Although I had a wonderful experience with my colonoscopy and with the service providers, I must say that the billing is a complete debacle. I have been given four different bills, no, three different bills, and I paid everything on the day of service and have been told I owe an additional $500. And then I received another bill the day of my follow-up for $1,400 as if I didn't pay anything, but I think the $1,400 is really what I'm supposed to be paying, but I actually paid $1,700. And I was sent a bill, like I said, from the billing department saying that I owe an extra $514. So there's a lot of confusion with billing, with cash patients, and that is a huge problem, and I'm still trying to work things out. Nobody can give me ?

I was very happy with my visit to provider and Laura Kheng. She was very good and spent enough time with me explaining everything. And also all the staff at this office were very nice. So I am very, very happy.

One concern that I had was the ability to communicate with the office after my procedure. There was no way to reach the office over the weekend when I experienced some symptoms. And I would not recommend this provider since I had to really advocate for my concerns.

I was not able to see the doctor I made an appointment with. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and tell me. A PA ended up seeing me because the doctor I was scheduled with was not the doctor that performed my colonoscopy. Apparently he was my doctor, I never saw him before or after and did not know that I could only see that doctor. It was disappointing that this was not caught before my appointment. It was an error from the office that should've been caught before. The PA was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Moreover, I had to wait 15 minutes to check out and make an appointment. All staff was courteous and respectful but it was a pretty long appointment.

As soon as I came in and talked to the receptionist, she's very cordial, kind, and had a smile on her face. Asked me to sit down, and within 15 minutes, not even that, 10 minutes I'd say, I was called, saw the doctor, able to do what I was supposed to do, talked to the doctor, the doctor briefed on what was happening. I was left satisfied. Made an appointment to see the doctor again. I am very satisfied, yes.

I think the problem was there was a failure to communicate. I kept explaining the situation and even though I try to phrase it so that it's clearer so that there is no confusion, the end result was that she didn't hear any of what I was telling her and she ended up sending a prescription that I could not afford and I told her that I could not afford it and I told her that I didn't want that prescription and I told her that I wanted an alternate and she didn't do that. She gave me the more expensive prescription which means that after I tried to explain it multiple times, she just didn't listen or didn't understand. So.

Yes, I'm (PHI removed) and my opinion of the PH is that it's excellent. I'm experiencing something similar with my wife, who has cancer and is being treated there. Everything that's happening right now is excellent. She's progressing very well, and they're taking good care of her. My opinion is a 10 out of 10 for all the care they've given us as a couple, my wife and me. That's my opinion. We're very happy with the hospital. Thank you.

I had my appointment with Laura the PA. Although my visit went ok it would be nice to occasionally see Dr. (name removed) without having to wait 3 months for that appointment. I don't like that the responsibility is put on the patient to call daily to check for cancellations to make an appointment with your own doctor?

Very respectful and professional environment. Explained everything in details. My mother is profoundly deaf and elderly. They have a lot of patience explaining everything to her so that she understands. Dr was very informative and kind she explained the treatment plan and her reason for having a return visit always asking if there were any more concerns before she concluded the visit.

I had arrived 10 minutes after my appointment. I did arrive at the desk and sign in on the roster that they had out. I took my seat because the medical assistant was dealing with another patient. I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes and I was never called. Everybody else waiting in the room had been called in that was ahead of me and people that had checked in after me, most of them were checked in. I walked up to the clerk and asked why I hadn't been called in and she just kind of said, oh, laughed a little. Well, we'll get you in next. She forgot to check me in.
