Dr. Wahbah is very knowledgeable in her medicine and what she knows, and she is concise to check records, but Dr. Wahbah lacks in compassion and lacks in relating to the patient, especially those that are becoming elderly, as myself. I feel she does not take the time or have that consideration and to stay on top of what is going well and praise me for that, as opposed to just looking at the things that I'm not doing. That is my evaluation.

I broke my back seven weeks ago. I finally got some help. I called from Arizona where I broke my back and doctor was out of the office. However, I was able to get an appointment with her PA who took very good care of me. Dr. Waba came highly recommended to me and I understand that she couldn't see me when she was out of the office. It took me several weeks to get help with my broken back, but finally I'm feeling a little bit better and things are doing better, but it's been six weeks of very uncomfortableness. Everyone was welcoming, kind and efficient. (name removed) was great. I especially like Dr. Wahbah because she listens to all of my concerns carefully and answers all of my questions.

The back office is not responding in a timely manner. It takes a couple of days to get a call back. And also, there's been paperwork that's been sitting on someone's desk for the past couple of months that has not been updated with our insurance and Dr. Wahbah as a provider. According to your office, Dr. Wahbah does accept United Healthcare. However, the paperwork has not gone through to United Healthcare properly and they are not following up. Signature value advantage plan with UnitedHealthcare.

Dr. Wahbah is an excellent doctor for my elderly Dad. Explains options and is kind and thorough.

Dr. Wahbah is an excellent physician, well-trained and very knowledgeable, as well as very personable. However, PIH itself really doesn't do a great job in general for many reasons. Basically, the staff, their kindness, their openness, they're just not, it's just not there. The customer service, really. That's what it is. All right. Thanks so much.

Appreciate the kind, friendly from the time I checked in to the nurse to seeing Dr. Wahbah herself. I was treated kindly. Dr. Wahbah listens. She explains. It is hard to say a lot considering it was my first appointment with her and it was quick. She was very kind and informative while also being direct. She also didn't rush me while I was trying to explain things.

Dr. Wahbah is great, always a good visit. However, I received a sheet stating I could be billed on my annual physical (preventative care) if I spoke to the Dr. About previous or future issues. What an absolute joke, PIH has lost their Presbyterian beliefs for patient care. It is evident PIH is focused on profits. And dont get me started about the $5 parking fees. We are just numbers on your income sheet.

Well, she always, I have been going for years, she's very careful in everything about me. And then, you know, she's very compassive. Dr Wahbah is fantastic with her explanations & care! She was thorough & answered all my questions & even suggested a few vaccinations. Unfortunately, her medical assistant, (name removed), was absolutely horrible! She was rude, short with me & extremely dismissive, never smiled & was not friendly at all, boo!

On this visit, specifically, Dr. Wahbah had it scheduled as the Annual Wellness visit. Unfortunately, I had had 3 or 4 months of medical challenges and needed to discuss those with Dr. Wahbah. For both of us to finish our office visit goals, there was a 'time crunch.' We both did our best, and Dr. Wahbah accomplished a lot in that short amount of time!

As always, Dr Wahbah is attentive and asks a lot of questions, helping me to explain my situations and symptoms, when I don't have the vocabulary range to explain my ailments. She's great at this. I am confident that I can address any issue with her because she puts me totally at ease. I have the best patient-doctor relationship with her.
