Nothing was done wrong, but this was just an initial visit to get started with. So it's kind of hard to rate on a bunch of this stuff.

Dr Wong was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with detailed answers. I really enjoyed the meeting which I had anticipated was going to be scary but turned out to be comfortable and educational.

Marcus Wong, Pharm D, provided detailed explanations to my many questions, along with a Detailed plan of Action, which included a 3 page Diet Plan/Menus to refer to. I especially appreciated Marcus Wong patiently discussing with me the benefits of exercise, and more specifically addressing my current physical handicaps, which are challenging to me at the present. I look forward to meeting with him again in 3 weeks. (PHI removed)

I recommend that if the provider recommends a follow up appt I think the MA should make sure to ask the patient if a certain date is ok and not just schedule the appt. Bc it may be that the patient is occupied . So I think ask the patient first bc you just schedule the appt

It was late. The appointment was not as scheduled. I lasted too long. I lasted way over an hour. I will not go back.
