Yes I was very pleased with Dr. Magged visit that I had with him. He took the time to listen and explain things to me. I'm seriously thinking of changing doctors. I was very happy with how he took time with his patient!

Other than a long wait, the visit was stellar.

I'm sorry that it took three months to arrange an appointment to find a meet mark. What I'm really more sorry about is that he's retiring in July. I would highly recommend him. His bedside manner is great. He explains things magnificently. He takes time to really go over what's really on your mind. He's, you know, one of the more excellent doctors I've ever met. As I say, the only thing I'm sorry about is he is retiring in July.

Doctor is late usually because he spends time with his patients and we're okay with that. But his bedside manner is amazing and his nurses are wonderful, especially (name removed).

I tried to do my research before choosing a primary-care physician and said research brought me to Dr. Magged. I was impressed. His questions were endless but necessary. He genuinely seemed to take an interest in where I stood healthwise, and two days later I am already getting notifications of referrals that he submitted on my behalf. I'm looking forward to being back under the PIH umbrella.

His nurse (name removed) was very kind and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Magged goes through all my health problems, blood work, and medications so that I really know how I am doing.

I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr Magged. I'm an older patient and he readily gives me encouragement and advice regarding the challenges regarding aging. He is thorough and informative and I feel free to discuss any health concerns that I may have. My visit was very good yesterday.

We waited 30 minutes to be seen. When scheduling our next appointment, I was told the best time was first thing in the morning or right after lunch otherwise the wait could be over an hour. That is unacceptable especially when dealing with my 97 year old mother. They should do better at scheduling patients so long waits aren't the norm. I never have to wait at any other PIH doctor appointment. Otherwise, the care we received was very good and both Dr. Magged and staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

I thought Dr. Magged took more time with me than I would have expected and likely gives his patients more time than many others, which makes sense to a longer wait time in which to be seen on that day. A fair trade off in my opinion.

Dr. Magged examined me more closely and thoroughly than the previous two urgent care practitioners for the same complaints/symptoms I was experiencing for 3+ weeks. He explained his diagnosis, demonstrated the Eustachean tube's function, prescribed different meds, gave me instructions on other meds (discontinue, increase). Though I appreciate ALL the doctors and practitioners at PIH, I was especially impressed with how Dr. Magged asked many more questions about my symptoms and gave me a more in-depth examination (glands, sinuses, throat, chest, etc.). That is precisely why I chose to try and get in to my PCP's office rather than make a third trip to UCC.

Too long of a wait, need more doctors available for appts.

This was my initial visit with my new PCP , he was very thorough in following up with my medical history.

Scheduling appointments in this office is difficult. Providers are booked 2-3 months in advance. This was my first time seeing Dr. Magged as my previous provider, Dr. (name removed) retired from Family Practice. I liked Dr. Magged a lot, but he is retiring in July of 2026, which I didn't know. So now, next July I have to start all over again selecting a new provider. No wonder it's hard to get appointments, they are all retiring.

The doctor was more than 35 minutes late to see me once I had my vitals taken by the nurse and confirmed the nature of my visit. The delay wasn't his fault - the patient seen before me took an extraordinary amount of his time. Once Dr. Magged began his consultation with me, he was VERY thorough. He gave me 1,000% of his time and attention. I appreciated his - I didn't feel rushed.

my appointment time was 3:20pm. i arrived at 3:00pm. there was only 1 gentleman in the entire waiting room. then the waiting room filled up, and then emptied out as everyone was called before me. i wasnt brought into a room until 3:30. then between talking to the assistant and then finally meeting the doctor, couldve been another 15minutes. i ended up leaving at 5pm when the entrance doors were already closed. some peoples names were called before me going to see other doctors, I can understand that. but the entire room being called before me is outrageous.

THE WAITING PERIOD IS RIDICULOUS. I DONT FEEL THAT PIH BELIEVES AND UNDERSTANDS THAT OUR TIME IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE DOCTORS. WE TOO HAVE LIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES THAT NEED TO BE ATTENDED TO. PIH NEEDS TO STOP OVER BOOKING APPOINTMENTS, ITS UNFAIR TO THE PATIENTS, DOCTOR AND THEIR STAFF!

I had an 1120 appointment. I did not see the doctor until after 1230. And the whole appointment was incredibly rushed. In and out, got to move on. Can't spend time with you. I don't know. It's been that way for years. It's kind of getting ridiculous, to be honest.

I was seen by Dr. Magged 90 minutes after my appointment time. However, the wait was worth it as he is so knowledgeable and good a listening and explaining.

The assistant was very polite and easy to talk to. Love her personality! More like her should be hired .

Loved how Dr. Magged was very thorough in reading my record and asking questions, listening to my concerns, and addressing them in a very clear way. His nurse was great also. The front desk staff were friendly however when attempting to make appointments, particularly in emergency situations, I find them not very compassionate and repeating the mantra of the date available for a doctor appointment. There is a lot more background to this statement.

Dr. Was running behind. But that was ok with me. During my visit he took his time to listen and to figure out what my treatment plan would be. Treated me as if he wasn't running late, as he probably does with all his patients. He is a great Doctor who cares.

Apparently, PIH continues to have longer waits for appointment times with Family MD Physicians. Your online app for use with computers, not smart phones, to input pre-registration patient info goes off the rails when you ask for a picture of a provider ID card half way through the app.. With a smart phone it is a simple thing to do, not with a computer e.g. laptop. So, I don't use your app. Dr. Mark Magged is one of the best GP/FP physicians I have ever had access too in decades. DR. Holmes too. I had to find one since Dr. Holmes is practicing only Addition Medicine now. I am in the middle of anemia treatment and really need access to an experienced FP Physician for this and other reasons. Your office Physician assistants are also commendable (name removed).

Dr. Magged is an outstanding physician. He always listens to my concerns and takes the time to address them. He is very thorough. There needs to be more compassionate doctors like him.

I just have a problem where I want to now make an appointment for, say, my density test that I am left on the line a long, long time. So that part I am not very pleased with. The doctor is great. His staff is excellent. The building is modern and well kept up. The parking is adequate. You can find parking. But the very, very, very best thing is you don't have to pay to park. Over at the hospital, we get ripped off. Ripped off every time we come in. I have to go there sometimes three times a week. I get ripped off. It's ridiculous how much money you charge to park. There's no parking over there. Cars are still being broken into. But over at Dr. Magged's office, wonderful, wonderful people, wonderful building, wonderful parking, and it's free. Over at the hospital, they should really try that. Maybe people would be more satisfied and want to recommend the place. But my doctor is great, and so is his staff, and so is the free parking.

I like my doctor and all the nurses at this office. They are always polite, respectful and helpful. But the amount of time it takes to make and get an appointment has been getting worse and worse. I had to wait 5 months to get an appointment for a physical. During my appointment I was not seen in a timely manner. It took over an hour and 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

I realize Dr. Magged gets behind on our visit time, but that is due to his care with each patient, making sure he has covered all the bases with them. We gladly changed our insurance to Dr. Magged as our primary physician.

Dr. Magged is the best doctor I've ever had. He makes you feel so good when you're lazy. Makes you feel like he's really taking care of you. So when I got there, the receptionist looked like she could hardly wait until I got out of the way, didn't speak a word, and acted like she hated her job.

I would like for the Dr. to see you on a timely matter. My appointment was @8:20 the doctor daw me at 9:03. I asked a question regarding ad to why I bruise easily his response was that he also bruises easily. Other than that I like the office. I couldn't recommend this Dr. because we are told he is not accepting new patients.

I will admit it isn't ideal to have to wait over an hour in the room, but I will say I think Dr. Magged is an amazing doctor who truly cares. So, no it's not ideal but would I would a long period of time just to sit down with Dr. Magged, yes of course.

Dr. Magged is very attentive to my mother's care. It is wonderful to have a doctor that is so knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate that he is my mother's PCP and that he attends to all my concerns and questions in regard to her care. My mother has dementia and he has been exceptional in helping me understand how to best care for her.
