I arrived to my appointment an hour early as was expected of me. I was not seen until two hours after my appointment time. I was with two family members and we had not eaten anything all day so the wait felt even longer. By the time I was seen, I felt extremely rushed. It made me feel irrelevant and not important whatsoever. All my questions were not answered and I feel like I wasn't heard; like I was just another number.

The staff were so friendly, understanding and sweet. So awesome!

Yes, Kelly was very professional. She was extremely attentive and understanding with all my questions and concerns. I feel completely comfortable going into surgery, having her doing it. I recommend her to anybody.
