I love that Dr Nelson always go over my chart and medication, listen to my concerns. Run test and follow up with referral for specialist. She's very knowledgeable and always takes time to explain and give me options.

Check in experience needs to be improved. Check in staff seemed confused and robotic. They need training greeting and processing check in experience.

Marissa Nelson is absolutely fantastic. I feel so comfortable in her care. She's compassionate, thorough, funny, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. And I can get into her a little bit easier than I can get into other doctors and that makes it really nice. Instead of having to go to urgent care the other day, I called and I was able to get in at two o'clock and it was perfect. She's wonderful. Keep her on staff.

Hello, my name is (PHI removed). So I just want to provide some feedback and say that the clinic was great. The customer service at the reception was very fast. I was seen in a good timing. However, I just feel that my interaction with my provider, considering that it was my first time, I don't feel that the provider tried to build any rapport. She was mostly just kind of like looking at the computer, not making eye contact. And when I addressed my consent for the visit, I didn't feel that she was sensitive about it more like was very transactional. So I would just like to say that, you know, I think it's important to have still that genuine connection with your patient, considering that we are there to with medical health

I am very happy to belong to this medical care facility. I like it because everything is there; I don't have to go to other places for exams or anything I need to do with the doctor. The only thing I would like to improve is that sometimes I try to register online, and it doesn't let me in. So, I arrive and have to interrupt the secretaries to tell them what I'm doing wrong. In the end, they tell me everything is correct, and it wasn't. So, thank you very much for your attention. Thank you.
