Everyone was extra nice and it was excellent. On the first question, I pushed the wrong thing. I meant to push four. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

The doctor said in English that he was covering for another doctor and a nurse, and they couldn't find what's wrong with my eyes, which are bothering me a lot and making it hard to drive. He gave me an appointment for another two months because he said he couldn't tell what the problem was right now. The doctor didn't know much, and if they do, they're just playing games. Because if I cross the border into Mexico, they'll cure me in the blink of an eye. I don't understand what's going on. Thank you.

Everybody was great. Only the wait time fell under the mark. Appointment was for 1:30. I don't think I got in until like 2:30. So that time element needs improvement. I know you're really busy there, but that's the only thing. Thank you. Bye-bye.

The doctor I saw really wore me out. He had so much to say. All I can say is more information than I needed, I would say. Anyway, yeah, he's good, but just a little too much information for me. I was tired when I left.

Yes, this was the first time I saw Kevin Rice, Dr. Kevin Rice, and he explained a lot of information on my eye and why I'm having to see the eye doctor. So, yeah, I'm going to try to go back to him again next time. And I just wanted to let you know that he did a great job and gave me more information than I've received in the past. Have a good day.

From the front desk to the doctor, everyone treated me with kindness and respect.

There are two waiting rooms. They placed us in the front waiting Room and forgot we were there. Our appointment was at 2:00pm and the Dr. did not call us until 4:20pm. The Dr said he called us earlier but we did not respond. The reason we did not respond is because the staff placed us in another waiting room and then forgot we were there.

Dr rice is an excellent addition to your staff .

Dr. Kevin Rice is a very knowledgeable and cares for his patient. He was so patient and talked or explained everything to me in detail using the most simple words that I could understand my health condition, taking hs time and never in a hurry to get rid of me.

Staff were courteaus, Dr Rice was very professional, explain well what is hapenning, to my eyes , discuss well the treatment plan. I am very happy to met him as my new eye Doctor.

Dr. Rice was amazing. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone in need of eye care.

It was the most thorough eye exam I've ever had.. The provider was excellent

Dr Rice explained everything thoroughly. He was very easy to speak with and was very knowledgeable.

Dr. Rice and Staff are the best! I went in without an appointment because of a swollen eye. The Staff employee at the front office checked to see if a Doctor could fit me in. Dr. Rice graciously fit me in. He checked my eye told me what was going on and explained throughly what the problem was and gave me instructions on how to treat my eye at home. Happy to say my eye is improving.

Dr. Kevin, the nurse (name removed), all the staff in the front desk treat me like a family. I'm very, very happy to be patient for them. Totally, I recommend Dr. Karen for all my family. He was very professional, explained this growth on my eyelid in detail, and gave a couple of options to deal with it.
