Doctor Long, seen me in a timely manner. The staff at PIH were all nice, for being Christmas Eve and working hard. Nurse (name removed) was also very nice.

The location was difficult to find as it's part of a shopping center. Very small "store front" , however very large office. Better signage or something would help better communicate the office location.

I was called at the exact time of my appointment. Dr examined me, sent me to get X-rays and explained everything thoroughly. Made recommendations and made sure I understood everything before ending my consultation. Wonderful experience!

Everything was great!

My visit with Dr. Truong was pleasant. Dr. Truong is very personable and kind. Everything regarding my problem was explained successfully to me. The Dr set beside me and went over my x-rays with me.

Hi. I did enjoy seeing Dr. Truong. He listened. He was very attentive to what I had to say. My problem is not the provider. My problem is not the doctor. The problem is the first people that you encounter, that you talk to for the first time. The front desk people, they don't understand medical terms. And when a patient has to be seen and is requesting an immediate appointment, they're not giving it to the patient. They are, I work in the medical field myself, and I understand medical terms, and they don't understand them. And I requested an appointment as soon as possible because I know symptoms disappear, and they wouldn't give me an appointment. That's my only concern, dealing with the front desk people. Thank you.

Finding the Dr's office was confusing. When I arrived I found myself in a large facility. When I asked at the front desk how do I find the Podiatrist she pointed at a grop of people who were in line in front of me and said follow them. I followed them to a long hallway that had a bunch of numbered doors, nome matching the ste. number I had. I called the Podiatrist number and as I began talking to someone asking if I'm in the right place a nurse came into the hallway to lead the group of people I followed into one of the aforementioned numbered doors. She overheard my phone conversation and told me I'm in the right place, to take a seat and she'll be out to get me shortly. If she wouldnt have been there at that time I don't know what I would've done.

It took a month to schedule an appointment but once at the office, everything went smoothly; from the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor.

Dr Long Truong is very professional and supportive of my mom's issue.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:30. My primary care physician had asked that I have a routine annual blood check-up and when going to the Lakewood PIH Medical Center a couple of weeks ago, I was told there was only one technician so I couldn't get my lab work done. Yesterday, on the 5th, I arrived about 40 minutes early to have my blood work done. However, there were many people ahead of me and I was unable to see a technician before my 10:30 appointment so I went to my appointment with Dr. Truong. The waiting area was very cold, and I was getting very impatient because I wanted to return to the lab before it was closed at 11:00 for lunch. Right at 11:00, Dr. Truong arrived and sincerely apologized for the delay. When asking how I was, I said I was cold and was disappointed because I now would have to make another trip to the lab to have my blood work done. He said he would personally talk to the lab personnel and ask if they would stay open for a few minutes longer so I wouldn't have to make a return trip. I was stunned that a busy doctor would accommodate me like this, and was further impressed when he skillfully, painlessly scaled down my painful calluses on the balls of my feet - and recommended my wearing memory foam shoes which I purchased that evening, and now with the calluses whittled down and my comfortable shoes, and a delicious meal at the Lazy Dog Restaurant at the Promenade - and a good night's sleep, I am a happy 86 almost 87-year-old today!! Praise the Lord, Doctor Truong and the nice technicians in the lab!! (PHI removed)

I had to wait over 1 hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time but the nurse told me that there was a mix up and the front office check in person said I arrived late. They were taking many people in to see the doctor when they arrived way after me. Finally after over a hour of waiting they came out to ask me when was my appointment time. Totally Not Acceptable.

Dr. Truong is an extremely thoughtful and considerate doctor and I really appreciate having him serve me.

Dr. Truong was excellent and so were all the staff. My only reservation is the location and layout of the offices. The offices were like a maze and need some signage to clarify the set up.

I only have good things to say about Dr. Truong. He's one of the best doctors that I have run into, starting with his bedside manners. So much that I have personally told him that I took the liberty of saying that I wish more doctors are like him. And I further want to say, maybe in a humorous way, but in reality, that I hope he doesn't burn out like many doctors do. They're just very hasty, very grumpy, et cetera. So he, like I said, is one of the few that I really find professional and also very kind and generous in much as giving time and attention to us.

This not the first time coming to this office they make mistakes on appointments you show up no you don't have an appointment but I have conformation. Lots of confusion Dr is Great it's sad Staff needs to improve

With the foot doctor, everything was fine, he treated me patiently, but when I go to my family doctor, I notice that he's always running around and doesn't have enough time to treat me. However, the foot doctor is very, very patient and even gives me the time I need for my questions.
