Staff was helpful in scheduling my appointment with a surgeon

What I would suggest is that you really talk to the people at reception, because this is the second time I've been there and I've always been mistreated by them. They don't attend to me, they completely ignore me, and I think that's not right. And it's the receptionists, yes, the dark-skinned one. She's... she's a good person, and both times she's helped me because the others don't want to help me. I really think you need to talk to the two receptionists who are there to assist you, because they don't want to help Hispanics. That's my comment. Thank you. Everyone else is very attentive, very kind.

Complete waste of time !

All personal were friendly and professional including nurses. I recommend Dr. Lonnie Chatman he's been my care provider as far as my knee injections go. He's also very knowledgeable and professional. Check-in services on the phone not my thing but I respect it. Thank you

I didn't care for the doctor that I had seen on Friday. He wasn't my regular doctor. And I felt rushed.

Lonnie Chatman was not empathetic. I did not feel heard and he seemed to just brush through the MRI results for my shoulder. He gave me a cortisone shot and when I asked him if I should keep my physical therapy appt that was already scheduled for the following day, his response was "yes, you need to keep moving." The following day when I went to my physical therapy appt, they told me that I needed to allow a few days to rest from the cortisone shot and my appt had to be rescheduled. It has now been more than 48 hours after the cortisone shot and I don't feel any relief. I'm sorry but this PA didn't take the time to listen to my questions and provide me with sound responses. I'm now questioning his competence.

The appointment went very well. The staff on the first floor were very friendly. The nurses on the second floor were also very helpful, respectful, and communicative. What I didn't like was the doctor's professionalism. We had an incident when we arrived, and he barely acknowledged me. I was with my daughter, and I was talking to her like a little girl, and she was there to help me. The issue was that he was asking about my medications, and as a professional, I felt he should have explained them to me, or how I should be taking them. I just felt he wasn't explaining things very well; he was very brief and...

His Nurse (name removed) was very rude, she's couldn't find my referral or authorization, I told also that I was seen on 10/31/24 by emergency, she told me it wasn't true that I must have gone to another hospital since she also couldn't find in computer, and because I was ppo that I probably wasn't going to be seen, I always have excellent help at PIH the people are always so friendly and act professional, all this lady told me after they were going to send my prescription to cvs on Colorado and it has not been done. I didn't receive a copy of anything that took place that day, which I always receive, and I need one how can I get a copy of what was done that day and prescriptions sent to CVS please? (PHI removed)

The office was very clean. Everything was extremely quick. This was probably the fastest medical appointment I've ever had in my 30 years of life here. It was extremely quick. Everybody knew what they were doing. It was incredible.

Made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. He was a very, very, very great doctor. Thank you very much for her services.

The main issue is that the doctor didn't prescribe the correct medication for my grandmother. She was supposed to get an ibuprofen prescription, but they didn't prescribe anything. And they just handled her very poorly, and it just seems like they were just going through the motions and not putting in care for my grandmother.

Could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so nice and courteous and thoughtful!!

I was a little disappointed that I didn't get fitted with what I went there for. But otherwise was satisfied that I did get some results anyway. The staff were very nice and helpful and so was the dr.

The entire office staff, including the doctor, made us feel very comfortable from check-in through our entire process. And I just thought they all did a very good job.

Great experience

I didn't like the service I received. It was very bad.

With exception of the x-ray technician the visit was positive. He was not friendly at all, made you feel uncomfortable. No interaction at all other than barking instruction where to stand. I have had 2 experiences with this x-ray tech. Give off the attitude he hates his job. Both times I have visited I informed the staff about his attitude and they said they were aware. Someone needs to talk to him.

Waiting to see an orthopedic for my knee. Haven't heard from anyone the PA WAS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING BUT LOOK AT AN X-RAY WHICH I ALREADY HAD. No resolution after being there the day before because someone scheduled me with Dr lee the hand specialist when I needed someone for my knee

The human care was not what I expected from a PIH facility. The staff and Dr did not seem friendly or interested in my comfort and well being.

This was the first time I received an injection that I literally did not feel AT ALL. Thumbs up ??

I have been to this office several times for cortisone injections in my shoulders, knees, etc. This is the first time that I've had any pain or bruising after the cortisone injection that the doctor's assistant did on me on the 4th of September. I love Dr. (name removed) who normally is my orthopedic doctor, but I will not be going back to this physician assistant. Thank you.

I took my daughter in for a scheduled appointment at 8:30 am, we checked in via our phone. I checked in with the front desk at 8:20 am, at 8:30 am we were sent up to a second waiting room. We were roomed, seen for X-ray very quickly but waited until 9:40 am to be seen for less then 10 min. Great provider and staff, I would appreciated better time management or improved communication with the patients on their expected waiting time.

My only complaint is that the prescription was not submitted until late in the day so I couldn't pick up until the next day; my appointment was at 9 am.

I don't know too much about this physician, this is my first visit with him but overall he was very helpful and respectful

It was the first time I went to the doctor to ask for help with a cast I had on my hand, which the other doctor from another company had left me with. He didn't want to treat me anymore, but these gentlemen did. Thank God and everyone.

Everybody was really great, took good time with me to explain things because I needed it. And my care was excellent. I'm very happy with the doctor and his staff.

I didn't like waiting in the room when it was extremely cold. I had to leave to go to my car to grab my jacket because I was getting super cold and it just irritated my legs. Also, I was supposed to get prescriptions and I never got the prescriptions or they were never sent to my pharmacy. So I don't know how I felt the contact but meanwhile, I'm still in pain.

This is the 3rd person my son has see for his issue and no one has been able to confirm what the problem is. They just keep saying rest and adding more time. This isn't helping or fixing the issue. This is the worst service we have received. I can't believe this last individual is even a PA as he had no real information to provide.

The girls at the desk were very kind and very helpful. Dr. Lonnie's nurse, she was great and Dr. Lonnie was wonderful too. Thank you very much.

So this is a physician's assistant that I was recommended to see because I really felt it was an emergency. I felt like he didn't hear me out well enough and he basically just said, we're going to do this and do this, rather than taking care of the actual issue at hand. And I just don't think that he listened very well. So yeah, other than that, I mean, we took care of everything and I'm not sure if I'll see him again. He's not able to be online as far as the credentials for online disability. So that's something maybe he should try to work towards. But other than that, it took care of what I needed to be taken care of.

Dr. Chatman is definitely an excellent Doctor. He did what the Downey doctors urgent care didn't do. Witch listening and understanding my pain. My respect to Doctor CHATMAN and all the personnel.

This office is amazing. The entire staff is efficient and extremely nice. They treat my 90 yr old mother with compassion and are very patient with her. Lonnie Chatman has a gentle touch and my mom feels safe when she comes to this office.

He was short with his visit and stated that he does not remove stitches. He asked the nurse to do it and left the room. A bit rude.

Was not an interactive experience where one feels comfortable in asking questions. In fact I forgot to ask questions I should have asked.

The radiological staff was excellent. However Chatman was very rude and disrespectful! When trying to answer his questions about my father he just walked away. But his general demeanor was very rude.
