I actually answered some of the beginning questions as two accidentally. I didn't know there was more options, but the answer should have always been four, definitely. I had a great experience. I've been with Dr. (name removed) for many years. I wouldn't trade him for any other OBGYN. He's always very courteous, very friendly, very caring, takes his time with the patients, answers all my questions. He's the best OBGYN I've had ever.

Dr. Pham made me feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, which not all providers know how to do. He did great.

Dr. Loy Pham was absolutely wonderful. I came in feeling scared, worried, and emotional about my baby's well-being, and he treated me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed, even though it was a last-minute urgent appointment. He thoroughly checked my cervix, listened to my baby's heartbeat, and movements until my husband and I felt completely reassured. He took the time to explain that everything looked healthy and that what I was experiencing can be normal during the first trimester. His calm, confident reassurance gave me so much peace of mind and trust. I left the appointment feeling relieved and incredibly grateful. Thank you, Dr. Pham, for your exceptional care and for treating both me and my baby with such compassion.

Appointments take too long. Initial appt. took 1 month. Dr. Ordered a follow up ultrasound on 7/29 and the earliest available was 9/14. For a person who is being tested with a possible cancer outcome this a very long time to wait, worry and stress.

Dr. Pham gynologist is a highly intelligent doctor. He made me feel so content and comfortable. He has great way of making one feel welcomed. His approached is with love patience consideration and kindness. I am very satisfied with him and would love to keep him for my doctor.

My only comment is that the doctor is very kind, he gives me time and listens to me, and so does the receptionist. Everyone is very kind to me, helping me fill out my forms with my questions. That's my only comment. Thank you very much.

My main concern for the appointment was finding out about the newest hormone therapy replacement and it seemed like Dr. Pham was more old school. He didn't suggest it at all and I know the new studies show that it can help with postmenopausal symptoms so I was disappointed that he wasn't more knowledgeable on the new treatments. and the new studies that have been done that it doesn't always cause cancer and that it can help heart problems and such. So anyway, he's a very nice doctor. I enjoyed talking to him, but he didn't really answer my questions about the new hormonal treatment therapy. Thank you.

Hi, this is (words removed). Yes, I was really proud and happy about the service at Dr. Pham's office. The secretaries or the clerks at the front desk was very nice. The nurses, the doctor, Dr. Pham, I've been with him for years. So have a blessed day.

The areas that you guys did really well was the front desk staff. They were outstanding. They were kind, professional, empathetic. They were great. They actually are what made the experience great. However, once I was seen, I waited and then was told that they were too backed up to do an ultrasound, which was the point of the appointment. And that was it. Like, there was no other option. So to me, it's why schedule, why overfill your schedule? Why ask me to come back on a Friday so that you can do an ultrasound and make sure that especially something so big that is happening during my pregnancy.

First of all, I had an appointment at 3:30 and I didn't get seen by an actual provider until after 4 o'clock. Secondly, the person who walked me into the room, which I believe is probably the assistant, asked me some information about my visit but diagnosed me with something she thought I had, which was not what the doctor mentioned. So I thought that was very unprofessional. Also, the doctor who I spoke to didn't seem to know all the details of my file. He had to leave the room and print out a form and come back to me and let me know and go over my results.

The first couple of questions I accidentally answered with a one, but I meant to put a four. So question number one and question number two should have been answered four. Yes, definitely. Sorry about that. Thank you.

First time I have spent a good amount of time with a doctor that explained and listened to me what I needed to know. He was calm cool and collected and addressed my concerns and future plans for my health care. He did not rush through anything, and I was able to have some laughs with him making my visit less stressful. I usually tense up when I see the doctors but he's personality made me calm. This was not a drive thru visit to the doctor, this was a real doctor's visit providing the most care for patient visit.

Doctor was very patient, very helpful, and great bedside manner. Very informative.

One of the receptionist made a mistake last time I was here and at the latest appointment she did her best to make it right for her patient. She remained solutions oriented and I appreciated her for it. As a patient, I was not in control of how this error affected the team nor how it affected me but she was so sweet and calm and collected. She made sure to apologize to me as she tried to figure out a way to get me the support I needed. I appreciate her so much and even though she made this error her quick and composed response made me trust her with the process more. I only wish I got her name.

It's my first time visiting this Women Health office. Although I am my OBGYN doctor's patient for a long time. Everything went well. Starting from the people in front desk they are courteous and kind, the doctor's assistant very kind as well and of course Dr. Loy Pham he is the best very kind and a gentle man. He will listen to you and gives proper advice of course and takes his time for a thorough check up.

Dr Pham is the most caring and professional doctor.

Front office has great customer service skills and Dr Pham is amazing. He always takes his time when it comes to listening to patients concerns and is very thorough with his explanations.

I had Applecare until December 2025. I changed to PIH, losing my GP and podiatrist, to follow Dr. Pham who switched. I absolutely love him and wouldn't trust anyone else to be my OB-GYN.
