Nothing good. I checked in, the receptionist never registered me, and after 45 minutes I asked, and I lost my appointment. They told me to come back in an hour.

Nurse Laura is patient, understanding, very knowledgeable and caring??

I was very impressed with the staff. There was a glitch in cancellation error and the representative at the desk was able to get my appointment reinstated and they took time to make sure that I was served as a patient and it seemed as though I could have been turned away but the person made sure he made sure that I was able to be seen by the doctor and by the PA in a timely manner. Thank you.

I had Dr, (name removed) before but since he left they can not assign me to a doctor . They said they only have PA for me. It's ok for now,

We really wanted to see Dr. (name removed), but we were not able to. So our second option was to get a PA to see us, and that was the only reason why we saw her. So I am still waiting for Dr. (name removed) to call me. It's been a week, and no one from that office has called me. So that's what I'm not happy with right now.

Was tremble the provider was cold & insensitive to my issues. I was very frustrated with the visit.

Laura kheng was absolutely awesome. You took her time with me answered my questions. I had never seen her before and I was leery about seeing a PA but she was great hope to see her again.

Although I had a wonderful experience with my colonoscopy and with the service providers, I must say that the billing is a complete debacle. I have been given four different bills, no, three different bills, and I paid everything on the day of service and have been told I owe an additional $500. And then I received another bill the day of my follow-up for $1,400 as if I didn't pay anything, but I think the $1,400 is really what I'm supposed to be paying, but I actually paid $1,700. And I was sent a bill, like I said, from the billing department saying that I owe an extra $514. So there's a lot of confusion with billing, with cash patients, and that is a huge problem, and I'm still trying to work things out. Nobody can give me ?

I was very happy with my visit to provider and Laura Kheng. She was very good and spent enough time with me explaining everything. And also all the staff at this office were very nice. So I am very, very happy.

One concern that I had was the ability to communicate with the office after my procedure. There was no way to reach the office over the weekend when I experienced some symptoms. And I would not recommend this provider since I had to really advocate for my concerns.

I was not able to see the doctor I made an appointment with. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for someone to come and tell me. A PA ended up seeing me because the doctor I was scheduled with was not the doctor that performed my colonoscopy. Apparently he was my doctor, I never saw him before or after and did not know that I could only see that doctor. It was disappointing that this was not caught before my appointment. It was an error from the office that should've been caught before. The PA was knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Moreover, I had to wait 15 minutes to check out and make an appointment. All staff was courteous and respectful but it was a pretty long appointment.

Laura has extremely high level communication skills and is very friendly. She's awesome

Well, I like the way that they accept me that the same day I was taking care of me. The doctor was really good. I think I make a mistake in the first question. Definitely she did a very good job. Thank you very much. And that's it. Everybody's very nice over there. Thank you.

As soon as I came in and talked to the receptionist, she's very cordial, kind, and had a smile on her face. Asked me to sit down, and within 15 minutes, not even that, 10 minutes I'd say, I was called, saw the doctor, able to do what I was supposed to do, talked to the doctor, the doctor briefed on what was happening. I was left satisfied. Made an appointment to see the doctor again. I am very satisfied, yes.

I think the problem was there was a failure to communicate. I kept explaining the situation and even though I try to phrase it so that it's clearer so that there is no confusion, the end result was that she didn't hear any of what I was telling her and she ended up sending a prescription that I could not afford and I told her that I could not afford it and I told her that I didn't want that prescription and I told her that I wanted an alternate and she didn't do that. She gave me the more expensive prescription which means that after I tried to explain it multiple times, she just didn't listen or didn't understand. So.

PA WAS VERY POLITE AND DID LISTEN. ONLY WOULD LIKE MORE MORNING OPTIONS FOR SURGERY DATES

Getting more appointments available for primary doctors, for doctors, not for physician assistants who don't know what they're doing or what they say.

It was fine - just getting results from my colonoscopy. She was just a PA.

Yes, I'm (PHI removed) and my opinion of the PH is that it's excellent. I'm experiencing something similar with my wife, who has cancer and is being treated there. Everything that's happening right now is excellent. She's progressing very well, and they're taking good care of her. My opinion is a 10 out of 10 for all the care they've given us as a couple, my wife and me. That's my opinion. We're very happy with the hospital. Thank you.

Laura took the time to explain the results of my colonoscopy. She was very thorough and she answered all of my questions.

I had my appointment with Laura the PA. Although my visit went ok it would be nice to occasionally see Dr. (name removed) without having to wait 3 months for that appointment. I don't like that the responsibility is put on the patient to call daily to check for cancellations to make an appointment with your own doctor?

Very professional, courteous, patient and helpful. Office was busy but services kept up handling adequate so no long wait. Served coffee and tea, very much appreciated.
