Patient Reviews

July 29, 2026
Dr. Cochran was very professional and he explained my medical history to me and I was able to have a better understanding on how I have been feeling with my health. I really liked his expertise and his knowledge on his diagnosis. I trust him with my well being and would definitely recommend him to family and friends. The nurse and the staff were also friendly and caring.

July 21, 2026

July 20, 2026
great doctor
July 14, 2026
He needs to be able to listen to his patients and not be rude. And I had surgery on my arm and he just shaked it and then he blamed it on us that we didn't tell him and that was the first thing that we told him.
July 07, 2026
I'd like to also acknowledge (name removed) the nurse, she ALWAYS finds me an appointment when needed, I appreciate there professionalism and kindness.
July 01, 2026
This was my first time seeing this provider. He listened carefully to me as I described my symptoms and described how he would go about making a treatment plan for me.
June 26, 2026
It took me 6 months to get this appointment and all he did was ask questions, ask me to walk and then make me another appointment which I'm not going to, I feel all these doctors do is for money, not really to help us,
June 25, 2026
Great feeling of caring about my treatment

June 01, 2026
He was taking his rime to answer my question and said he was always there to answer and listen to my question in the future .
May 29, 2026
At this appointment with Keith Cochran, the situation at my mom was very sensitive. She's changing. Her dementia is progressing, and she handled it with a lot of care and sensitivity. When I walked out, I was very emotional. When I walked out, the staff was very confident as well. I just wanted you to know it's not often that this bedside manner happens in the office, and I appreciate every bit of it. Keith Cochran, thank you.
May 21, 2026
The Nurse Assistant, who did the blood pressure on me was rather cold in her attitude. However, we love Doctor Keith Cochran. He is both professionalism and compassion. He is a good representation for PIH.
May 15, 2026

The doctor and staff were polite and took time to answer all my questions.
April 14, 2026
The doctor was very easy-going and patient, the two nurses that dealt with me seemed a little rushed and stressed.

April 01, 2026

March 19, 2026
First visit. Lots of good give-and-take. Also, good subtle peripheral checks, to rule out conflicting symptoms. There were none. Also, the pre--doc check was excellent. Light conversation while all medical statistics were efficiently recorded. BP method also minimized the potential for white-coat hypertension.
March 16, 2026
I felt that the staff was very courteous and warming to the patient. The doctor was excellent. He listens. He's timely, does not make you wait, which is really a pleasure to be there. I saw a doctor before Dr. Cochran for 10 years, Jessica Mir, but I really was hesitant about finding a new doctor, but I'm very pleased. I am very pleased with the service at PIH. Thank you.
March 16, 2026
Staff is very courteous and friendy. Dr. Cochran is a compassionate doctor and listens to your questions and explains very well.
March 04, 2026
Good job.
February 26, 2026
Dr. Took the time to call me with information he received from my primary Dr. by the time I arrived home.
February 19, 2026
Dr. Cochran was very professional, yet very approachable, listened to everything that I said, told me what he thought had to do with what my issue was and what he recommended. I truly respect him and his knowledge, and I would recommend him to anybody.
February 17, 2026
Dr. Cochran came in and said that he could only give me three minutes. I think he said because I was late. I wasn't late downstairs at admitting. There was two girls that helped me that were training and it took more time than it should've then I had to wait upstairs for a couple minutes and then went in and then I had to wait another like 10 minutes for him so that was uncalled for I didn't I did. I was there on time. I hadn't seen him in a while and he cut me off by saying I can only see you for a couple minutes. I think it's a three minutes. It was very unprofessional.
February 13, 2026
I'm very happy with my visit, both the dr and staff were very attentive. Dr took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things in a way that I understood. Dr and Nurse (name removed) showed compassion and kindness. She provided me with plenty of information regarding the doctors orders and how I can access the PIH patient portal. I felt confident leaving my appointment knowing I'm in good hands.
February 04, 2026
I really liked Dr Cochran. He seemed cool and very knowledgeable in his field. I was appreciative of him going over best time for my meds and supplements to help me strive in my goals of living to 100. Both Drs I saw this week def reminded me why PIH is home. Thank you

December 17, 2025

December 16, 2025
He's very professional and I wish you would let him give more time to the patient.
December 15, 2025
It took 4 months to get an appointment with Dr. Cochran..
December 12, 2025
I left feeling rather unhappy because I was there for a procedure, and it turned out he was asking me questions about what had already happened, questions he should have already known since Dr. (name removed) had sent him. He asked my name, where I lived, if I lived alone, and what my children's last names were. I was there for a procedure, that's why I wasn't very happy, to say the least. I'm sorry.
December 11, 2025
I was told that PIH was limiting amount of time (13 min) my Dr was being allowed to interact with me during my last scheduled visit. My visits typically require more time because of the complexities of Parkinsons disease. Dr Cochran was able to address my major concerns, but questions were left unanswered because of the limited time he had been allocated for my visit. If PIH is dictating that physicians spend limited time with their patients, this is ultimately going to result in inadequate care and lead to the need for more intervention later on through increased visits to urgent care and emergency rooms. Increasing the number of patients a Dr must interact with by limiting contact time for each patient substantially reduces the quality of health care and potentially puts patients with complex medical conditions such as mine and greater risk of harm. Patient care should NEVER be treated like a production line. As patients, we are people with individual needs, not appliances in a factory.
December 05, 2025
The doctor was great! He listened to me and explained everything! He is a truly a great doctor!
December 03, 2025
The doctor seemed angry when I entered the examination room and clearly not keen on dealing with an 88-year-old. Eye Specialist Dr. (name removed) referred me for a neurological exam, and there must have been a medical reason for the referral. Dr. Keith Cochran should have looked at my medical record instead of focusing on my being four minutes late to the appointment and claiming I hadn't mentioned my symptoms at my previous appointment in December 2024 (a year ago), and then practically running out of the exam room. He was very dismissive and impatient with his patients. He should retire if he doesn't want to deal with elderly people. I have a new appointment in March 2026 and would like to see a different doctor, someone other than Dr. Cochran. Thank you.
December 03, 2025
Great appointment.
November 26, 2025
My neurologist is a special, unique person and a very good doctor.
November 26, 2025
The doctor showed very little interest in our concerns. He offered no opinion beyond asking questions with "I don't know," "yes," or "no" answers. He told us to see another doctor. We will definitely seek a second opinion from another doctor, and I don't think we'll ever return to this doctor or recommend him to family members.
November 19, 2025
very accommodating
November 19, 2025
Nice and kindly staff overall ?
November 14, 2025

October 21, 2025
Dr Cochran is a very caring provider.
October 21, 2025
Doctor was very, very knowledgeable. He went over my medical history. He was great. He examined me. He did a couple of exams within the room. Very, very knowledgeable again. And one thing that I like about him is that he went over my history since my incident that, you know, that's why I'm there for. Thank you. And thank you for all the personal customer service. Everyone was excellent. Thank you.
October 20, 2025
Dr Cochran was fantastic! I understand him quite well and what he was talking about. Also. He was very nice. I liked him very well. Also the student doctor
October 10, 2025
The appointment took 4 months to schedule but they were booked so I understand
October 09, 2025
Dr. Cochran really listened to me, I am happy to finally have someone who seems to really care about what is going on, rather than just prescribing another pill. Thank you
October 09, 2025
definitely was very happy with the advice and how quickly we got in to see Dr. Cochran. And we're extremely happy with him. And I can't say more about it. We I went in on a way on a Thursday or on a Wednesday. And on Thursday, we were in that office. And he was checking my husband over. So extremely happy. Thank you.
October 07, 2025
PIH rescheduled my appointment without telling me, causing me to waste an entire morning and having to come back on another day
October 02, 2025
Dr Cochran listened well, communicated well. I was satisfied with the visit.

Very knowledgeable in his field , Iwas hoping for a more solution to my problem , But it is a start in recommending a new prescription for me , Ihope it will help .
September 23, 2025
Other than having to wait several months because we were a new patient, it was, I guess it was worth it because having to wait for a long time for that first appointment, but we felt very comfortable with Dr. Cochran. He's a very good doctor, very thorough, and we're very satisfied with him. I think he did a fabulous job and the staff there in the office was very friendly and Everything was nice. We appreciated it. Thank you. Bye.
September 22, 2025
Dr. Is very kind, helps me deal a little easier with the disease.
September 19, 2025
scheduled for an appointment February of 2026 and I had to advocate for myself and be a little pushy. When I explained what was going on, they somehow managed to find an appointment for me. The day I had my appointment, I jokingly took a picture of the waiting room with zero people. So I was a little take back that they wanted to first schedule my appointment on February of 2026, but it all worked out. So thank you.
September 17, 2025
Nothing at this time
September 15, 2025
The reception staff was very helpful in explaining to be about billing issues. And Dr Cochran has always been very respectful and takes time to listen to what is happening, symptoms etc.
September 15, 2025
