Liked her bedside manners, she took her time talking to me and explaining and answering all of my questions and concerns, wasn't walking out the door or being in a rush to leave the room like other doctors I've seen in the past. Thank u doc for ur time and patience

Yes, my name is (PHI removed). I was with Dr. Morgan not too long ago. Main thing on the 4th of this month, main thing is this. She makes me feel very familiar, like easy to trust. I like the way how she actually approaches the patients like me. I really appreciate her help. Good day.

I was very impressed with Dr Morgan. She listened to my concerns and explained things that made sense to me. Dr Morgan is a very likeable and personable Doctor. She is not a "take this pill and walk out the door" kind of doctor. I feel she genuinely cares about her patients and will see to it that they get the best of care she can give. I think I have finally found a Doctor I can trust with my health problems. But as usual Dr Morgan was not allowed to spend too much time with me, and I know that is not her fault. Insurance companies control the time spent with patients as well as other issues. I'm looking forward to my next visit. I can see why she has such a high approval rating.

I like this provider because she's very helpful and she gets my concerns. But then she said I had to go to a cardiologist and I still haven't heard what the problem was. She didn't come back in to tell me. So normally there's no problem, but I was just concerned about what I need to go to a cardiologist for and when I can make the appointment. They told me to wait a day or two so she'd get the information in there. And I looked on my app and there's still no information in there to see what's going on.

Dr. Morgan and staff are friendly and professional, I am happy to have them.

Best Doctor and Staff in a long time

There is no other better place that cares for my health concerns that PIH Dr. Kathleen Morgan. She is so caring and the staff is wonderful! Thank God for the blessing of being part of PIH group!

Front staff provided additional assistance in helping me get records from another lab. Very helpful. The technician who took my blood pressure was curt and unable to take my pressure. When I asked if something was wrong, her reply was curt as well. When Dr. Morgan had her return at the end of my consultation, her disposition was much better.

I admire and appreciate Dr. Morgan's kindness and patience in explaining things very efficiently to me. Thank you for having her available to my care.

The staff was courteous and professional... my mother has a hearing prom, and Dr. Morgan was very sensitive spoke slowly directly and repeated many of her statements to make sure my mother heard her effectively. She's an excellent doctor.

Everything, she went with everything, very detailed, excellent bedside manners, heard me out, took care of all my medical needs that I needed and everything from the, as upon as coming inside the door with the front receptionist or the medical system there or nurse to all her staff, all her staff, the ones that took care of me and took my blood pressure and everything, everybody's a 10 plus. And Dr. Morgan was a 10 plus too. Everything. She took care of everything again, all my needs and everything, answered all my questions, and prescribed the medications that I needed and got me my referrals done in a very timely manner, very professional manner. I'm very happy with Dr. Morgan and I will highly recommend her to all my family members and as many people as I can. She's a very, very, very good doctor at everything she does.

I like Dr Morgan as a primary doctor she is very sweet caring and you can tell she loves her job she make her patient feel welcome and comfortable I really do like her and her nursing staff is very very nice and you feel just comfortable going and not nervous nothing working makes you feel at ease basically and she's very professional and she's honest and I love her opinions and she's not disrespectful at all like most doctors that I went to in the past I just really like her she's great at what she do and I appreciate that and her honest feedback when I asked her a question and she takes time to listen to our patients that's what I like too as well overall I had a great experience with Dr Morgan as my doctor!

Dr. Morgan and her staff are very understanding and respectful, and I enjoy my visit with them. Very thoughtful and thorough people and show respect to the patient and understanding what they have to say about what's bothering them thank you.

The PIH Call Center is very inefficient. It would be so much better to be able to call the doctor's office directly. I once had to simply supply a fax number for my doctor's use, and it took the Call Center 20 minutes of insurance verification and verifying my weight (why??) before they would write down the fax number. Not the doctor's fault, but really hinders doing business with them. Instead, we drive over to their office to make our appts.

I really appreciate the staff here for making an appointment to communicating where else I need to get my blood drawn or where to schedule a ultrasound to. I love the staff. No to seeing me in a timely manner bc my wait to see Dr Morgan after check-in typically 10min :) but once in a room typically takes her 45min to an hr to see me :(. However Dr Morgan does take her time to listen, be attentive, very thorough, very informative, very genuine, & caring.

I was extremely uncomfortable at this doctor appointment. She walked in and immediately gave me a hug without even asking if it would be ok. It is not appropriate or legal for her to have done that. During the whole appointment we only talked about my weight (I did not make my appointment to discuss that) and not anything else. She tried to get me to go see a bariatric surgeon or start on GLP-1s that i several times said "no" or "I need to do some research on my own". She would not take no for an answer and I felt like I had to give into something so I ask to see a nutrition specialist. I am all for losing weight but I have a medical condition that she was ignoring as well. At the end of the appointment she gave me another hug and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable again. I will be making a formal complaint as I know it is not legal for her to do that. I really like this doctor office as I have had great results with the other employees.

Dr. Morgan could have saved me from having a stroke. She noticed an irregular heartbeat. She believed it to be Afib. I started my blood thinner yesterday after the appointment, and I'll be seeing a Cardiologist next week. Now I'm aware and altering my activities etc.

Dr Morgan is a wonderful doctor and a kind and compassionate person. When PIH (Pioneer at the time) moved out of the Long Beach office (a few blocks from my home), I would have changed to a closer medical group, but I stayed with PIH because of Dr Morgan because she is the best.
