especially since I was getting a pap smear and didn't know what to expect. But as soon as I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone was kind, warm, and professional, which helped calm my nerves right away. I was seen by Katelyn, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better provider. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything step by step. She talked to me throughout the entire process, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. What started as a scary and uncomfortable situation ended up being surprisingly relieving and empowering. I'm so grateful for how smoothly everything went, and I would definitely recommend seeing Katelyn if you're a first-timer or just looking for someone who truly cares and puts you at ease. Thank you to the whole team for making my first visit such a positive one!

I had a much better and thorough experience with Katelyn (unsure of spelling) than I had with (name removed), who was very late and then rushed through our appt. Katelyn was very thorough and took her time. I would try to schedule with Katelyn for future appointments.
