This is the second time I've felt judged and belittled by marissa Nelson. She is very rude and does not even try to be understanding or personable. When I first started seeing her she was a lot different and caring, but idk if its age or she doesn't like her career anymore, she is no longer my provider as of this last visit.

The front office staff could be a little friendlier. They're not so friendly and so welcoming. Maybe that's just one thing that you guys should train your employees on.

I liked that the doctor was very kind and attentive, and she gave me both the solutions I expected and the ones I needed. Everything was very quick, and she really helped me a lot with all my problems.

I really, really enjoyed these courses; I'd give them a 10 out of 10. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was excellent. I would have preferred a translator present, someone who spoke Spanish, but the person we had, who was translating, was very kind and well-behaved. It was perfect, but I would have preferred a translator on-site.

Marissa Nelson is genuinely caring, did not rush me and really listened to my concerns. She included my thoughts in her plan to treat me, which made me feel like my opinion was valued and taken into consideration. She is a true asset to PIH.

You guys need to work on the call center for appointments. Today I was on hold for 30 minutes to get an appointment and as soon as they answered me, they hung me up and I had to call back and waited again another 23 minutes.

Okay, my experience with this provider was excellent. I felt very comfortable with her. I enjoyed that she listened to me. She listened very well and just did a very good job with exploring the differential diagnosis about what to do afterwards or what to expect and just being very compassionate. She's a good one. Dr. Nelson is very kind, patient, professional, respectful, and listens attentively and with interest. She inspires complete confidence in me because of her diagnosis, her prompt action, and her proactive approach to preventing any more serious or enlarged problems. The visit with Marissa was informative and Great to lead to good health. The lab wait was extremely long over 2 hours. I was ok to wait but a lady with a walker looked distressed ... just as she walked in To check if her time was near .... The one and only attendant .. Had to take a break. I love that Dr Nelson always go over my chart and medication, listen to my concerns. Run test and follow up with referral for specialist. She's very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain and give me options.

I walked in at the facility since I did not have an appointment. The representative immediately checked their appointment schedule and she was able to add me to the schedule. I was seen by Dr Marissa Nelson within 15 minutes of arrival.
