great people, great service

I am a downey employee and it was my first time attending PIH for care. Everyone was amazing and took really good care of me!

Lawrence and staff are always very pleasant from the time you walk into the office to the time you leave. We are seen quickly, addressed professionally and always leave with a smile and good feelings. Great care and always a great visit.

Great advise, to get digital imaging done from Kaiser. It led to the discovery of blood clots, which caused my issue.

Service is timely, friendly and effective. He handles things very well. I have confidence in him.

I came into the clinic as a walk in and my wait time was close to none. That was great because I was in and out during my break time.

From the time you walk in front desk guy is friendly and polite . You can tell he likes his job. The nurse was nice and polite as well . Lawrence is always a pro . He's caring and listens .

Lawrence Li was a great provider. He was efficient and answered all my questions. Great sense of humor too! :)

Wonderful staff and doctor ?

Very accommodating, they provided virtual translator deviceto so I'm able to communicate with the doctor through sign language interpreter

I visited another provider and they recommended that the antibiotics that this clinic provided be stopped immediately due to them causing harm to my daughter. That's all.

Question number one, I pressed one, but it should be four. I was able to go in there and I was seen very in a promptly manner by physician Lawrence. Thank you.

I had an appointment but still waiting 45 minutes to get into a room. Total time in office was 95 minutes. I had an appointment. I feel like they had walk ins go before me which is unacceptable.

I didn't have an appointment and just dropped by after work, and the staff and Mr Li took good care of me.

Dr. Li and his staff are always wonderful. I love the clinic! Super quick! I almost wish I had more time in the peaceful waiting room!

When i initially described my pain, NP Lawrence asked pressed against my knee. I told him that it was not where the pain was ooriginating from, that it was ib a different area. He dismissed my informatiin and became fixated on initial impression. He tild ne hevwoukd order xrays ob my knee, then came back with orders for xrays on my tibia and fibula. I asked him a question related to another topic we had discussed. He repeated what he said in a raised voice and exagerated his words as if I did not understand him the first time, as if I do nit understand the language. When I told him that I understood him, but that wasn't my questiin, he became impatient. When he came back to tell me he had ordered the xrays, I asked him where I needed to go. Again, he became impatient and told me a nurse would bring me the papers. I have had other offices send orders directly to the lab and I assumed this was what he did as well. I felt that his communication was abrupt and impatient. I do not feel that NP Lawrence understood my condition and did not know what to do. Rather than referring me to my own physician, he irdered xrays because I had good insurance and in his own words, "why not," I have luttle failth in his care..

I was able to walk in, be seen immediately, and have my concerns addressed. Dr. Li is kind, knowledgeable, and explains things thoroughly.

AMAZING staff overall: PA Lawrence, nurse, and front office... would definitely come again! Highly recommended!!
