Everyone in this Whittier office was extremely kind and helpful. I arrived, signed in and was in a room to see doctor within 40 minutes. I received care from doctor and referral and was out of urgent care under 1 1/2 hours! This is great! Thanks to everyone.

The UCC experience was great. The staff was kind, the wait was short and the physician was really informative and friendly. I would definitely go back to this location as needed.

This facility was fantastic. I haven't been there since they re did it all the space, the area, the staff, everybody was just exceptional and I appreciated them and everything worked out timely and yes, I would definitely go back if I had to.

My visit was to Urgent Care with no appointment. I was the only one in the lobby so my whole visit was very short and everything was done in a timely manner.

I was very impressed. Thank you so much. I was able to get into the (INAUDIBLE) Hospital on time with no complications and got to see my mother it was the utmost professional facility. You people provided for me and met everything. Thank you.

There, excuse me, there's no improvement needed. If it was a higher number than 3. I would have pressed that instead, but I didn't catch, if they said that I'm so happy I'd go there anytime and refer him anytime. Sorry. I (INAUDIBLE). Hello. (INAUDIBLE) Did you hear me. Did he? Didn't feel like the diagnosis for my son was accurate- mostly guessing. Would have felt better if he had actually looked at him to see if there was any bruising under his shirt in area where he was mostly tender and hurting...

You can tell the employees like their jobs, they did it so well. My second visit to this facility.

I didn't see doctor... I did see Dr. Patel. He seemed very rushed. He didn't seem very... he wasn't very empathetic to my pain. He kind of brushed off what my questions were. He seemed hurried and not very attentive to my questions or... I burned myself, and he seemed like it was not a big deal, and I found him to be very rude and flippant. Thank you.

I really like to clear the care that I received. At Urgent Care, the Urgent Care, and the doctor was very nice, made me feel comfortable. I was, I was in pain at the time, and I just felt felt very at ease with the doctor.

It was amazing. It was wonderful, there's nothing to needed to improve. They took care of me. I was embarrassed. I was so ashamed of my body and they just kept telling me. "Don't worry. We're here to care for you. We're here." And they were professional. They were courteous. They were respectful. My dignity and I made a mistake by pressing to to that. I thought it was going to be "1 Yes" and "2 No", I mean, "yes and "1 No" so please, all of them should have been a 10, every one of them. So if I press "2" in the beginning, I was wrong in error. So please acknowledge all the staff, everybody there, everyone there, please. It was. I mean, my utmost respect to them. I just thank you. Everyone of the staff that was there. Please acknowledge them...the doctor's, the the girl in the front...she was amazing. Just everybody, please.

Very fast and friendly service both with the staff and the doctor. I feel a lot better once I took my medication that doctor prescribed.

This was one of my favorite visits to urgent care because of this doctor. Last time i went a doctor came in with what looked liked aan astronaunt suit. Hard to understand and hard not to laugh.
