The nurses were talking and laughing at the back and were not working fast. The doctor saw me and I was just waiting for the prescription and it took the nurse 30 minutes to bring the prescription. The doctor was doing his job.

The only complaint I have is that during the visit while I was sitting in the patient room, clinical staff was having a very loud conversation followed with very loud laughs. A conversation that I could hear while I was sitting in the room. I feel that it was very unprofessional and inconsiderate to others. To patient's like myself who are were not feeling good, sitting in the room.

My for the provider, well actually the nurse practitioner that saw me would be more professional and have a medical assistant to assist him. They knew what she was doing. She didn't know things how to, how to help him and I left home with a band and as soon as I got to the car, it came off.

My issues are with my right ankle which was somewhat inconclusive in the X-ray. He prescribed a solution to relieve arthritic pain, but my cost would have been $2,383. Which is beyond my financial capability.

The doctors and staff were excellent. My only issue was the 3 1/2 hour wait. I was told there was one pediatrician available. We arrived around 1pm and were seen around 3:30pm. We hadn't eaten so I was worried for my 10 yr old son. I wish they would've let us go next door and grab something to eat. For a time period no child was being called. I wondered if the doctor took a break to have lunch. If he did, I wish he would've informed parents so we could have fed our children. This was the only upsetting part of the visit.

The waiting was too long. I was there from, like 11:40 to almost 4:30. And everybody was nice and everything, but the waiting too long and the rooms waiting for the physician waiting for this and that, but anyways, it was way too long. That's my comment.

I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours for a clogged ear from ear wax. The attempt to clear it failed and was told to get ear drops to loosen it and come back in four days. I sat in the waiting area next to a girl who was vomitting. It seemed like it took so long to be seen. As I waited in the exam room, all I could hear was workers talking about their weekend, vacations, etc. Needless to say, I left almost three hours later very disappointed that I still had the same problem that I came in with. I don't think I will return there unless absolutely necessary.

Told the Dr. I was sick for over a month taking dayquill and Nyquill and wanted antibiotics to kick this sickness. I've tested negative for covid multiple times per week so I ruled that out. He then told me it's just allergies, which I explained to him that I've never had that problem before but he insisted that he was right and refused to listen anymore. I believe he could've had a little more sympathy and took some time to listen. I was seen at the PIH urgent care in Whittier on Sunday as soon as the door opened.

I went into the Urgent Care, on Sunday afternoon, and was treated with respect and everything went well. I got all my questions answered. They listened to me well, and I was out of there in record time. It's been many years since I've been to that facility, which I was dreading going to, but they're efficiency has improved immensely. The provider was professional and great. The staff was very nice and courteous . However, the only negative was I walked in limping because I had a hurt ankle and not one staff member offered me a wheelchair. Not until I was already in my room and had to go to X-ray, did an office staff member finally offer me a wheelchair. I needed up having a fractured ankle and torn ligament. The office staff should be more aware of what patients should be offered when they arrive

I had a great experience at urgent care. Everything went smoothly and everyone was great. One qualm I have was that the X-ray technician had a short temper and seemed to get frustrated when I asked him to repeat what he said (due to not being able to properly hear him). His responses were short and cold but once the X-rays were completed, he seemed to be okay. Perhaps he was having a rough day, which I completely understand.

I arrived at 14:40 and left at 17:45 hours. Recepcionist was 10 points. Waiting hall was clean. Vitals lady 10 points. I got a room # 37 and I wait there for about an hour or a little more with nobody contact or information. Just the usual "A provider will be with you soon" or something like that. When I was waiting I ear that the doctor arrives to the room next to my and said: (name removed) then take care of him. More than 45 minutes after the doctor left the other room. I ear a lady coming into the room beside and she said: (name removed) and the person there answered yes, yes.... she anounces him that he will get a shot of corticosteroids and the patient was still saying yes, yes, yes. A 10 or fifteen minutes later a lady came to my room and asked my name, and If I got my shot already, and I Answer No yet. And I hope they didn't give it to my neighbor. I believe they notice the mistake and che the patient in the next room

Came off irritated and could care less husband took daughter in and found out after my visit it was same doctor and had nothing nice to day about his visit neither husband stated he was insulting.

Michael shouldn't be working with babies if he doesn't have patience for them. He yelled at my baby when she was crying while checking her ear. And after basically told her to stop crying because it was over. He was so disrespectful to her feelings. I came here because my baby needed help and I left in shock how he spoke to her. She's a baby who doesn't know how to talk and expresses herself through emotions. He isn't her primary doctor so thank goodness for that and now I know never to go to him again.

I really like the visit. This is my second time. Going the first time. We took my husband and we get fast in and and courteous service. It's a clean space. It's safe like distant wise for for people who are, who are still trying to stay away from covid, and the nurses and the The provider. Were were great to us. Thank you.

the doctor did not listen to what i had to say or what i was concerned about and made it about my weight. as an overweight person, i know i'm fat. i do not need a reminder that i should lose weight. a conversation about a rolled ankle should not be turned into a conversation about weight.

The visit was great. I got what I needed. I needed antibiotics and I was able to get them the wait was a little long, but I can understand it, a lot of lot of patience, but I think the, the wait time could have been a little bit shorter, would have been way more pleasurable. But as far as my Michael Flores goes, he was amazing he was great. He understood my situation, and he was there to listen to my problems, and what I had to going on with my health needs, so and he met them, so I'm very grateful. So I think the clinic was over all of great experience from from, check me in at the front desk to leaving and having even getting a recommendation for ENT where an accident I had with my ear. So I really appreciate it. All of the the care. that I received.

I wasn't provided an explanation to my condition or anything of that manner. The physician looked a me and said what he was going to prescribe for me. I had to ask him questions to get a better understanding of the illness affecting my body.

The wait time for a for a covid test was more than 2 and a half 3 hours just to be seen at the office, That was the downside. The upside the experience was pleasant once Mr. Michael Flores entered the room because it's his extraordinary customer service and people skills. Thank you. Michael Flores.

I feel like I was not listened to when I asked for an inhaler for my coughing attacks. I was given a pill to only use at bed fine which does not assist with a constant cough. I called the office 30 minutes before it closed last night to ask my medicine to be routed to a pharmacy that's open but did not get a call back. It's 3:01pm and I have not heard back.

I brought my 14 yr old daughter with my little service dog. They asked me what kind of service the dog provided. I showed staff is an emotional service dog. I showed her his little ID and she said ok. ( Dog is 10 pounds and he was in a stroller. Once the staff member went back I heard them making fun of the emotional service dog. They said that wasn't such a thing and they wonder what he supported. I heard them laugh. Some girls came secretly to the window to see the dog but the dog was in a stroller, you could not see him and he's little. It was not barking or making any noise. They were unprofessional and made me feel horrible. I have never experienced such a bad treatment like that. Once I went back dog stayed with my daughter in lobby in the stroller. Dog was never on the floor. They stared at me and they were giving me ugly looks. I felt so uncomfortable and I expressed my feelings to my provider/ DR who I seen for my reason for the visit. I was very disappointed and so upset that they can be bullies in a workplace that should show care. Or at least if you're going to make fun of someone. Be discreet about it. Very unprofessional and humiliating.

Went to UC due to an emergent laceration on index finger. Staff and provider was very efficient, courteous and polite. I was taken in immediately due to my concern which was greatly appreciated. Thanks for all you do!

First and foremost I was in a lot of pain and couldn't lift my arm. The doctor asked if I could lift my arm and I told him no. He said he was going to lift it to see how high it can go. Once he lifted it I yelled out in pain. He lifted it fast and should not have done that. He did not have a good bedside manner. He was somewhat cold. He wasn't warm and caring. The next day my daughter made an appt with the orthopedic doctor and the referral didn't indicate that I had a fracture. I was xrayed and it showed that I clearly had a fracture in my scapula. The wait time was too long. The room was cold and I wasn't offered a blanket. The nurses were nice. I'm 86 years old and I had to wait close to an hour to be called in. We didn't leave until after 3. X-ray tech was good and nice.

My son's visit was smooth, efficient, thorough, and [name removed] was great. PA was amazing. I've been with (INAUDIBLE) medical for my whole life, and my son is with PIH. Just nothing, but great. Greatness so far. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I am very disappointed with the care I received. I have nothing to say about the front desk and the medical assistant; they were very friendly and helpful. However, a couple of situations occurred that made me feel very uncomfortable during my visit. Starting with my first interaction with the nurse or LVN wearing blue, when she was doing the covid test, she inserted the swap so hard that it made my nose bled. It should be noted that I have been tested for covid numerous times, and I have never bled from my nose. Once again, they made me wait in the waiting room to be able to see the provider; once they called my name, I was asked to remain in the evaluation room, 20 minutes have passed, and while I was waiting, I heard the staff talking and making fun of the patients who have just attended. The physician entered my room with a continuous laugh, asked me to wait for a moment; after 10 minutes, the physician arrived to do my assessment. At the end of the evaluation, he mentioned that they would test me for covid; at that moment, I responded that my covid test was already done. Another 10 minutes passed one nurse came to perform the covid test. I told the nurse that they had already completed the test and that even my nose had bled and I wasn't ready to go thru the same again; Immediately, the nurse said, perfect, you are refusing, and she left the evaluation room. As soon as the nurse came out of the evaluation room with a loud voice, she yells "SHE REFUSED TO GET TESTED, "at that moment, I heard the physician exclamation, " OH MY GOD, IS SHE SERIOUS" the physician entered the evaluation room with an aggressive form, and he mention, I heard you refuse the test I am pretty sure you don't have anything, we have to wait for the visit summary, I have prescribed you something for your sore throat, and nasal conjecture and you are good to go. This visit to the doctor made me feel minimized in the same way, insecure that my privacy as a patient was not respected. This behavior in the medical field is unacceptable, and the professionalism of the staff has to be reinforced.

Dr. Michael Flores was great! He took his time with me, listened to me , gave me good advice and helped me very much he was professional and friendly at the same time...Dr. Shawn Kramer on the other hand was arrogant and not friendly...sorry I usually don't complain and I don't like to say anything bad about anybody and it's just my opinion but that's how I feel .

Michael Flores did not help me. My ear infection has now travelled to my tonsils and now I have swollen lymph nodes on the left (the same side as my ear problem on the 17th). Very unhappy because now I have to go back to urgent care for additional treatment because I am not feeling well at all. And this is NOT Covid.
