Everyone in the office was friendly. I love the way my daughter, my grandson and myself were all able to be seen for our colds.

When I was pressing in some of my first entries, I didn't realize there were more than two answers, like yes, somewhat, yes, definitely. I was very happy with the care I got. So I think some of them were incorrect, some of my responses. I thought he was great. I got seen in a timely manner. His office staff was great. I was very happy with the care I received. He got me in to get an x-ray. And so, yeah, it was great. So I think some of my answers probably need to be changed to yes, definitely, as opposed to yes, somewhat. I thought there were only two options, a yes and a no. So thank you. Bye.

I am a downey employee and it was my first time attending PIH for care. Everyone was amazing and took really good care of me!

Lawrence and staff are always very pleasant from the time you walk into the office to the time you leave. We are seen quickly, addressed professionally and always leave with a smile and good feelings. Great care and always a great visit.

Great advise, to get digital imaging done from Kaiser. It led to the discovery of blood clots, which caused my issue.
